Delivery is reliable and the communication about my orders is clear and timely. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. It would be even better to have a wider variety of products and styles available online, but in general I am happy with the service.
Pros: The service is fast, and we can find everything we need on your website. The ordering process is simple and straightforward, and confirmation emails arrive quickly. Delivery is usually on time and well communicated. Overall, the online shopping experience is smooth and convenient.
Cons: It would be very helpful to have a wider variety of products and more options to choose from. In addition, clearer and more searchable product names would improve the search experience, as there are times when you search for an item but cannot find it, even though you know it is available.

Excellent. The ease of use is far superior to other platforms. Having 1 supplier is a huge time saver.
Pros: Easy to use. Compare products and prices for several retailers. It's great being able to access several stores through 1 website.
Cons: Site does save search history. Once you locate something and move on, it's difficult to get back without doing another search.

Overall, Order.co has helped streamline source products and has even assisted me in finding cheaper alternatives if they notice a price jump on something I order frequently.
Pros: I really enjoy how user friendly the system is and breaks down everything I would need to evaluate regarding spending and sourcing.
Cons: Support can be a bit delayed with their responses if an issue comes up with one of my orders. Once I get the response it’s helpful, but usually can take more than a day.

I absolutely love Order.co! I would (and have been) recommend this to anybody looking to save money on office supplies!
Pros: The user interface and the true amount of cost savings involved! Everything is so easy to find, and the hyperlinks bring up new pages fast as ever!
Cons: Can't say 1 bad thing about it! I have tried tons of Office Depot style competitors and Order.co just knows how to get it done!

Pros: Very easy to navigate, clean UI, and low learning curve. The workflows are straightforward, and it doesn’t take long to get productive in the system. Stable performance. rarely any glitches or downtime.
Cons: The platform feels dated. no open APIs, no webhooks, and limited integration options. It’s difficult to automate anything beyond what’s natively supported.

Pros: Helps streamline across teams, departments and companywide. It is user friendly on both the end user and admin side.
Cons: Not many, we have had a great experience with Order.co and have found the teams we have worked with very supportive and collaborative.

The service is professional, the customer services is always available, the products get updated regularly. The logo items are great quality.
Pros: The automation of orders is great! The deliveries arrive on time and are always well packed. The ordering process is easy once you set up your products.
Cons: The abundance of the packaging materials is a waste. Sometimes the boxes are almost 3/4 empty and just filled to the brim with packaging material. There should be a recycling or reuse option to distribute to the mailing shops in town.

Pros: Easy way for our 200+ unit business to seamlessly order products from a variety of vendors from one log in. easy ability to add products, see our spend on a org or smaller break down, and they are always adding new ways to make ordering easy and want our feedback.
Cons: some UI is clunky, but the team is always open for feedback and working to improve. there are features that are still manual (like bulk changing a product category over all locations) but the support team is a ticket away to help

Over the experience is quick and managed well.. The process allows coordinators to add to the list while managers can help with budgets.
Pros: The catalog of items is easy to access, especially for frequently ordered items. The site is easy to use and quick to order items. The turnaround time on orders happens quickly from order date to received in studio. I appreciate that it recommends a different item if it is low in stock or previously backordered.
Cons: An upgrade would be allowing the reviewer to decline or remover the specific item as opposed to not allowing the entire order. The staff then has to go in and repeat the entire order.

So far I have had a really positive experience keeping my place of business stocked with everything I need.
Pros: Order has everything I could possibly need. I like that it gives me a heads up when something may be out and then shows me another option.
Cons: It can be hard to navigate the website to find what I need quickly. I wish there was an option for categories.

Great for the most part- easy to order, confirm orders, edit existing, and reject if needed. Good virtual service.
Pros: The Ease of ordering for all of my locations , timely delivery on most occasions - good communication.
Cons: Once in awhile sometimes certain items needed are out of stock, not enough choices to make a different selection.

I like my overall experience with Order.co, being able to order what I need when I need it with a click of a button.
Pros: I like the convenience and ease of use with Order co. I also like the selection of product available.
Cons: There was some issues saying something was out of stock, but checked directly and it was in stock through amazon.

It works well for straightforward orders and invoice consolidation, yet Pacaso still needs a more comprehensive procure-to-pay platform that connects purchasing, vendor management, and financial workflows end-to-end.
Pros: I like that Order.co centralizes purchasing and provides clear visibility into spend across vendors. The platform simplifies approvals and consolidates invoices, which has helped reduce manual processing time and improve auditability.
Cons: It doesn’t fully solve for Pacaso’s broader procurement needs—especially around budgeting, forecasting, and integration with financial systems. Reporting can be limited, and it’s still challenging to manage complex vendor relationships or non-catalog orders efficiently.

Order.co makes it incredibly convenient for our teams to purchase approved products for each studio. It keeps everything streamlined and ensures we’re sourcing from the right vendors. The platform is intuitive and easy for new team members to pick up quickly. The only drawback I’ve noticed is that shipping can take a little longer for items that usually arrive faster through Amazon, and returns are slightly more involved since they go through the platform. Overall, it’s a dependable, easy-to-use system that helps our studios stay organized and efficient.

Order.co has made ordering for our locations so simple and easy. It is user friendly to be able to add items and get them ordered.
Pros: I love the customer support. They are really quick to find out more information on orders that were placed. I love that this is a great 1 place shop for our multiple locations to be able to use easily.
Cons: Vendors and Tracking not being updated on orders. Not having updated tracking for orders makes things difficult to be able to track each order. Would love to have better communication between us and the vendors with having Order.co as our middle man communicating and following up more with the vendors without having to Reach out to support to find out more information.

I have used it at two different companies and overall it has been great. I started using when it was negotiatius and since then I have seen a lot of updates and improvements to the user experience.
Pros: I love how everything is in one place. It is easy to add items and track all my orders. I like the updated features and being able to approve orders directly from my email.
Cons: The filter on the insights tab. The date selection isn't straight forward. I think this would be better if you had a simple range selector.

My overall experience has been fantastic! Love it and feel like it is an asset to myself with getting items for my Center.
Pros: The ease of ordering, the updates on my order, easy returns, order.co has great customer service and it is all in my order history when I want to reorder. They also have an area where you can make a list of frequently ordered items to make it easy to find.
Cons: There really isn't anything I have experienced that I do not like. The only thing is the search button is a little picky on words. Even if the word is in the title it does not always pick up the item.

so far so good. I find that it is easy to remove and add products based on company needs. We are also able to select and limit most cost efficient options.
Pros: I can manage what my staff orders and enforce some tighter controls. I can also add/delete items that may not be safe for our centers.
Cons: Researching orders can be difficult. It would be nice if the search function had better capabilities.

It’s been an amazing experience using this system. It has significantly improved the way we manage our supply ordering process. Overall, Order.co has brought structure and consistency to our operations, making our supply chain more reliable and our team more confident in managing store inventory.
Cons: I think it's a good service, I like that it has multiple option of product we can order for our store.

I'm very pleased using this platform to order necessary products to efficiently run my business. Customer service is a great to work with should you have an issue.
Pros: Really appreciate the ease of using the platform. Very convenient and easy to use. Received my products in a timely manner when it is in stock and available.
Cons: I have in the past ordered products that are not in stock and I will receive a notice the order is complete when in fact it is not. However a quick inquiry sent to customer support always results in a prompt response.

Pros: Order.co has been a pleasure to work with. The staff support has been one of the best parts of utilizing Order.co. Knowing that you always have someone to reach out to with issues/concerns is a big benefit. In terms of cost and expense management, order.co really gives the ability to have all our expenses on one platform, which makes tracking our costs so much more efficient.
Cons: There is not really anything that I don't like about Order.co. I have been using Order.co for almost 3 years now with the company I am at, and the management has been a breeze and staff support has been great.

The security has improved overall. Order management can be chaotic when you're managing several doors and trying to avoid an accounting nightmare.The platform has improved the accessibility, structure, management tools and features. etc. And the engagement from their leadership team to ensure we are getting the most out of the platform has been a tremendous help
Pros: The cost and expense management tools are the best. Tracking costs has saved us so much money. They recently updated our ability to manage PO's at the retail level, especially when it comes to approvals. Saving time, money, and improving our process management with these boundaries.
Cons: The different categories are not always intuitive. To do some of the more simple daily tasks can be challenging.
