It is easy to use. The newsletters and the socilal posts look really nice, modern & relevent.I love the App. It is super easy to keep track and to follow up with my clients.
Pros: I like that the newsletters and social posts are automated. I set it and forget it. The easy to use App prompts me to follow up with my hot leads and the highly engaged clients.
Cons: I wish the FB posts would also appear on IG.

Keeping my clients informed and being in contact with them.
Pros: Let the software run itself. I am a user who likes to set it and forget it. I know that my database believes I do nothing else but post and send emails. The software makes my life easy.
Cons: I wish that the software would send email newsletter from Outbound to all my contacts, not only a test amount.

Pros: Needed a large e-mail base which I had to create and that was not effective for me.
Cons: The e-mail campaign did not work for me.

Great experience overall! When I need help there is always someone to talk to that can help with my issue.
Pros: Most importantly, frequent post of relevent content that is posted for me. Very little effort on my behalf to have nice content posted to all of my media sites.
Cons: I could not easily use the material for posting to my blog.

Excellent!
Pros: Outbound Engine makes sure I reach out to my current and potential clients with relevant industry information.
Cons: I wish I could occasionally edit the articles when it is not what we do in the state of Colorado.

I'm satisfied with the performance and the representative who follows up monthly
Pros: Not having much manual effort thus allowing me more time with my clients
Cons: Difficult to manually creat a marketing plan for a listed property

Just over a year ago, I signed up with many new marketing programs. Out of 6 new programs, this is the only program (out of my new programs) that I felt was worthy of renewing at the end of the year.
Pros: I like the calls to keep my motivated and generating progress with the system.
Cons: I wish I could have more of my client base involved without the extra costs.

Pros: The Data analytics are great. Passive Marketing that works.
Cons: I cannot add my listings to my website which is a negative.

Customer service has been amazing when I've had to reach out to them for any reason.
Pros: I really like the ease of use, the colorful display and the relevant info it provides to my clients or potential clients. integrating it to my social media was effortless.
Cons: Can not say anything bad about this product as of this moment.

It keeps me in mind and connected to community, other Realtors, and services.
Pros: It is a solution to jobs I don’t have time for. Or skills at.
Cons: Price my budget is tighter This year. Second communication there were times I requested special events be promoted prior to. They were posted after.

Customer service is phenomenal, they have helped me add and remove features depending on my needs over the years. They respond right away, always follow up, and have helpful tips to follow up with my engaged contacts as well.
Pros: The software is user friendly, works well on desktop and mobile devices, and I love that it syncs to my social media accounts so I can stay top of mind with my contacts with minimal effort. The content is always professional and accurate. I've only opted out of 2-3 campaigns over the past several years.
Cons: I was not easily able to add multiple office locations and license numbers - I'm licensed in two states and the fields aren't really set up to allow for that.I was disappointed when the auto-sync contacts from gmail/LinkedIn feature went away. I'm not at all keeping up with adding new contacts into the system manually and don't want to upload a new csv and deal with duplicates and removing people who have opted out or that I don't want to communicate with. I have thousands of contacts and it's too difficult to keep track.I wish the website was more robust.

Seeing less engagement with current market shift
Pros: This markets to sphere and updates from my contact list without me having to touch anything. It’s quick, easy and cost effective.
Cons: Marketing needs to be placed on all social platforms, not just Facebook and LinkedIn.

Only positive. Great Support and responsivness. We get alot of compliments on our posts.
Pros: I don't have to worry about coming up with my own content,. The content is great and timely.
Cons: The system can not post to Instagram which is important to me.
Michelle Y. · Realtor · Real Estate · February 27, 2023
Pros: Ease of use and relevant real estate content.
Cons: Too many recipients have opted out and less than half are getting the emails
John C. · Realtor · Real Estate · February 27, 2023
This product has helped me stay in contact with current and past clients and has helped to elevate my social media.
Pros: This product is pretty easy to set up and use.
Cons: The cost is in the upper range for similar software products.

All of my experiences with OutboundEngine has been good. No real problems but great content in my messages.
Pros: The software is easy to use. It releases me from worrying about keeping in contact with my clients. Customer service is exceptional
Cons: My contacts' email addresses got mixed up one month.
Lynda A. · Associate Broker · Real Estate · February 27, 2023
Pros: I liked that it shared on multiple social media platforms, combined with email campaigns and an ability to send personalized email campaigns between scheduled posts. Content shared was relatable and applicable to my industry.
Cons: Having to disconnect and connect constantly, seeing how many people unsubscribed and weren't using it on my list of contacts, difficulty with the reviews portion working for my past customers and getting reviews from people.
Ashley O. · Realtor · Real Estate · February 27, 2023
very good
Pros: I was able to stop expensive Post Office visits with twice monthly emails
Cons: I have lost some clients through spam or address changes
John C. · Realtor · Real Estate · February 27, 2023
It's the best way I know how to keep my name in front of people without doing the work.
Pros: I don't have to do anything but enter emails of contacts. The content Outbound uses is relevant and useful. I have people that I know are never going to need my services as a real estate agent but always read the newsletter.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Again, you don't have to do anything but enter emails of new contacts.
Ellen C. · Realtor · Real Estate · February 23, 2023
Overall our experience has been good.
Pros: I like the quality of the articles & the automatic social media posts that help add consistency to our marketing.
Cons: It is not the most user friendly or intuitive system.
Libbi L. · Broker · Real Estate · February 22, 2023
Staying in touch with past clients can be so time consuming and this takes care of it for me.
Pros: It really runs itself, I just add my clients to the database. And my monthly call from my rep to review things is great!!
Cons: It took me awhile to get use to, but now it’s running smoothly.
Kathi P. · Real Estate Broker · Real Estate · February 21, 2023
Anytime I have a question or would like to customize a new Listing. All I have to do is reach out to my account executive and it's done!
Pros: Outbound Engine does all of the work for you and they make me look like a "Rock Star"! My Friends and Clients think I am up until the wee hours preparing these amazing informational pieces. I just smile and nod and say: "Thank You!"
Cons: I have only good things to say about Outbound Engine! I have a testimonial video on their website on how much I value their product.
David B. · REALTOR · Real Estate · February 21, 2023
I find the staff to be very helpful, accommodating, and they completely understand their product. I think the team is a valuable part of the services they provide.
Pros: Outbound Engine makes it simple to use with the support email address. All I have to do is send my list of prospects and they get them uploaded, checked, etc. I also like the monthly call I get from my personal Customer Service agent to make sure I'm not missing any of the features available or to remind me to send over all of my new prospects. They handle all of the opt outs and I don't have to deal with any of that.
Cons: I wish the templates they have to respond quickly to clients were not so "generic" and look like automated responses. I always end up writing my own message. I have tried to save my messages to use as templates, but I haven't been able to make it work yet. Probably user error on my part.
Melanie H. · Team Leader | Loan Officer · Financial Services · February 21, 2023
Customer service has taken a huge plunge and it's frustrating. I've struggled with customer service for about 6 months; first I got super slow responses (2 weeks, on average) and now I get NO RESPONSE at all. I've sent several emails with no response. I hate calling because I get re-routed again and again, and there's a weird beep in the middle of every conversation that cuts off what's being said so myself and/or the CSR has to repeat what they're saying.
Pros: I like that I don't have to write any content, or manage my database and send the emails myself. I love having someone/something do that for me.
Cons: The referral campaigns seem to come out too often and I get very little results from it. I'd like to see that happen only once or twice per year.
Chris G. · Realtor · Real Estate · February 21, 2023
It helps me to effortlessly keep in touch with current, future and past clients with information they might find useful.
Pros: It's short and sweet and always real estate related and I don't need to do much at all to maintain it
Cons: That somebody has to read a newsletter before I can request a review
