Pros: Transitioned to AS to streamline since our Transportation Mgmt System is built on salesforce. "Integrated" is overstatement -- however, daily accounting transactions are easier for the accounting team

Cons: Financial management reporting is horrible. No gross profit lines, no cash flow reporting, and only recent capabilities to view financials by cumulative time frames -- a HUGE step back from QB.

Pros: Accounting Seed is a powerful, flexible, and Salesforce-integrated accounting tool that simplifies finances

Cons: Accounting Seed is somewhat of a complex setup tool, has slow support, and some features feel outdated or hard to navigate.

Pros: Accounting Seed has easy integration with Salesforce. The ease of usability has been the standout feature. Accounting seed has helped our team simplify accountancy.

Cons: Limited out of the box reporting. Reporting is basic, users need to build complex reports manually or rely on third party solutions.

Pros: Accounting seed has been the most important tool in our company for accounting. It keeps everything at one place which makes it easy. I like the customization of the app.

Cons: Setting up for the first time is time consuming especially for beginners. Some of the reporting can be improved.

Pros: We enjoyed how easy it was to use and its customizability.

Cons: We didn't like the complicated reporting and missing features.

Pros: The most point about this program is this ability to go from leads to sales to invoicing within one platform.

Cons: The least thing is this option to reporting custom and at meanwhile Salesforce reporting.

Pros: I like that Accounting Seed offers all accounting features we need for our business. It is easy to deploy and use this accounting software It is easy to personalize the software to meet our needs.

Cons: So far Accounting Seed has been amazing zero complaints.

Pros: A little convoluted when posting entries. You need to know how accounting works in order to use it.

Cons: Reports are hard to tie in to Salesforce data.

Pros: Bank Connect, Cloning payable lines and journal entries. I think that is one of the best features.

Cons: Payment processing in Accounts Payable. Only having one general ledger account options for various payable components, vendors, insurance companies, producers, all falls under the same account number .

Pros: Customizable with existing Salesforce business processes. Powerful reporting and dashboard capabilities.

Cons: User interface is limited to Salesforce user interface so its little clicky.

Pros: Ease ot use and very compatible with my company systems.

Cons: Macs has a few bugs on system but worked ok overall

Pros: The tools it is allowing our team to do today and in the future with business growth gives us the power of knowledge and analysis.

Cons: As the product is quite customizable, it is also requiring a lot of effort for basic functionality that use as end users are seeking. We are building towards getting those results

Pros: The creation of financial reports it's a very useful tool for monthly closures and the automations that can be built with accounting seed objects

Cons: There are some performance improvements and/or limitations in some objects like Bank Reconciliation, being able to mass post/unpost update some records is not available in all objects too. Overall is a great software but not the easiest to understand at first.

Pros: It is easy to get accounting data. I use it for day to day transaction posting and Financial reporting and I feel it gives all details readily available.

Cons: Bit difficult to get both debit and credit of the JE in one screen.

Pros: The best UI/UX and overall accounting management along with security features

Cons: Learning the different accounting terms and steps that need to be followed, and that too with lots of experience/exposure can be made simplified

Pros: We were looking for something SalesForce integrated that wasn't outrageously expensive and that was easy to use and available for all employees to at least see. AS checked all those boxes for us and it was easy to install and be trained on it's features.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is that the credit card processing is external, so for the recurring billing, I have to manually process those billings. Its a minor inconvience because I can process them in fairly large batches and it will still create the cash receipts and apply them to the invoices itself.

Pros: It is easy to support Accounting Seed as it is native to Salesforce!

Cons: I appreciate the double accounting aspect of this enterprise solution, however, the number of users that come from single entry accounting systems such as QuickBooks need additional training and initial support.

Pros: Price. Ease of integration with Salesforce

Cons: The input screens for payables and receivables is cluttered and takes extra time to tab/scroll past all the fields that you do not need to populate. When you look drill into a journal entry from an account you only see the one side of the entry. You always need to see both or all the entries associated with that JE.The import templates provided don't always work.The fact that apparently after we implemented in July we need an upgrade in September. We were not notified we needed to upgrade. Why doesn't hat happen automatically? We had an issue with applying cash receipts and it took a week for Support to let us know we need an upgrade. and then there was no direction about how to do an upgrade.

Pros: Easy to use for my daily accounting functions

Cons: Wish reports were easy to merge - two reports that need to be one report.

Pros: I really like it. It was a big relief to know that I could manage all my financial data in the same place and I didn't have to worry about importing or exporting data between systems.

Cons: The truth is, it was not easy to understand all the configurations and customizations necessary to adapt the platform to my specific needs of my company.

Pros: What I especially like about Accounting Seed is its customization options that align perfectly with our specific needs, the platform easily connects with banks and other financial institutions, making management easier, what I like most is its scalability and flexibility, which prepare our accounting processes for the future. Even for those on our team who are not accounting professionals, the platform is easy to navigate and use.

Cons: Something that is difficult at first is connecting the banks with the platform, it is not that easy, you have to try many times since it does not always synchronize the first time. Another weak point they have is customer support, the process is not easy, they take time to respond and once they respond, resolving a problem with the platform takes time.

Pros: Support Staff, [sensitive content hidden], was very helpful when an issue arose with a bank reconciliation

Cons: When creating new reports, the report writing can be difficult.
