I had put in a request for specific reports needed for our organization and the Operations Manager [sensitive content hidden] and co-worker [sensitive content hidden] were very professional and helpful in assisting with the retrieval of the information.
Pros: My company has been using eWorkOrders for a while now with great success. The fact that its available in a phone app has been a game changer in our organization. The app has expanded the opportunity for more than just a single individual to be involved in the creation of workorders thus speeding up the recovery time of downed equipment and improving productivity in the process. I would highly recommend eWorkOrders to any company that wants to operate more efficiently with their maintenance management program.
Cons: Thus far, there have not been any issues with the app that I have encountered. My team and I are comfortable with the ease of operation within the app.

I highly recommend this program, we have been using it for over 10 years, with young and old employees and it works great. have 2 employees, and 2 properties, it will work, have 30+ employees and 100 properties, it still works just as well.
Pros: Easy to navigate and use for all ages, computer savvy or not, customizable to our needs and wants. Great reporting, you can do the work and log your house and running payroll report is very easy.
Cons: There really isn't anything I "don't " like, if there is a change I need, I just reach out to [sensitive content hidden] help me customize what I need.

CMMS overall performance is better than other programs. Update software is very easy and easy to use.
Pros: CMMS is very easy to use and CMMS is very reliable. CMMS is easy excess with any network connection.
Cons: CMMS sometimes take time to upload with network. Sometime not uploading files and photos with network issues.

Working in Higher Education Residence Life for over 15 years and using various work order systems, eWorkOrders is hands down the best system I have utilized for facilities management. For starters, the price point is amazing and, in opinion after doing months of research, unbeatable. Additionally, the onboarding process was one of the smoothest system conversions I have ever taken part in. The level of customer service we have received from the day we signed through to today is truly commendable. I couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose eWorkOrders.

Cons: I truly can't think of any cons to eWorkOrders. We have gotten everything we wanted out of the system, all while saving our company money.

I have nothing but good things to say about eWorkOrders! Pros: Ease of use and easy to learn! The Trainer made it really easy to learn and was very responsive if and when I had questions
Cons: Can't track Inventory unless you purchase the more expensive software package However it's easy enough to figure out from what materials you put in the Work Order

Our overall experience with eWorkOrders has been excellent. We’ve integrated it with our facility automation system so runtime hours, alarms, and downtime events automatically trigger work orders in eWorkOrders. It’s incredibly efficient, and has transformed how we manage preventive and corrective maintenance.
Pros: What I liked most about eWorkOrders is the outstanding customer service. Also the system is genuinely easy to navigate (no steep learning curve), and setting up automation and integrating API's was a breeze. Everything feels intuitive and actually saves us time instead of creating more work.
Cons: Honestly can’t think of any cons worth mentioning. It does exactly what we need and does it well. Great product

Setting this system up for my institution was outsourced however the support from start to commissioning was very well taken care of by [sensitive content hidden] and the other team members. What I like most is the response time to all my inquiries. It's also worth noting that most of my inquiries were met immediately as the system was already capable and just needed to be selected or activated in the settings which was always done by the support team with a short explanation as to how and where it is located within the system. For this I can only blame myself as the 'help' section is always available. Regardless the team always seems to be very helpful. It takes a little time to get familiar with but the more functions I use, the more I found it easier and easier to management work at all our facilities. I recommend this company. Pros: Versatility of the system is great. Assest managing is very easy to edit. Print out function with attached checklist worked out great for auditing purposes at our institution.
Cons: Too many e-mails. I found it difficult to manage the e-mails which come from the system; it is however a good function.

eWorkorders will always be my go to cmms platform for my current and future positions as a facility manager. Once all the initial data is entered it is very easy to get started and use. You can use all the bells and whistles or just the basics. Its a great "do it yourself" software that is cost effective with little or no initial set up support needed. Customer service and support is great if needed.
Pros: By far the best value for your money. I have used it for both large and small facilities and its a great fit for both.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind about what I like the least. The learning process on start up takes a little bit but eWorkorders customer service is always there to assist quickly.

Our experience with eWorkOrders has been positive all around. It has saved us time and improved our efficiency. We've seen a noticeable uptick in tenant satisfaction ratings since implementing eWorkOrders and wouldn't think of using any other platform.
Pros: eWorkOrders has significantly improved operations for us. The interface is very user-friendly and it required minimal training to get everyone up to speed. Using eWorkOrders has saved us time and money as we are more efficient in our processes. Automated workflows for work orders reduce errors and ensure efficiency, while appliance tracking enables quick troubleshooting and parts ordering. This has helped our employees manage the work orders seamlessly. The 24/7 tenant portal enhances communication, speeds up response times, and boosts tenant satisfaction, making eWorkOrders essential for our property management company. eWorkOrders has the best cyber security rating in their field and their customer support team is top notch.
Cons: We appreciate all this system has to offer and cannot think of any cons. eWorkOrders has everything we need to run our company effectively and efficiently.

The team at eWorkOrders has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout our set up process as well as whenever questions arise. Their data migration templates have made the process of uploading our varied equipment information very easy.
Pros: Our property has a lot of equipment and systems of varying ages. The program enables us to track and monitor the ages, repairs, warranties, and routine service of the units. This has helped us stay ahead of potential problems and reduce downtime and higher replacement costs.
Cons: Nothing so far. The program is easy to use and we are happy with the software. We really have no complaints

My experience has been fantastic. As mentioned, we were up and running on the first day. EWorkorders Staff has been great, especially [sensitive content hidden].
Pros: EWorkorders has been very easy to use, and we got started issuing work orders and collecting data immediately. The information contained has been invaluable, the mapping function is fantastic, and the many options to generate reports is commendable. I've worked extensively with [sensitive content hidden], who has been an enormous help. He is clear and concise with his instruction, hasn't made any mistakes, exports my data within minutes no matter the number of assets, and he is very patient as we continue to learn. [sensitive content hidden] has made EWorkorders completely worth it.
Cons: The only thing I wish I could change is the process of making PM's. Each asset must be entered into the PM, which takes a while to complete. It would be great to have a mass add function, and mass schedule add function.

It's like hitting 5 out of 6 numbers on the lottery.
Pros: Ease of use + great customer care. I always feel, probably from dealing with other Help Desks in my life, like I'm going to get the wrong person to be able to help with my issue. Like, "oh, you need to hang up, redial, and press the #2 option; we don't solve those problems here; bye" But that's never been the case when I call or email. I can probably count on 1 hand how many times I've needed to interface with [sensitive content hidden] and/or anyone else in the 4ish years we've been using the eWorks platform; and the customer care has been tremendous. Furthermore, I've never had to hang up and redial hitting #2; [sensitive content hidden] know's exactly what I'm talking about each time, and is well versed in solving the issue I'm having on my end.
Cons: The only con I have is you changed the flag colors. They're kinda faint now, and I totally despise it. Oh, I'd also like to see a Green. Its super petty, and overly artistic....believe me, I know; but I'm just being honest.

Excellent. Their onboarding team, specifically Joe Castiglia, was phenomenal to work with. Very easy to draft information for upload into the system to speed along the implementation process.
Pros: It's a simple platform. The other CMS systems we reviewed had extremely elaborate tools that would likely simply go unused based upon the need of our business and the skill level of the team interacting with it. Having the option for an unlimited number of users means that even our base level technicians can have ease of access to the platform without us having to review the P&L every time we have a new staff hire. This was a huge nuisance with our last platform and EWO solved for that.
Cons: Lack of custom report generation. As a person who subscribes wholeheartedly to a data driven approach, being able to manually custom make reports would be a huge improvement on the experience with EWO. However, the other tools in the system are more than adequate for operating the business and any custom reporting we may need can be done by customer service.

My overall experience has been great. From the time of first contact to the full implementation, the training and customer service support has been top-notch. I have to give a shoutout to [sensitive content hidden], they have been great throughout the process.
Pros: We reviewed several options before finally landing on eWorkOrders. What attracted me the most was how easy it is to use and find the information you seek. Another win for us was the offering of a mass download of information. This cut the implementation time in half.
Cons: No Cons. We have been using the system for 2 years, and honestly, I have no complaints.

Always friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Pros: I called in before working hours, and did not leave a voicemail. I was contacted immediately when they arrived at work. They worked clearly and quickly to resolve several user parameters, that I was unfamiliar with. Friendly and courteous.
Cons: Nothing in this interaction. I requested several features be changed, and was walked through on how to implement the changes.

Pros: The System has drastically changed the way our maintenance team operates! cutting down on downtime and making sure that our teams are out in the field and focusing on the issues that really keep our plants running and minimizing breakdowns by scheduling maintenance rather than waiting around for things to break.
Cons: setting everything up takes time...but the more time you spend and the info you provide to the team and to the system allow everything to flow smoothly.

Overall my experience with eWorkOrders has been good because of the service that is provided. I can call [sensitive content hidden], present him with what I need and he will walk me through each step with ease. To him there is no dumb question and he communicates very clearly, even if I am unsure or don't understand. GREAT SERVICE!
Pros: How you can keep track of assets and their maintenance.
Cons: There are too many tabs here and there and in the beginning it was rough to figure out what tabs got you where you needed to go. Finding reports and doing them was a little tough as well.

My overall experience is positive. I have never had any major issues and when I reach out for help someone is quick to respond and fix the issue.
Pros: What I like most about eWorkOrders is that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. Fixing problems is quick and easy. The team is always very responsive and helpful as well.
Cons: The only issue I dislike is if a query is too big it kicks me off and I have to retry.
