Good It’s been a trouble starting out but we are slowly starting to see benefits. It’s still a long road but we will get there
Pros: Easy to use. Users like it. Lots to add. Seems yo be great fit for the future. But need to learn more
Cons: Multi company set up Deposit application At reversing payments Reports set up Not being able to do payroll for Canada including t4 filing and hr module
Monika M. · Controller · Construction · January 28, 2026
Forward looking company always looking to improve and listen to customers. Great community of users to connect
Pros: Flexibility for importing data and reporting, ability to create generic inquiries and AI integration
Cons: Having to add partner packages which don’t always work seamlessly and getting to true landed cost for margin analysis
Rachel D. · Head of finance · Furniture · January 28, 2026
Excellent so far-one year and counting so we’re getting comfortable. Lite code solutions that we can implement creates value, while we rely on our VAR for more complex tasks.

Pros: Security, mobility, excellent WIP reporting included with the Construction module. Implementation with a good VAR
Cons: Single sign on really should be included in the base package-security shouldn’t be an add-on! Report Designer is powerfully but could be a lot more user-friendly.

Acumatica is the first ERP I would actually recommend to another business. I believe it can be whatever a business needs it to be.
Pros: It is customizable and has excellent out of the box functionality. I’m impressed with the new features and on-going development.
Cons: Work orders needs more functionality with outside processes and outside labor rollup. Our costs are not always accurate
Jordan E. · Ops · Machinery · January 28, 2026
Excellent. Acumatica is very flexible and easy to use. It is intuitive which facilitates the work to be completed.
Pros: Simple esa in data view. The data use to validate processes is clear and simple to analyze as part of my role.
Cons: Access granting granularity. The process to grant or restrict an access is very difficult. It would be good to provide an easier way to do it.
Ruth G. · IT Product Owner · Food & Beverages · January 28, 2026
So far it’s been good. We just recently launched it 3 months ago. And it seems like it’s user friendly enough for all of our employees in different department
Pros: The low/no code in a lot of processes which make a lot of users who don’t have technical capabilities able to use the system easily
Cons: I still find it a bit hard sometimes to figure out where thing is (like specific screen, etc). Would be nice if it allows us to type some keywords related to the screen, and the screen shows up

Overall, I am very pleased with Acumatica. We are barely scratching th surface of what it is capable of, but I am looking forward to incorporating more of its functionality into our organization.
Pros: Acumatica helps us work more efficiently and effectively in accounting, finance, and inventory control.
Cons: Acumatica is a little complex and sometimes overwhelming when getting started for some user. Navigating the vast availability of customizations is heavy for some.
Alex G. · Chief Operating Officer · Utilities · January 28, 2026
Overall we have been very pleased with our Acumatica implementation. It has really allowed us to modernize our systems and processes.
Pros: The connectivity to our other solutions. The ability to quickly and easily create GIs that allow us to see current and relevant information.
Cons: Currently we are experiencing challenges with visibility to landed costs. We have also experienced a lot of issues with Infios edges connection to Acumatica.
Ben W. · Director of hr and finance · Wholesale · January 28, 2026
Acumatica has been a game changer for a company. We’ve been able to automate daily processes and work close, improving accuracy, and efficiency, allowing our team to manage exceptions.
Pros: - Ease of use and the ability to customize and configure the software to fit our business needs. - Ability to automate and improve daily work flows in processes.
Cons: - need for deferred revenue module for distribution. The current deferred revenue functionality did not fit our business needs. - inability to manage consigned inventory
Ella M. · Business analyst · Wholesale · January 28, 2026
Acumatica has been a wonderful relief from an old legacy ERP system. We now have a single source of truth to rely on for accurate business insights
Pros: The customizability, allowing the user to alter the system to fit the exact needs of use. This is the best part of Acumatica in my mind.
Cons: There is occasionally a lack of documentation for certain problems. This comes with the territory of being custom for each industry.
Peter B. · Business Analyst · Biotechnology · January 28, 2026
Great. We have 25 total companies of which 24 are Acumatica so the shift from QBO/Sage has been extremely powerful from time and effort involved in every aspect of finance.
Pros: Getting all our users into one system and tenant and working towards one source of the truth for job costing.
Cons: Bank Feeds. We purchased bank feeds initially but have never utilized the functionality due to numerous issues that remain unresolved to this date.
Jordan D. · Director of Finance · Construction · January 28, 2026
Our overall experience has been amazing. We’ve been able to onboard 24 diffeeent companies from QB TO Acumatica within 2 years.
Pros: We appreciate the flexibility in being able to customize the erp to meet our specific business needs.
Cons: Sometimes we are missing features that we expect to be there but don’t have enabled. We need to be better on reviewing release notes.
Erich K. · Financial Systems Manager · Construction · January 28, 2026
I enjoy the usability for core accounting processes and the opportunities for automation and integration with other systems
Pros: AP bill processing, AR invoice processing and statements, deferred expense automation, account reconciliation
Cons: Limited Native reporting options, inventory replenishment challenges, workflow approvals require customization, user security isn’t intuitive
Mariah W. · Accounting Manager · Non-Profit Organization Management · January 28, 2026
Good. It was easy enough to learn. Was pleasently surprised by the ability to create gis. Like any new implementation, there is a learning curve but it wasnt too bad
Pros: The ease of getting data out. Easy to create gis and connect to other to other tools like power bi. Easy to figure out relevant field
Cons: Supply chain planning. Very limited and not advanced. Forecasting is primitive. Partcularly, no thought has been given to the construction context
Venkatesh N. · Director Supply Chain · Construction · January 28, 2026
Great experience. Very impressed with how well it was put together. I don’t know what to expect. I have learned a lot and made a lot of connections.
Pros: Flexibility and scalability. It seems to be capable of just about anything I want it to do. I also like the odata connections!
Cons: Takes a looong time to figure out. I find myself searching for info regarding how the fields impact each other, etc.
Kyle D. · Business Process Owner · Renewables & Environment · January 28, 2026
We have had a great experience so far in implementation. Although it’s taking longer to go-live than we had hoped, the thoughtfulness will serve us very useful.
Pros: I appreciate how it allowed our organization to streamline our processes. What previously required multiple systems now can be completed in just Acumatica alone.
Cons: I am a newer customer/user, and reporting has been the biggest challenge for me so far. Thank goodness for Velixo and our wonderful implementation partner, Blytheco.
Katie M. · Senior Accountant · Hospital & Health Care · January 28, 2026
Overall this system works great, very few issues arise and our retailer is extremely helpful for the times we run into issues
Pros: Acumatica is a full featured erp system that helps us with all aspects of our manufacturing company. Integration with website and etc are great
Cons: We need the ability to merge customers and sync to Bigcommerce, use customer contact email rather than the account email.
Anonymous User · Mechanical engineer · Higher Education · January 28, 2026
Excellent, it has made visibility for our departments better and hellped our senior management make quicker decisions for future growth
Pros: Ease of usability, clear reporting, customization. Being able to make GIs and Dashboards really makes reporting simple
Cons: It could be quiker on data processing. The time it takes to process certain things like MRP can be frustrating
CJ G. · Accounting and Human Resources Manager · Wholesale · January 28, 2026
We are still working through the challenges but we are overall satisfied and hopeful for the items that we still have to incorporate.
Pros: visibility into all aspects of a project from one screen with tabs to bounce around to different areas within that project.
Cons: implementation was difficult and we are still working through items that were not configured properly and causing issues in the data. Also need to have descriptions added back in to the cost projections by date this is creating errors and adding time to this task.
Christian D. · Director of Internal Operations · Construction · January 28, 2026
7-8/10 it’s getting better as time goes on and with three years now under my belt I’m feeling a lot more comfortable.
Pros: Reporting and dashboards! Ability to work with the end users from a no code perspective. Then the ability to lean on my developer for the code portion.
Cons: Speed on publishing customisation projects and loading screens when we didn’t have the right cpu cores.
Astra M. · ERP admin · Information Technology and Services · January 28, 2026
Overall, our experience with Acumatica has been positive. It provides a flexible, scalable finance platform that supports a growing services business and improves visibility and control. While there is a learning curve and some areas require configuration, the long term benefits in insight, adaptability, and confidence in financial data outweigh the initial complexity.
Pros: What we like most about Acumatica Cloud ERP is its flexibility and scalability without unnecessary complexity. It provides strong financial control, intuitive day to day usability, and the ability to adapt processes as the business grows. The open architecture and integration capability give confidence that the platform can evolve alongside changing operational and reporting needs.
Cons: What we liked least was the level of configuration required to unlock the platform’s full capability. Some workflows and reports are not intuitive out of the box.
Stephen F. · ANZ Director - Client Success and Partnerships · Management Consulting · January 28, 2026
I’m learning every day and seeing improvement. Even without my CPA, I feel like I can handle a lot of our finances
Pros: The customization I like how we can build reports that fit our needs and that we can cost payroll to projects correctly
Cons: I feel like I need more training and connections with Accountants who can help me. I wish there was a list of accountants who know Acumatica and are able to work for me
Anne Marie Z. · CAA · Construction · January 28, 2026
I am still learning everything that it has to offer. I recently took over another department so I am navigating quite easily through the new module.
Pros: Ability to switch between modules with ease. The ability to have multiple tabs working at the same time.
Cons: Once a document is released it becomes uneditable. It must be reversed then entered again and applied.
AMANDA H. · Accounting Manager · Retail · January 28, 2026
Pros: I like how we are able to integrate our internal systems into it. We have a number of internal applications that feed data to acumatica.
Cons: The need to work with a var to help with the implementation. It would have been easier for us to work directly with acumatica.
Jeff L. · CTO · Non-Profit Organization Management · January 28, 2026
Over the past 10 months of usage,we are finding tje value and efficiency improving. It was a challenging implementation but as we learn to use this powerful system better, we are finding it is really improving our company's efficiency.
Pros: Acumatica provides powerful repirting tools, a great framework for better processes and is allowing our company to continue to grow.
Cons: There was a pretty steep learning curve. I also found the forms challenging to learn to customize. The credit card expense management could also be improved.
