Not worth it, though I have revisited several times.
Pros: That I got it for free from Appsumo about 5 years ago or more.
Cons: It doesn't have the serious integrations I'm looking for after all this time.

Nie wieder!!!! Schlechter Suport: Es wird einem immer zuerst selbst die Schuld zugewiesen (z.B. "du hast das Passwort von Facebook geändert"), was nie der Fall war.
Pros: dass man auch Meta Formulare verbinden kann
Cons: dass man mind. 1x pro Monat Probleme damit hat. Verursacht personellen Aufwand, ständige Kontrolle, man zahlt noch den Support als Stundensatz für Fehlfunktionen des Tools

Cons: Syncspider sollte für uns den Link zwischen Campaignmonitor und unserem Shopware 6 - System schließen, so dass sich Nutzer im Shop zum Newsletter an- und abmelden können.Es hieß, dies wäre eine simple Angelegenheit, aber es funktioniert in keinster Weise!Syncspider kann „newsletter_recipient“ nicht übertragen, außerdem fehlt die Funktion um de-abonnierte Newsletter-Empfänger zu synchronisieren.Kunden die einmal als Empfänger übertragen wurden, bleiben für ewig so. Auch wenn sie sich im Shop wieder für den Newsletter abmelden.Das ist für eine Software Stand 2023 eigentlich absurd! Viel schlimmer wiegt jedoch, dass uns unser Ansprechpartner und die offizielle (!) Kontaktadresse ghosten und einfach nicht mehr reagieren!!! 500 € haben wir vorab bezahlt und sind -sorry- richtig hart verarscht worden. Wir verfolgen die Angelegenheit nun aus Prinzip anwaltlich weiter. Allen potentiell interessierten möchte ich von diesem Unternehmen dringendst abraten!

Pros: I love that you can build an organizational structure within the software. I can add members under my organization and assign roles to them.
Cons: Many platforms works well when they are synced with other apps, however Syncspider need to continue building an app integration list to stand out.

Pros: -> easy to understand - easy to implement-> very good support
Cons: -> some features did not work properly (filter, manufacturer sku mapping for example)-> not really fast and efficient - stock update for ~1600 products is running for over 10 hours (you could at first sort every sku out that is not in the shopware database to update. At the moment it tries to update every line in the source-export.)

The experience is good so far, and I still rely on it for some work
Pros: The free trial is very good, especially as it provides better features than some similar sites, but there is still the best to offer to customers

Pros: I like that it can connect to many apps which I am already using - even some . The support is prompt to help if you hit any road bumps although they already have rich documentation. The speed of adding new apps to the platform is also amazing. Overall, I love the customer-centric approach from the team behind this software.
Cons: The UI/UX looks a bit dated. It's not as intuitive as Zapier when you first started using it. Hence, do expect some learning curve.

Pros: What I love the most is about SyncSpider is its automating feature. In a time where everything has become virtual, and most persons are not so familiar with certain online tools, SyncSpider not only automate tasks, but it boast productivity. Also, it is very cost effective and once you have mastered the platform, It is the best B2B app moving forward. The Help Chat is also an amazing feature as well as it is readily available to answer all your queries in a timely manner.
Cons: Very Time consuming when you are not familiar with the software.

Pros: I like the variety of different apps that we can use in the integrations. I was setting SyncSpider up for a client who uses some very mainstream apps in addition to some others as well that are a little less widespread, and was pleased to discover that we could integrate our entire tech stack together using SyncSpider. I also found it very simple and intuitive to get started which is important because we need to be able to make it easy for the team members to adopt the software.
Cons: As with any such product, the task run limits are a bit frustrating (not that I don't understand the need for them) - but rather just that it's hard to estimate how many we will need / use in a month so it's hard to estimate what the costs might be.

Pros: Having an app that synchronizes your tasks across multiple apps can really streamline the way your business is run. Ideally we would be able to pay a development team to create a tailor made system for our business, but before that is a possibility its likely we would be using cheaper applications we can find readily built and available online. Sync spider allows those ready built apps to communicate, almost like you do in fact have a single tailor made software for your company. Of course there are other apps that exist doing the same thing, but the Team at Syncspider has reeaaaally shown some enthusiasm and hard work in developing this software to the expectation of its users in the last few months. and shows much promise to content with the heavy hitters like zapier. I am glad to have picked this up for a lifetime deal.
Cons: as with any app syncing software its notlikely youd have access to every intergation you want, and to every process you want to automate. and so the only flaw is that its limited a the moment in what it can do. but that is the nature of the software, and all of these softwares exist to continually evolve and integrate with newer apps on the market.

Pros: SyncSpider is a brilliant Zapier Alternative, with a lot of functionality and integrations. The team behind SyncSpider is extremely helpful and they keep integrating new recipes. The best part of SyncSpider is that you can try it for free and you can also get a free trial, which allows you to use SyncSpider without paying anything but I am sure you will be hooked!
Cons: They are still adding more recipes/integrations which are in the roadmap pipeline but I am waiting for MySQL integration and it will complete my journey!

overall SyncSpider is a solid tool that gets the job done and the team is working on making it better and better every day.
Pros: There are new integrations that they are adding almost every week and they have pretty good documentation helping out every step along the way. So far even tools that are not supported by the support team helped me with showing me the documentation on how to use almost any API & Webhook.
Cons: There is a slight learning curve on how the tasks work but once you get the hang of things its pretty simple

After signing up, I was provided with a warm welcome and their support team have been very responsive to my requests and have been helping me set up the various integrations for my business.
Pros: In the past I've used tools like Zapier, Integrately and Pabbly which are all great tools as well. Though the monthly costs of running them and the additional tasks that we had to continuously pay for especially when you go over a certain limit doesn't justify the ongoing costs. That's why I considered SyncSpider.
Cons: There are a few things I learnt which I hope they will eventually address is the trigger functions. Currently they only have 2 types - one through a scheduled time and the 2nd is triggered by a task within SyncSpider. If they can add another one that is triggered by the event change / update in the app it would be better - e.g. like an API trigger instead. I know I've been able to solve this issue using the Webhook function and that's worked exactly the way I expected.

Wonderful! Very easy to navigate and work with! Very simple to understand!
Pros: The automation of being able to communicate multiple programs together automatically. We bought this software to replace Oberlo and Dropified. We were not only ecstatic that we could buy this at a cheaper rate but that we could also have the SyncSpider team custom program apps for us so their software could get multiple programs of ours to communicate together to complete our auto ordering processes of our Print On Demand services and our AliExpress dropshipping!
Cons: Nothing at all. This was the answer we had been searching for for years. As I said, we started out using Shopify (which changed their name to Dropified), and then we tried Oberlow but they both had quirks and frustrations with automating certain products from certain drop shipping companies. SyncSpider took care of all of this and now if we can't custom program the app to do what we want, we can either work with a zappier app or pay to have a SyncSpider programmer custom program the feature for us!

The aim was to Get Data talking to Data, to date For me, it is simply the best tool for e-commerce integration
Pros: Simply SyncSpider should be in your tool chest for automating your back office. They now have over 150 integrations and growing - It works with API and not just Webhooks, and these kind of integrations are deeper and more complex. The customer service support is very fast. The team answered my questions usually within 24 hours or less, additionally they are very helpful as I am not a developer and sometimes had no idea what I was doing wrong.
Cons: Due to the level of Deep integrations SyncSpider are doing they are, a little slow to release new connections, but when they do - they work!

Pros: Sync Spider will be the perfect addon for any Growth hacker or growth marketer that wants to connect multiple apps and tools. The tool is easy to use and set up, it has a wide range of connections, and the team is responsive to new connection requests. We use it mostly for slowly replacing things we normally did with Zapier and it saves us a lot of monthly marketing dollars. The UX is simple and neat, things are easy to find and I believe even a, not a user will have no difficulty finding their way around. Well recommended for both agency and product.
Cons: So far I have been happy with the tool and nothing bad to say

We have been looking for a solution to integrate our systems for a long time and we have finally found it with SyncSpider. There are so many integrations for ecommerce to help aggerate our data, optimize our workflows and finally get a better handle on our multichannel business. The options are limitless and no more trying to figure out API parameters for each vendor we use. The system was very easy to set up and compared to the other options we have explored this is by far the best solution in the marketplace. Without a doubt, SyncSpider is one of those tools that you need to have in your toolbox, especially if you are into e-commerce, where automation is a key factor. I had been looking at Zapier and Integromat alternatives for a while now, but no matter how much I have tested, none of them convinced me, until SyncSpider appeared. In Conclusion: If automations is something you need and you don't have another tool in the bag already, that does the same thing, then it's worth getting it for this competetive pricing and their service is also located in Austria/EU! That's just awesome for all automating-jobs that have to be done in european countries!
Pros: - Quick and helpful answers through the help chat - Handles big volumes of data - They've increased the rate of integration (this seemed to be common among the complaints). - SyncSpider have webhooks and external API.
Cons: - Needs more integrations (which they're working on) - UI needs work (I think I saw somewhere that they're working on it). - Some integrations may require more technical grease - but they do have decent video tutorials and instructions you can follow and while I did not get to experience the support myself, other have reported that it was great.

Pros: Makes our ecommerce businesses run efficiently as it helps streamline previously manual process to an automate workflow. There is tons of existing integration and more in the pipeline. Their support was fast and you can sense their willingness to help. I see tons of potential from it and its upcoming integrations.
Cons: There is some learning curve to get used to the interface. UX and documentation can be improved

Utterly frustrating. The members of the support team are very generous with their time and patience, so this is not a reflection on the team and there is definitely an effort to give good prompt support. A good addtion when a task is going nowhere as in my case, would be the offer of support via teamviewer to go through the task together. This would be both instructive and save a lot of time with all the going backwards and forwards and hanging about. But after 7 weeks using this product daily (bar one week when my computer died), my overriding belief is that this product doesn´t do what it claims, and is simply not ready for market, which is a great shame. The videos are promotional and contain no information that show you how to create tasks, just lots of bla bla bla about all the wonderful things Synchspider can do. I have a week to decide whether to refund or not. Disappointed. This is not the review I wanted to write.
Pros: It´s promise: lots of promises. No need for developers. Will save loads of time. Will save money. Autonomy. Easy to use. Great support.

Overall Im very happy with the platform, and it saves me a lot of time.
Pros: Great for automating processes in your e-commerce business, from synchronizing stock between your WooCommerce store and your Etsy store, to creating customers in your CRM and so much more.
Cons: IT could be a little easier to set up, there is a little bit of a leaning curve, and I would like more video tutorials.
