Pros: Very helpful customer support and the site is feature rich. Also in the several years we've been using it we didn't notice any downtime.

Cons: The menus has some learning curve to it but the customer support team more than makes up for it since they are always willing to help.

Pros: Super quick and helpful when I had an urgent issue. Wouldn't let me go until it was working, emailing me before I'd even noticed we were disconnected.

Pros: First of all, I was seeking for a good referral program app which is ideal for Shopify and referralcandy is the nonplusultra for that. I can confirm that the functions and tools are very professional and flexibel.

Cons: All good. Just for the domain setup (if you want to send all e-mails via your domain) you need some technical knowledge. But honestly, just ask the AI and it works out.

Pros: They have great customer support team - [sensitive content hidden] is the best. Otherwise it is quite a useful app for affiliate marketing.

Cons: Manually adding affiliates is quite challenging so this can definitely be improved with the next updates.

Pros: The best part about ReferralCandy is how easy it is to set up and integrate with Shopify. The referral workflows are fully automated and beautifully designed, which helps create a seamless experience for customers. We also loved the analytics dashboard—it’s straightforward and gives clear insights into performance and ROI.

Cons: Well RC is not a pretty big referral company compare with impact, CJ, shareAsale. So their function is not pretty fancy.

Cons: It is not as instinctive as I would like it to be as far as navigation. Which Premier league comes down to the difference between the website and using the app directly inside Shopify, the later does a much better job.

Pros: Fit for purpose. I can create a referral program that doesn't require a customer account or website plugins.

Cons: Not all of it is intuitive. For example: the discount codes are easy to get mixed up (referrer code vs referee code) and creating an audience segment.
