It is designed for people who want a clear way to manage projects without the complexity of heavier systems. Teams can create projects, assign tasks, set due dates, add comments, share files, and follow updates as work moves forward. Breeze is often used by marketing teams, agencies, consultants, accountants, nonprofits, and other teams that need a simple way to coordinate work, manage deadlines, and stay on top of day-to-day tasks. The focus is on keeping project management straightforward, so teams can stay organized and collaborate without spending time setting up or learning a complicated tool.

Reduced our RFP turnaround time dramatically. Collaboration between departments is smoother, and we no longer dig through old files to find answers.
Pros: The AI-suggested answers and content reuse tools save hours per week. It has a fantastic answer library and version control for keeping everything organized. Free onboarding and training helped us hit the ground running. Transparent pricing and analytics make budgeting and ROI tracking easy.
Cons: All i like least about Breeze is that It would be even better with CRM integration and a mobile app.

Breeze has made project management very easy. The support team is pretty active and responsive, and the tool itself is quite easy to use. This means that the team coordination has improved by quite a bit.
Pros: What I truly love about Breeze is that it has a really clean UI, with minimal onboarding required. That is well-equipped with all the details to manage priority tasks, track status effectively across multiple projects, and let everybody know where things stand in the context of their deliverables.
Cons: Some downsides include that sometimes minor bugs occur within the system. More significantly, the failure to create checklist templates is a bit bothersome. None of these major flaws have been found thus far, which disturbs the general efficiency and easiness that Breeze brings over our project management efforts.

Pros: This tool is really easy to use. Setting up email alerts for task summaries and due date reminders is really helpful, specially for people with a lot of tasks or a busy schedule. The interface is clear and intuitive, making it easy to navigate.
Cons: I don't have any major complaints about Breeze. However, it would be great if there was an option to use it in Spanish.

It's a good tool to use and our company works within it but I do wish it had more up to date features and PM software capabilities.
Pros: I like the customizability of Breeze and the utilities within a project or task to document and assign.
Cons: Need a better overview for project flow, timelines, and an overall view of what entire teams or departments are working on. Visually it lacks as a PM software.

Pros: I like being able to visualize our projects and tasks
Cons: I wish the calendar option was easier to organize.
Allison M. · Marketing Manager · Hospital & Health Care · May 23, 2024
Pros: Provides a decent amount of customization and allows our team to grab tasks from the board and organize our workflows
Cons: Still lacking in some customization and integration pieces
Eric S. · Senior Software Architect · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 23, 2024
Pros: I like that I can have multiple cards, columns and swimlanes inside one project and customize them however I like. Makes project management much easier. We use breeze to make sure everything is on track, and to delegate tasks. It is a crucial part of our operation. I like that under activity I can see what others have been up to.
Cons: I think the reporting section could be better. Maybe if we could group users into categories (like senior, junior, medior, etc.) and make reports based on that it would help greatly.
Emőke G. · Junior Project Manager · Management Consulting · May 22, 2024
Abandoned it within a few weeks of installation.
Pros: It seemed like a good concept..............
Cons: Hard to organize. Did not automatically update completed tasks. Did not revise due dates to move give urgency to tasks that were nearing or past their original due date.
RH H. · Owner · Accounting · May 22, 2024
Our overall experience has been positive. I tested many project management systems and Breeze was the easiest to set up and implement. It stands out in many ways but one for sure is the ability to have chats with my team.
Pros: Individual project management with the ability to create tasks, assign and add due dates.
Cons: That we can't duplicate checklists across projects. For example, create templates for checklists that can be populated inside tasks.
Roben-Marie S. · Mixed Media Artist · Arts and Crafts · May 20, 2024
Pros: Makes it easy to keep track of projects, feedback, notes. We are able to invite people outside our organization to join with limited access.
Cons: Not always the most user friendly. The U/X and terminology used is not always intuitive.
Sarah M. · VP Strategy · Media Production · May 20, 2024
Pros: Task management is the best. Better than other famous tools on the market.
Cons: Nothing at this moment. The UI interface can be better, but the kind it is today is very easy to use.
Isabela A. · CEO · Venture Capital & Private Equity · May 20, 2024
Pros: Our team manages 100+ clients. We use Breeze to assign tasks to ourselves and other teammates and set due dates to keep all of our projects completed on time.
Cons: The calendar view can be a little overwhelming. We have 30+ users on our account and I tend to avoid the calendar view because it can give me a little bit of anxiety.
Kaitie G. · Customer Success Manager · Automotive · May 20, 2024
Pros: It is very nice having an easy list of what items are on my plate to get finished.
Cons: It is not as easy to find what I need to do as it is for others. I really just need to log in, look at the item, then check a box that its finished.
Logan L. · Drinkware Production Supervisor · Arts and Crafts · May 20, 2024
Overall, it has helped us smoothen our sourcing functions. Multiple projects have been completed on time and were managed well using it.
Pros: First of all, i really liked the user interface it have. It is easy to set up and implement. The learning curve is also smooth. Multiple projects can be run and tracked real time. I can easily integrate it with Google sheets and it works like a charm
Cons: As of now, i don't find any downside of using it. The features and functions that it has got, are quite powerful .
Jeya S. · Global Head Sourcing · Apparel & Fashion · May 18, 2024
Not bad, room for improvements in some areas.
Pros: All our information is there, dev team is very responsive when contacted
Cons: The mobile experience (app and on browser) is a disaster. Unusable which is a serious drawback for a tool such as this, haven't tried the app in some time after giving up. Massive letdown. I really can't overstate the importance of this, in fact it's the whole reason I filled in this form.
James S. · Senior Engineer · Information Services · May 16, 2024
Pros: I love the email notifications for comments on important tasks + email reminders on projects and tasks. The time tracking functionality is great. I can analyze my team's performance and identify opportunities for improvements to efficiency.
Cons: List of projects gets bulky when you have multiple teams using the tool.
Lindsey B. · VP · Retail · May 15, 2024
Pros: I like how easy it is to keep track of what I have due, lay out my calendar, and communicate on tasks with other members of my team.
Cons: I wish it was less expensive (free ideally) for individuals. I use a different tool at home for my day to day things, but it could entice new customers.
Ben B. · Junior Digital Marketer · Marketing and Advertising · May 15, 2024
Pros: The best thing about Breeze is it's minimalist approach. The platform is super light which makes it easy to use and everything functions without unnecessary loading times.
Cons: If there was a need for a robust project management then Breeze could get limited. Personally I haven't had any cons.
Jimi I. · CEO · Marketing and Advertising · May 15, 2024
This is and has always been the most appropriate commercial task management system for small teams available today in my experience. I have used many others. In an industry that is dominated by marketing and opinion, it is important to have a filter for the noise of confusion, and listen to practical people.
Pros: Simple. Most projects are small involving a handful of people with at most one dedicated scrum master. This provides exactly what you need.
Cons: There should be a popup reminding you to refresh the page. Javascrip moves stuff about, and the page can become stale and present incorrect information. I touch type as fast as most people talk, which is unusual in this industry. An update from me can be very detailed. Special fonts, invisible characters and even embedded images are not as important as allowing for a lot of ASCII text. Invisible markers (except CR/LF) are mostly obstructive.

Using Breeze has been very positive. It simplifies project tracking and fosters a productive team environment, proving invaluable for managing deadlines and tasks.
Pros: Breeze's intuitive interface and robust task management tools stand out, enhancing workflow and team collaboration effectively.
Cons: While generally excellent, the reporting features could be more comprehensive and customizable.
Brad B. · Director of Information Technology · Primary/Secondary Education · May 14, 2024
Very pleased with it and it has helped me keep track of the jobs in our business so less chance of missing any jobs and not forgetting to invoice for small jobs.
Pros: I like the Ghant chart and how easy it is to move stuff around and see everything
Cons: The app can be funny sometimes and once in a while the order of tasks seems to get shuffled. A way of searching the archive would be useful
Doug M. · Owner · Construction · May 14, 2024
Overall a very positive experience. Support is great, they fix bugs right away and have added features for us.
Pros: Simple to use, we don't have to train our clients much when onboarding. The API works well for us in syncing time with our time reporting system. We like the ability to prioritize and display tasks across project per resource... so a user can see all their tasks and priority across many projects.
Cons: Sometimes a little buggy and not as robust as some other systems like Clickup.
Zach S. · VP, Production · Information Technology and Services · May 14, 2024
I would recommend it to anyone that needs a tool for task management
Pros: easy to use. Can create as many projects as needed and can add users as "clients" and give them different kind of authorization Can integrate with 123formbuilder. every form submitted can be related to Breeze. Can create forms inside Breeze to create tasks inside projects
Cons: It should track time inside teh app to understand usage for every user and evry project automatically
Antonella S. · Project Leader · Marketing and Advertising · May 14, 2024
Overall pretty solid, but with a few tweaks it coudl be awesome!
Pros: Quick ease of use on moving between swimlanes and columns. Task editing is pretty good, being able to use templates for to-do lists as well as task cards is nice.
Cons: The filters on the project board. Each time you change a filter you have to select it, then click out side the filters to get it to minimize, in order to click filter. I change filters constantly all day, and this part is a drag. That and the wonky "this month" "today" stuff in breeze reporting. If you have that page open more than a day, it'll have "today" next to yesterday's date, and if you run the report you won't get any information until you go click the date again and get the "today" to go away. The other thing would be having the ability to assign roles to assigned users. I can assign a task card to multiple users, but we have to use a bunch of custom fields to say what the role is. (Reviewer, Senior Dev if a junior dev is on the task, etc.)
Kyle M. · Project Manager - Dev Lead - Senior Software Engineer · Hospital & Health Care · May 14, 2024
Pros: - Customisation - Flexibility - Reliability - Performance - Speed of Response
Cons: As a hosted solution, the app has to be online for it to work and therefore would be great to be able to work offline and sync back changes once online again.
