Pros: Freshbooks is inexpensive and i have never had any problems with it. I used it for 3 yrs then switched to quickbooks online and regretted it. I am switching back this yr.

Cons: I had the cheapeat version and had to tyoe all the info from the receipts in mannually. I am going to look into a uograded version because qbooks messed my books up and was so expensive.

Pros: As a management tool, Freshboks was helpful and easy to use. User interface was easy to pick up and I experienced no bugs or issues.

Cons: Customer service was difficult to connect with. Questions went unanswered, but this ultimately didn't affect usability.

Pros: Student payments become tracked and expenses are contained and do not accrue at the end of each month. With FreshBooks, I can now genuinely keep track of that whole process without fear of it.

Cons: Experienced two instances of annoying sync bug in transaction management in a quarter. In a small education facility where each payment counts, the unwarranted variances cause one to be anxious.

Pros: Ease of use is there for FreshBooks. It does a great job in capturing the basics of what you need to run your business. The platform provides good value for your money depending on what you need it for.

Cons: Certain accounting functions can be tricky to do due to the simplicity of how the plantforms runs and the lack of customization. Certain modules can be added on, the basic package is good for just getting your business started.

Pros: I use freshbooks to generate invoices and collect online payments for my small business. It’s incredibly easy to use and didn’t take long to learn. I was able to get up and running quickly. My clients have also responded positively to it and appreciate how clean and professional the invoices look. They’ve mentioned that the format is straightforward and easy to understand, which makes the whole payment process smoother.

Cons: I've had a few issues with utilizing the reporting metrics. Some reports lack detailed reporting metrics. The workflows for accounting reports can feel a bit restricted at times.

Pros: FreshBooks is very easy to use and has a clean, intuitive interface. I liked the invoicing and expense management features, which make it simple to track payments and spending. The automation for recurring invoices and payment reminders saves time, and the reports provide clear visibility into financial performance. Customer support is also responsive and helpful.

Cons: Wasn’t a big fan of the expense management or user interface, but other than that would highly recommend to anybody and was super helpful

Pros: The tool is easy to get started with and doesn’t require advanced accounting skills. It works well for keeping a clear overview of financial flows.

Cons: For larger organisations, the reporting can lack depth for more advanced financial needs of the tool.

Pros: I like the ease of use and integration with gusto. It imports expenses from credit cards and banks. It invoices really well and I like the set-up of the invoice system.

Cons: I have been unsuccessful in having full account reconciliation and struggle with the system they have set up. I also am unsuccessful in getting my frequent purchases to get expensed to the same categories and companies each month.

Pros: I like that it's easy to use. I create invoices, proposals and estimates with it. I like that it has a feature to remind clients to pay.

Cons: It's on the more expensive end especially since now I really only use it for invoicing. I wish there was a cheaper version for small companies like mine.

Pros: I love the hourly time tracking tool for creatives or anyone doing hourly service based work, I also appreciate the robust reporting tools.

Cons: I ended up switching after many years simply because the price point was hefty and not competitive in my opinion.

Pros: The interface is unbelievably clean, and with little training, we are able to track expenses associated with case such as flight tickets and medical equipment.

Cons: Occasionally the version has been changed to add or remove some important features without notice, and occasionally the mobile app fails to upload receipts when out of the office.

Cons: The thing I liked the least was the app would lag a few times but other than that it was great day to day app to use.

Cons: There's nothing I don't like about Freshbooks. It's definitely more for small businesses though. If you are a larger business, I'd look elsewhere.

Pros: Easy use, users dont need extensive training to use the software, its helpful for small businesses who might not budgets for training new staff on the software.

Cons: It still looks like it fits small businesses, if you scale up operations, you might do with a better software.

Pros: It was very easy to set up and use. Everything was available at the click of a button. The reports were very thorough. The customer service was very responsive when needed.

Cons: They are designed for smaller companies. The larger we grew they could not meet our needs, or the needs of our customers.

Pros: Super simple invoicing and bookkeeping tool for small businesses. Allows me to stay organized and on top of the business' finances.

Cons: I don't like the way the billing is based on the number of clients that you. That being said, I do think it's fairly priced for the features and services you get.

Pros: I like the way it helps in tracking both transactional and tax records with ease. It also help tracks paid and over due invoices, with its invoice and billing management features i also get to issue a professional invoice.

Cons: I do not have any issue as of using this software as its interface makes it easy for me to use and customer service has been helpful.

Pros: Really simple to use interface. Easy to enter time, projects and expenses and great reporting tools to analyze the data

Cons: There isnt much to dislike about this software, the three years i used it daily and loved it and recommended
