Pros: Its a very easy to understand design and intuitive to use overall. I’m happy with it and use it often

Cons: I haven’t come across anything yet. I think the functions are very intuitive to use and I don’t have anything in mind

Pros: Usability and ease of use. Customer support is brilliant, extremely responsive and friendly team who are a pleasure to work with. We did an initial trial with them first, fully tested the product and their service and responsiveness was brilliant. They also gave us a charity discount. Then, we also used their support to import our assets to Kontainer. They were flexible and worked with us to do this effectively. Kontainer is a well-designed product with a strong UI and UX experience for users in being able to search, filter and manage assets and their related data.

Cons: A few limitations of use, but we overcame with some custom tech development. Their product roadmap means that they also wish to iterate and improve Kontainer too in a way that will benefit all customers. Limitations mainly around consent management and the ability to have more than one internal department accessing the same Kontainer account and the implications in set-up, ongoing management etc.

Pros: I really like the clean, intuitive UI and how easy it is to customize everything to fit our brand. It’s fast even with large files, and features like smart albums, tags, and flexible metadata make it easy to structure things exactly how our team needs. Overall great value for money.

Cons: Nothing major so far, but we work a lot with RAW files and previews can sometimes fail or not load correctly. It would be great if preview support was more reliable and worked across more file formats.

Pros: Kontainer has greatly improved the workflow regarding images for all who has access. Both inside the organization or when using external partners.

Cons: It took some time figuring out how to set it up properly. However, when we had issues Kontainers customer service were quick to help solve the problem.

Pros: I like that the platform can be set-up in a way where it closely mimics a certain brand's look or feel.

Cons: Kontainer fits all my needs. At first there can take some time to learn how to navigate it, however, I'd say it is quite intuitive. I'm not the one who set up our company's Kontainer though, so I cannot comment on how easy or difficult the actual setup is.

Pros: Kontainer has a very intuitive UI and UX and smart shortcuts that optimize my workflow and thereby make my everyday office life easier.

Cons: You will have to make sure that everybody in the company use Kontainer the same way to avoid file doublets and misaligned work structures

Pros: I most like how simple it is to use, how easy and visually pleasing it is to organize files within it. Also, I much appreciate how I can create folders and share them with others.

Cons: I have had a small problem with being "locked" into certain folders without being able to get back to the rest of our content. I can however, easily solve this by logging off and on again- hence, its not a big issue.

Pros: What I like most about Kontainer is how easy and reliable it is to work with. Uploading and organising photos and videos takes no effort, and the platform makes it simple to share content with colleagues, journalists, and external partners. I appreciate that it just works. I also really like that everything is gathered in one place, so I always know where to find the latest assets. It saves me time, reduces back‑and‑forth communication, and supports a smooth workflow in my daily communication tasks.

Cons: While the search function works well, it could be even more powerful when working with large libraries of photos and videos.

Pros: The user interface is designed to be intuitive and visually uncluttered, making it easy for users to navigate and find what they need efficiently.

Cons: I'm not sure where I can find more information on how to use it most effectively. I would love to see some training with best practices, etc.

Pros: It’s very easy to keep all our marketing assets organized in one place, and the interface makes it simple to upload, tag, and find files quickly. Sharing assets with external partners is also straightforward and secure.

Cons: Sometimes the interface can feel a bit slow when working with larger asset libraries, and a few features are not immediately intuitive, so it can take some time to fully learn how to use everything efficiently.

Pros: It is clear and easy to navigate in.

Cons: I think it's the tags that can be a little confusing.

Pros: I think our contact with Kontainer has been one of the things I have appreciated the most. If we are even slightly in doubt about anything, they are always ready to help. Besides that, it is of course also a system that we are very happy with.

Cons: I would like to see even more use of AI in the future, for example for facial recognition and similar technologies.

Pros: It's easy to use, and saves us a lot of time looking for the right pictures. It's also an easy and professional way to share images with others.

Cons: I would love, if Kontainer could use AI more to tag pictures - It takes a lot of time to tag and describe everything about a picture.

Pros: Simple to use, very customizable (you can upload your logo, font, so UI looks on brand). Their support team is friendly and always eager to help.

Cons: Some features, like marking expired images, which we used to have on the previous platform and were very useful, are not currently available in Kontainer. However, there are workarounds for that.

Pros: What I love about Kontainer is, first of all, that the system is very intuitive to use. And if problems arise, their service is almost always available within a short time. Very helpful. The system also has many templates you can use in terms of page setups - and the design is very Scandinavian and clear.

Cons: I don't have anything negative to say about Kontainer at this time. Am still learning to use the system and haven't encountered any challenges yet.

Pros: The organization is very well tought through and the intuitively. Also the ease of deployment. It was easy to set up.

Cons: There might be many features I am not using. Sometimes it is difficult to manage the permission for different users.

Pros: Easy to navigate in. Didn't need much experience to get to know the system. Most customized wishes are met.

Cons: Haven't met any big issues yet that couldn't be fixed. So at the moment, there isn't much i dont like about it.

Pros: It’s great that you can group things and create internal systems depending on what the folders are meant to contain.

Cons: It can be a challenge when uploading a large batch of files. The system doesn’t notify you when 100% of the files have been uploaded, which means some files may fail to upload without you realizing it.

Pros: easy acces to packshots, I use it a lot when making techpaks, finding old styles for overviews and new designs.

Cons: Missing style info. Could be nice if it was more like a linesheet with infomation and ways search different qroups across seasons.

Pros: I really like that you're able to quickly download the images in specific formats. Really helpful for our own B2C webshop and socials, but also in order to be able to quickly share correct formats with our B2B customers. It's easy to manoeuvre the website and it is very customizable, so it can look like an extension of our own webshop in terms of graphic design.

Cons: The learning curve can be steep if you're not a native tech user. You need to know where to look and how to set up for example the trail for a quick download type. But luckily, the customer service is quick and helpful if in need.

Pros: I like the structure of the images and it is easy to use. The user interface and user experience is great.

Cons: I don’t have anything i dislike in particular. It satisfies our needs for our e-commerce setup and connection with Magento.

Pros: We had many specific and somewhat demanding requirements for the structure of our media bank, and even though it was challenging, Kontainer did their best to find a solution. They are always ready to find new solutions if something is not working optimally or if you want to make changes along the way.

Cons: We experienced some technical issues with our folder structure in the mediabank, but after several attempts our support representative found a solution.
