Pros: It is easy to useConvenientIt helps me in generating email responses when I don't know how to start a conversation in a formal way.

Cons: I don't think there are any cons. Sometimes it lags but is fine as it generates results.

Pros: The outlook add-in is fantastic and allows me to pop open a MailMaestro window quickly - tell it what I want it to produce and in what tone - then it instantly fires it back at me for potential inclusion in an email. It's seamless and can really save time structuring and writing emails that are thoughtful and thorough.

Cons: I wish there were more options and training that can happen to teach MailMaestro what I like and expect from it's generated content.

Pros: I love that it automatically types out complicated and long emails even though sometimes, it will require much editing to get the message across. I have been using it for free; it is a great additional tool available to professionals.

Cons: The ease of using this app could be improved and accuracy to understand the prompts and responses could also be better fine-tuned.

Pros: it s innovative, once one is used to work with it, it is user friendly and helps generate good quality emails . it saves time and language, meaning syntax, gramar and spelling are correct when using different languages. i also like the fact that it allows me to customise my mails to the audience .

Cons: i cannot include it in outlook and have to use outlook live and i don't like that. it bugs from time to time and i cannot paste the message in my mail or i loose the message and need to rewrite it.

Pros: Efficient to use. Comes in handy. Responses are what you expect.

Cons: Can give more drafts as requirements change.

Pros: Easy to pick up and use as it is very simple

Cons: On and off it says I can't use it when I'm trying to generate an email

Pros: It gives me the chance to instantly write e-mails that I would normally agonize over for 10-20 minutes

Cons: I wish it was slightly smarter, and could better interpret the context, so that I wouldn't need some much manual intervention after the fact.

Pros: MailMaestro generates high-quality text that is clear, concise, and grammatically correct. The interface is clean and simple, and the instructions are clear and concise.

Cons: It can be slow at times, especially when generating large amounts of text. Also, it does not analyze the email and suggest replies.

Pros: Works with O365.It is very user friendly.Saves lot of time

Cons: I don't know of anything so far that i do not like in the MailMaestro.

Pros: Get your email ready depends formal or casual.

Cons: As i said it should catch the previous content and it should not draft emails as new.

Pros: It understands the tone of writting and make proper gramatically correct sentences. It is smart and just like Chat GPT which can resond to your quarries and requests.

Cons: Sometimes it does not parapharase as per expectation.

Pros: Predefined Email template for setting up the meeting also the subject of the email

Pros: MailMaestro being built into Outlook is extremely nifty and handy to maximize work efficiency.

Cons: Too many free services exist with AI on the upbringing, it's a personal opinion of mine that services such as this should be free.

Pros: Quite helpful and educational. Appears to integrate really well with Windows. I find some suggestions to be verbose.

Cons: I'd like to see them add a "Brevity" tone.

Pros: So far so good. This has been a great product to use compared to others out there. It makes it very easy to respond to emails without needing to sit down and properly write out the perfect response. I just put in what I want to say and amazingly, it creates exactly what I am looking for.

Cons: I wish it would take more into account what was said int he past, and maybe automatically create responses.

Pros: That it reads the previous emails and know what to reply instantly!

Cons: That it doesn't have many languages yet..

Pros: I love mail, maestro. It has saved me so much time writing and replying to emails. I love the new prompt feature that has post agendas. I like how it will do replies and take whatever content is in the email you’re replying to and go off of that. It’s very user-friendly. Set up to literally a minute. Definitely use this every single day.

Cons: I wish that you could edit part of the generated reply, and keep some of the generated reply.

Pros: its improvement in terms of functionality

Cons: deeper integration with Outlook services is needed. proposing some parts of the email every time, e.g., I hope this email finds you well.

Pros: Automated response and organized response.

Cons: Complexity to use. but it can be improved.

Pros: The product was easy to install in Outlook and immediately start using. Initial product adoption is always at the most critical space when you find a new software product designed to solve a problem for you.

Cons: I'm lucky that so far, I haven't found anything I haven't liked.
