Overall, I have enjoyed using this platform. I find it is a good value for the price, it is very easy to use, and it has saved me tons of time when booking an event. What used to be 30 emails back and forth is now just a few and a proposal. This has been huge for me!
Pros: I feel like it almost gamifies the event planning procedure. I like having everything in one place. It is easy to use, and the help articles are actually helpful.
Cons: Some of the features I do find a bit clunky, and feel could be improved. I wish it were a little more friendly to users who aren't using any of the online payment options. It feels like I am not able to use the platform to its full potential because we don't use any of the few options for integrated payment platforms.

The customer service has been stellar! I have gotten hours back in my work day due to their interface
Pros: I deeply appreciate the user friendly software paired with a gorgeous aesthetic on the interface. I am consistently impressed as I become more confident in in the platform.
Cons: I have yet to find a con for Perfect Venue! I am eager to support them in finding ways of improvement and know this will happen the longer I utilize the platform. However I have yet to discover anything that I haven't liked.

A seamless experience from start to finish! It has integrated perfectly to our existing platforms and has improved efficiency tremendously!
Pros: My team is a small boutique catering and events company, so Perfect Venue is literally built for us! I can streamline and even automate repetitive tasks like BEOs, which makes my life exponentially easier!
Cons: I find Perfect Venue to have NO flaws! It's honestly designed for teams like mine and I couldn't be more pleased with the implementation and roll out!

I no longer need an assistant because it is so easy and quick to use. It is similar to an app vs complicated, dated software like others. I can get an email from a client about an event detail and immediately go to Perfect Venue on my phone and edit, all within a minute, even from the road. Proposals are a breeze as well!!!
Pros: Perfect Venue is the most user-friendly event software hands down! The customer service is the best in the business, and any question that you have, is answered by their team within minutes vs days like the others. The immediate customer service is ongoing, not just within the couple of weeks after purchase like other programs. Rather than going through days and days of training like with the others, their team personally trains you in an hour which is all that is needed for this dream software. I can't recommend Perfect Venue enough. It has made event planning life so much easier that it is now actually very enjoyable!
Cons: There is nothing that I have found that I don't like. My only suggestion is that the beo's have the original date created at the bottom vs updating with each copy printed. I would also suggest that there is a way to create multiple proposals and save them under the client's account. My clients like to see a couple of different package options. This may be available, but I have not looked into it.

Overall, Perfect Venue was straightforward and intuitive, and it definitely helped streamline day to day tasks. It’s not perfect for big scale operations, but it works well for smaller venues or simpler events.
Pros: Its very simple and it made keeping track of bookings and event details. Everything is in one place, which saved me a lot of back and forth emails. The automated templates for proposals and contracts were a nice touch and really cut down on busywork.
Cons: Some features felt a little basic for larger or more complex events. It didn’t always handle multiple bookings or overlapping event setups the way I’d hoped. I also ran into a few minor quirks with integrations that slowed things down.

I love it. It really does make my work life easier. I’m sure I can mention more, but you just have to get it for yourself. The Customer Service is always quick with a response if you have a question. I know it can be scary learning new systems, but PV Staff will really work with you and make sure all of your questions are answered.
Pros: Perfect Venue is awesome! I have used it at two different pickleball facilities now and it makes scheduling private parties/events extremely easy. We didn’t have a very good system in place before switching over to PV and it’s helped tremendously. We were able to convert old bookings over to the PV System. They make payments easy whether they are onsite or offsite. We had an event schedule before we got PV and took the payment, but were easily able to show that the payment had been made with their “offline payments” tab so that we can still have all of the transactions in the correct area. I also love the fact that you can “tag” other coworkers when something pertains to them (ex. F&B Manager when event needs F&B).
Cons: Other than the whole website crashing the other day for an hour or two, nothing. It’s never crashed like that before in the time that I’ve been using it though. It’s been amazing and really helps me complete my daily jobs.

Pros: The ease of everything in one place makes organizing my events seamless. I also love the AI feature for helping to answer correspondence.
Cons: Not being able to add multiple emails to the contact information. More often than not, clients want multiple people listed on their correspondence and if I don’t notice, it defaults to the one in the contact itself.

This system is incredibly helpful and helps keep us very organized. If we have feedback, there's a team we can reach out to immediately.
Pros: It's straightforward and intuitive! I love how you can customize it to your business. We love how the email feature was added.
Cons: At times, it still feels new, and they are constantly making updates. We feel it has it's quirks, but overall, it's quite customizable.

Only been a few months but onboarding and [sensitive content hidden] have been great! Onboarding was so easy and integration of old data into this system was easy.
Pros: Great value for your money, easy to use, great customer service. Love the ability to use an ap on my phone to answer folks quickly or look things up without having to turn a laptop on.
Cons: Wish I knew about it sooner as our small business was using another app that was too much and too expensive for what we needed it for.

Overall my experience with Perfect Venue was excellent! I have tried a few different event venue softwares and this one was my top favorite.
Pros: What I like most about Percent Venue is how easy it was to set up. From learning the software to integration, everything was smooth, simple and easy to understand.
Cons: What I liked least about Perfect Venue was the higher cost for all the features. However, it is worth it for the simplicity and ease!

Smooth experience, sales process was easy and well managed, onboarding was even more impressive and then the system speaks for itself. Our data was in hundreds of spots and now all in one place, we nearly cried sending the first proposal out, its truly amazing.
Pros: Pricing, support and fast onboarding, their team did a fantastic job getting the system up for us. The guest experience is really nice. We love the live proposal updates and internal info is also really well organized.
Cons: A few missing features otherwise its great. Submitted to have this and 7Rooms sync for pulling the reservations off our books, would love a integrated floorplan option.

I was a travel agent/event planner for a very short time. But, out of the few event planning software programs that I tried, I did like this one best.
Pros: The ease of planning! This software is very user-friendly and structured well. It makes booking easy and has great value for your money.
Cons: The presentation of all the features, I feel like, could have been structured in a better way that doesn't make me feel and think Whoa, how am I going to figure this out' when I go to use it for the first time.

The rep we worked with to set up our account was available for all of our panicky questions as we prepared to launch. And once we launched, as we were assured it would, everything fell into place and Perfect Venue has become an invaluable resource for our event and management teams. I have recommended it to many other hospitality professionals. Communications, both internal and with our clients, is streamlined and easy to track. All of our documents live in Perfect Venue now, instead of in various drives, and it's so easy to print BEOs so staff has all of the information they need. Perfect Venue has been a game changer for our restaurant!
Pros: You have made the most important thing the easiest thing: taking payment. All it takes is just one click of a button. Not to mention the reporting capabilities so it's easy to show off how much revenue we've collected from events; the calendar view is where I spend most of my time and oh, did I mention the app? I have all of the information I could possibly need at my fingertips at all times!
Cons: I guess the my least favorite thing was building out the menu options but that's tedious no matter what platform you use. Once you put the time in, it makes all event planning easier.

I would choose Perfect Venue over any Catering Software due to its easy set up and modifying capabilities in settings and in the proposal function. Calendar and Reporting Tabs are great as well. For the current yearly pricing this software is hands down the best option out there! Happy to refer anyone to make the switch to Perfect Venue!
Pros: It's extremely to set up and modify on your own. Very user friendly for my entire team. I like how easily you can start a proposal from the calendar function and add a new customer and account. Keeping up with payment is a breeze and the reports dashboard is easy to read and get accounting in a flash!
Cons: My one con is that lost events stay greyed on the calendar keeping it cluttered. I wish they would delete from the calendar but all the information stays in the software.

It has been fantastic! The team was great in helping us to get it set up and we have been smooth sailing ever since. I love this platform!
Pros: It is so well organized and easy to use! I am not super technology friendly and this has been so simple for me to navigate.
Cons: There isn't really anything I don't like about the platform. The only small improvement I would say is that changes don't save automatically but even that can be both good and bad depending on the work you're doing.

Customer account management for accounts with multiple reservations and contacts within the company. It would be better to manage the account by address book rather than by event contact. I wish I could sort the reports by customer account.
Pros: I really like the user experience and ease of use. It's very user-friendly and I like the ability to connect to Google Calendar.
Cons: Repeated events are inconvenient. Please allow me to edit repeated events by date. At the moment, I can only add repeated events and set them up permanently, and when I need to cancel certain dates, I think I need to cancel all instances of them.

I'm happy with this solution. It was a bit of a hassle to schedule a reservation, but I was able to reduce the time by simplifying the event reservation process.
Pros: It was convenient to see past events and information as reference materials. It was convenient because all events were managed as one.
Cons: I wish I could improve the menu function a little more. I had difficulty updating or organizing the menu.

We love the partnership we have with Perfect Venue. It's a terrific solution for businesses looking for event management and resource scheduling. Most importantly, our customers enjoy streamlined communication and fast response times, allowing us to provide better service for new as well as returning customers.
Pros: We love the user experience and ease of use. Having our event calendar at our fingertips is priceless, indeed, and the app is continually being enhanced and updated to meet changes in our market as well as communication demands.
Cons: Recurring events are clunky. We'd like to be able to edit recurring events by individual date. At the moment, it seems we can only add recurring events and have them perpetual, and when we need to cancel a date, we cancel all instances of the recurring event. We'd like to see this updated, as we have several recurring events that don't visit every week of the year, and some that need to cancel specific dates.

Excellent, I rave about it, moving to perfect venue has been one of the best decisions I've made for our events program, staff and guests.
Pros: How beautiful it is and how user friendly. Moving to PV has been like moving to apple - game changing! I used to use the main market leader in events and found it clunky, illogical and just so unattractive, I hated sending anything to clients. Perfect Venue is so straight forward, if I can't find something I think "if I were going to create that where would I put it", and sure enough, they will have created it and put it in that logical place. The software is attractive and the client forward element is very classy and well organized. Someone brilliant built this software. The support team are also very helpful and got us up and running, and helped build everything out. I also feel like they are still developing, and improving on feedback, which is amazing.
Cons: I really wish I could have a master account and all of our properties under one master. Right now we have an account for each property, and while I can flick between them, I would really prefer to be able to see inbounds in one place, see a shared calendar and move a client from one property to another. Its competitively priced but not cheap, so I have another property I would like on there but we aren't events forward and the pricing doesn't make sense. I you should be able to buy a hospitality version which is, lets say $1000 a month, and get up to 5 properties/venues under one account.
