Overall I have a great experience with proggio
Pros: Easy to use Great interface steep learning curve
Cons: Training is required to get use of all features and possibilities of proggio
Marc K. · Senior Scientist · Pharmaceuticals · October 15, 2024
Overall, Proggio has been a useful tool for managing my project portfolio. Its interface is friendly, and I can easily track tasks and deadlines. However, I think it’s more suited for simpler projects or general project management tasks. For technical fields, it would be great to see additional features that better support complex project networks.
Pros: I appreciate how visual and intuitive Proggio is for project management. The interface is user-friendly, making it easy to map out and track project portfolios. As an optical system engineer, I manage complex projects, and Proggio’s clear task organization helps me stay on top of things. The ability to collaborate with my network and monitor progress in real-time has also been a big advantage
Cons: While Proggio offers a user-friendly interface, I find it somewhat limited for more complex and technical project portfolios. The lack of advanced options tailored to engineering workflows can slow down progress. Additionally, the reporting features could be more customizable to better suit specific project management needs, especially for technical fields like optical engineering.

I've been hearing this from investors a lot lately: "Aren't you just another LLM wrapper that's going to get crushed by …

Pros: It is a user-friendly program management software
Cons: Some bugs appear recently. Wehn number of users increases software gets slow or out or order
Jalal S. · Optical Engineer · Semiconductors · September 3, 2024
Pros: Different views for tasks, map, dynamic map, board etc.
Cons: It does not allow simultaneous tasks on one line. An option to allow this would be useful.
Zak H. · Head of IT · Education Management · August 31, 2024
This is my first time in a project management software, but so far, I love it. It helps so much to see the full scope of a project. It's too easy to lose site of the entire project timeline when you don't have something like this.
Pros: Being able to see the full scope of a project in the map view.
Cons: Not being able to have a task list of items just assigned to me that I can clear out. By having the subtasks, the full task item stays in the To Do list, even if all of my subtasks have been completed. As an individual user, I would prefer a view where I can see my open subtasks and move them over, so that I can truly see what I still have pending to work on.
Erica F. · Financial Services Project Manager · Staffing and Recruiting · August 22, 2024
I'm still working to learn the application, so I still run into some frustrations, but overall it has met my needs in tracking tasks.
Pros: The available views (list, map, dynamic map, etc.) along with the ability to customize your view to meet your needs.
Cons: Navigation feels a bit clunky, and there is a fairly steep learning curve. Not always intuitive.
Aaron H. · Sr. Application Developer · Consumer Services · August 21, 2024
In general is good, I´m waiting to receive some type of upgrade to let it easier to use, in a view like Microsoft Project.
Pros: It´s very easy to use. Very colorfull and can be shared with many users to contribute with the work.
Cons: The screen is a bit confuse. I prefere more views like Microsoft Project, in a simpler interface.

Overall it was a positive experience dealing with the Proggio team, and they were engaged in supporting our exploration and comparison of different systems. For those companies going through growth periods, Proggio will cater excellently with zero additional cost.
Pros: Proggio were one of the only vendors to offer a private server, extremely scalable by offering subscription to modules (not based on user count) and the best visual display of projects through to the portfolio view.
Cons: In our situation, the costs were prohibitive based on our user count and the user requirements (i.e. modules required). No Teams/Outlook integration, and development required to fulfil user requirements at the time.

Overall, my experience with Proggio is excellent and there is room to improve Chat GPT.
Pros: I like the flexibility that Proggio brings to projects and the ease of creating projects in Proggio.
Cons: Custom roadmaps and Gantt charts lack in Proggio
Shibu S. · Product manager · Consumer Electronics · August 19, 2024
So far, positive. Time will tell as to whether this becomes an integrated part of my day as a project manager, but early signs are that this should be a low-impact and high-outcome product if adopted across the business.
Pros: The very visual, interactive 'Projectmap'. It's the USP of Proggio and is the stand out feature in being able to dynamically manage and monitor your major project activities, milestones and dependencies without needing to dive into sub-menus. Support is also top notch, with keen, friendly staff who are willing to help and take on board product improvement suggestions.
Cons: Behind-the-scenes menus and 'list' view feel clunky at times, with some limited functionality for editing information. Occasionally the platform can feel glitchy, with auto save not always living up to it's name.
Mark W. · Project Manager · Education Management · August 14, 2024
Overall good so far, still getting used to the platform
Pros: Greatly aids the visualisation of project timelines and task.
Cons: Task list/bucket view is somewhat difficult to navigate, I don't like that is shows you all Proggio environment users within a specific project, should be limited to the give project users.
Jack H. · IT Technician · Education Management · August 14, 2024
Its a good platform to create and manage my timeline. It will be good if it have target vs actual tracking.
Pros: all planning and tracking in one platform. its notification, interesting and user friendly UI/UX. Can share and download timeline easily.
Cons: My super admin can overview all the progress easily if project delay ;p
Iza Hazwani S. · Metrology Validation Team · Medical Devices · August 11, 2024
A professional tool for project management
Pros: An easy-to-use visual user interface with drag-and-drop features
Cons: I found Proggio to be a very intuitive app that allows our team to easily view all our running projects.
Yuval S. · CEO · Design · August 11, 2024
Overall it was very useful for our project and I foresee a lot of future use.
Pros: It is very accessible and a powerful tool.
Cons: Takes a bit of a learning curve to get used to it and fully understand the capabilities.
OSCAR B. · Product Engineer · Semiconductors · August 8, 2024
Overall, I really like the product and the team at Proggio are great to work with. The implementation needs investment from any client looking to purchase, but Proggio are very supportive in the set-up process.
Pros: The user-experience is great, the system is intuitive once you get the hang of it and I like the stack-ranking and 'what-if' scenario modelling.
Cons: The product cant currently allow you to roll up risks to a programme or portfolio level. We have found a manual work around to this, but it is clunky. Proggio are aware this is a missing feature and hopefully will be resolving in the near future.
Steve A. · Group Business Transformation Director · Civic & Social Organization · June 9, 2024
Easy and intuitive, very easy to work with.
Pros: Very easy to use, and on the go. Quick and easy to oversee updates across all project areas and to share with the team.
Cons: The cost, although still value for money!
Jennifer P. · Event Manager · Events Services · May 22, 2024
Pros: The flexibility of the tool to be utilized across functions and teams
Cons: When many users (6+) are editing the same project it can case multiple refreshes.
Josh K. · VP of Operations · Food Production · April 23, 2024
Customer Service is top notch. Working through questions and best ideas on set-up, I found that the customer service team was very useful.
Pros: Proggio's project intake process, resource management, and portfolio prioritization can keep an organization focused on success.
Cons: Establishing project workstream and milestone set-up can take some strategic thinking into how the project flow will best benefit.
Amber S. · ERP Program Manager · Professional Training & Coaching · April 18, 2024
We really enjoy working with Proggio, the tool is smart, fun and easy to use. We attend scheduled weekly as well as additional regular ad-hoc meetings with our Customer Success Manager. We have customised the tool to meet our needs and the team are incredibly helpful and supportive to us. I consider our Customer Success Manager like one of my own team now, his support and positivity has been incredible and we all enjoy the fantastic results together!!
Pros: Implementing Proggio has been a massive success for us, we enjoy being able to share Portfolio information and smart looking reports and dashboards with our Senior Leadership. Our Project Managers are really enjoying rolling out all of their Project using the tool as it's intuitive and user-friendly.
Cons: There are a couple of bugs but whenever these are reported, they're resolved quickly.
Loren W. · Group IT Project Manager · Hospital & Health Care · April 17, 2024
Brilliant, I'm excited to use Proggio for all my upcoming projects.
Pros: I love how easy it is to navigate and how visually appealing it is! I really like the checklist and time log features. I have multiple projects I need to manage and using Proggio makes it feel effortless.
Cons: Nothing as of yet- I am sure in time there will be additional features I can suggest.
Rachel F. · Director · Events Services · April 2, 2024
Pros: Proggio has revolutionized our project management approach. Its intuitive visual timeline, seamless collaboration features, and seamless integrations with tools like Slack and Jira have greatly enhanced our team's productivity. Highly recommended for any project manager seeking efficiency and effectiveness.
Cons: While I've had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Proggio, one minor downside is that the learning curve for new users can be a bit steep initially. However, once you become familiar with the platform, its benefits far outweigh this initial challenge.
Lian N. · Market Research Analyst · Market Research · April 2, 2024
Pros: Proggio offers a streamlined project management solution that's as intuitive as it is powerful. With its dynamic timeline view and seamless collaboration features, Proggio empowers teams to stay on track and deliver results efficiently. Its flexibility, scalability, and seamless integration with popular tools make it a standout choice for project managers seeking excellence. Highly recommended for anyone looking to elevate their project management game.
Cons: While Proggio offers an impressive array of features and benefits, one aspect that could be improved is the depth of customization options for task management. While the platform is flexible, some users may find that they desire more granular control over task attributes and workflows. However, this is a minor limitation in an otherwise outstanding project management tool.
Sari Q. · Project manager · Education Management · April 2, 2024
overall, it is very helpful for project management and portfolio management and may be one of the great compared to compitattors like Replican PSA, clickup and smart sheet i used.
Pros: workstream and portfolio has more impacts on my tasks and it is convenient to grap the status and details
Cons: time management and assigned task may have multiple durations so there should be option for multiple durations
seshathri K. · mechanical engineer · Semiconductors · August 4, 2023
Pros: The ease of use, the ability to interface between several projects, the many options available for sharing your project with your team and adapting it to your needs.
Cons: As an IT specialist, an advanced API would be welcome, along with documentation describing its use.
Gaël P. · IT Engineer · Retail · July 31, 2023
Proggio has allowed ability to view and modify our key project plans within our Portfolio. It has allowed integration of key information within the plans.
Pros: Ease of use. Ability to manipulate plans in real time. Ability to link budget and risks to activities.
Cons: Initially it takes some time to consider your plans from a different point of view, but once you do this you can open up the potential of Proggio.
