Pros: This is my all-in-one platform as a designer. Not only does it give my clients a transparent dashboard to access, but it also helps keep my focus on design and reduces project management redundancies as a designer!

Cons: I could use more design detail capabilities in the 3D. Books on a bookshelf styled, the ability to drape blankets over a chair/sofa. Things like that.

Pros: Strong all-in-one platform for design professionals featuring 3D floor plans, mood boards, project management, CRM, invoicing, client portals, and the highly praised Clip Tool for sourcing products.

Cons: Very steep learning curve, lax customer support, and limited mobile functionality compared to competitors.

Pros: I really appreciate that it is easy to navigate, and is always supplying me with ideas for what to do next.

Cons: I find that the price is a bit high, especially for a small business. While I would like to say it is made an enormous difference in our work flow, the benefit may not outweigh the cost thus far.

Pros: The pitch given by the salesperson was great. Daniel Guither showcased the platforms tools very well. The 3-D Floor Plans are a great way to showcase the design, custom templates, easy payment collection for clients, integration with quickbooks, they also help with website management, etc.

Cons: The onboarding is atrocious. Plan on dedicated at least 50-80 hours just to get the setup in the system and learn how to navigate it on a very elementary level. This is only learning how to use approximately 10% of the system. Another major issue is reaching someone at the company. You get sent in circles. I've reached out to the Sales Rep over a dozen times and he refuses to acknowledge and email or phone call. Big on promises but refuses to follow through on any of them.

Pros: Ability to 3d scan locations. payment processing is easy and nice. I like integrations for alternative payment methods.

Cons: Contracts is a mess. Completely unusable. Support is a nightmare. Invoicing doesn't work properly cant import or export templates for invoicing. Promised the world but they don't live up to expectation.

Pros: Very disappointed!, I cancelled my free trial, they still charged me a contract we didn’t sign. now we going to send this over to our attorney. Since they believe they can give this a test drive to see if it's real.

Cons: They have potential, but the predatory methods to hook users is going to come to an end very soon,..

Pros: the design was okay. other programs are equivalent for less. We wanted to use this for marketing and gaining more customers, but we had maybe 2 customers we sent estimates too which resulted in no work due to how many other contractors they can go to off the same site.

Cons: Our business was charged and being sent to collections after being charged over $700 a month for no results

Pros: Houzz Pro has an exceptionally user-friendly interface and its impressively comprehensive suite of features. These two elements were absolutely pivotal in my decision to subscribe to the platform. Specifically, the intuitive design and extensive functionality have significantly streamlined my daily workflow, allowing me to manage projects with unprecedented efficiency and organization.

Cons: That it doesn't have the ability to save/recall original estimates, only shows the new estimate with the new changes.

Pros: Project management. Having everything in one place has been great. Especially when in the proposal process, I can pull together a mood board together very quickly

Cons: Mobile app integration has been hard when getting measurements on site and can’t edit until I get back on the desktop version. The 3D measurement is glitchy at times

Pros: So far it has been a great switch from Buildertrend. Everything seems very seamless, has awesome support with dedicated people available to assist. The program itself is easy to use and has great ways to make my life more efficient.

Cons: Haven’t found anything this far. I ran into a few bumps but team was able to help and even added a few improvements to the list for the future.

Pros: The ability to make and customize everything to fit each client! Makes personalization a great tool!

Cons: Truly just the length for pay out. It is pretty lengthy if a particular banking institution doesn’t support instant payments.

Pros: 3d planner and being able to scan the room with my iPhone was nice. not to much more I liked or could say good about it.

Cons: every aspect of this program is lacking in some way. the 3d/layouts was very limited. payment processing was extremely slow and you have no control over it. no way to look at your actual subscription. you are limited on most everything. not very user friendly no one im management can seem to fix any issues its always someone else who does it but nothing is every done no value for what it costs. there is way cheaper options that are better no customization practically. just dont waste your time definitely dont fall victim to their marketing packages there are a huge joke.

Pros: I like the ease of creating templates for my estimates, I like that I can get paid faster than waiting on checks to clear

Cons: program needs more options for cabinetry, like more sizes, more options to for curved countertops, and my clients/contractors cannot open comments when the open the 3D renderings, that needs improvements. Also, the change order should come with the subscription that I pay for

Pros: Best project management company. It feels very secure and they do their best to fix bugs and constantly do updates

Cons: Don't have discount for auto-payment. I really don't have anymore complaints because they nrmally fix everything very fast.

Pros: Putting all the tools together and giving a professional platform with only genuine reviews of work. Having the ability to show your ideas and track the progress. Giving my clients the tools to see the vision.

Cons: Dealing with tools that stop working and how the burry the help tools and how we only get help during weekdays. The price has tripled in the last 2 years. When you used the 3d tool it glitches and is it getting true measurement. Then you have take hours to correct the scanned walls and cabinets. Having enough build tools for design no ceiling elevations for seconds of homes . Not being able to use IPad to design drawings and mood boards Being able to get quotes with actual cabinet elevations with each measurement of cabinets on the drawings . Being able to show clients the changes to the proposal.

Pros: The AI assistance is a huge time saver when entering in product and building 3D projects. I also like the ease of communications with clients directly from the program.

Cons: I feel like there could be a more user friendly interface for financial reports. The credit card fees are higher than the several point of sale systems I use and am familiar with.

Pros: I love the fact that there are so many tools in one spot to run my business. Costs did get a little high for me so I had to drop the website management, but still feel as though Houzz offers so many tools to keep my projects managed, organized and in a snapshot format I can check in on. I enjoy using the software for invoices and managing payments as well. The mood boards, 2D and 3D software are so easy to use.

Cons: Cost can be a little on the high side and coordinating how to use all the different tools so you are redundant in their use. Some tools can be a little tricky to get the hang of.

Pros: I love how easy it is to keep all of your information, design work, client files, contracts and MORE all in one spot. Instead of using so many different programs, it's all in one spot. Any time I have ever had an issue, my support team is quick to respond and assist with any questions or needs I have.

Cons: If I have to choose anything, The budget needs a "estimate" first. Putting in the budget I may not know what services will be required, therefore what all would be on the initial estimate until I see/source help and design.

Pros: the estimating is the best part in my opinion making quick and the AI makes things super fast and convenient

Cons: the Leads have been a real bust ive paid a lot of money to just to get a lot of bugs leads i think out of the whole year i only were awared about 3 projects

Pros: Project management. I love being able to make my estimates. Having my template ready to load is such a time saver.

Cons: The 3D floor design is moat confusing to me. Being able to click the floor to add vinyl or tile should be easy. I usually just skip alot of options because of how confusing it is. Also raising fees. I cut out zones to save money and price increases just bring it back up. Lastly leads are getting fewer and fewer. Slowly its starting to cost me more to have houzz then im actually getting from it. Not sure how long i can continue.

Pros: I love the ease at which I can create and send estimates. I can manage my time in the office better because of Houzz Pro.

Cons: Financial reports are not as flexible as other programs. It would be nice to see our closing percentages and average invoice in this program.

Pros: I use Houzz Pro mainly to manage my projects and I find the system easy to navigate and appreciate the variety of offerings like 3D renderings and proposal writing.

Cons: The cost has increased over the last year and I am disappointed by that. I also used to be able to keep good notes on my projects in the system and now am not able to do so.

Pros: 3D rendering, financial report, and customer dash board. these tools have been great and have helped improve our process making it more efficient and transparent

Cons: The training is very limited there's a lot to learn with this software and only 30 min trainings at a time make it hard to fully learn the system. And no payroll function.
