I’ve been a Pixpa user for 1+ year, my first website experience. I had zero background and have no IT savvy at all. However after only a few days of figuring how out how it all worked, I created a website I love, meets all my needs, and even received multiple compliments on
Pros: 1. Excellent customer support via chat function 2. Website creation was much easier than this non-techie person could have imagined 3. Design and layout options are excellent
Cons: it may have been user error, however, I was not able to load my pictures directly from my Google Photos. I ended up having to save them to my computer and then upload to Pixpa. I found that extra step frustrating, but it could have been my lack of experience in how to upload?

smooth and reliable, a wonderful platform for creatives. As a photographer myself, I was happy to change to Pixpa.
Pros: Pixpa is a wonderful platform, with a wide range of ideas for your photographers and creatives. Very helpful staff, and quick reply. It's never been so easy to create a unique website.
Cons: all was a smooth process. Easy to edit, quick responses. Lots of choices. providing high quality services.

My own personal experience was a mix of fun and frustration. Overall, the process was fun and I'm happy with my website. However, there was a lot of frustration when creating my store pages and not being able to have them looking quite how I wanted was a little disappointing.
Pros: Once I'd used the free trial to play around and get used to the settings and features, general web page building is very simple. There are a good range of templates and fonts to choose from. Once you've got your head around the interface, you can create a great looking website fairly quickly.
Cons: Some of the settings for the Store setup were hard to find, and I found it difficult to get my product pages looking how I wanted them.

Once you understand how it works it is very easy to use. There are so many variations possible that you won't feel like having the same site as everyone.
Pros: The design and the prize ! I'm a professional photographer in France and my clients are very happy about the way they can see and choose their photos. Everything is just nicer and easier for everyone !
Cons: I cant't think of anything....the more time I spend on my website the more things I discover, and the happier I get !

It's a great value platform and customer service is excellent. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to build a simple website, especially photographers.
Pros: I'm a fine art photographer and I love being able to show a clean portolio but also sell prints in the integrated e-commerce system. Great stuff!
Cons: There's a bit of a learning curve with figuring out where everything is, in terms of layout and fonts and things like that.

Again, the customer service was fantastic. I've accidently let my billing lapse and they never disconnected me and helped me work through adjusting my plan to better suit my changing needs. Super useful all in one site builder and allows for endless customizations. If you're somehwhat into coding, know some basic HTML, CSS; there are plenty of ways to implement customizatons, track clicks and retention metrics, SEO, you name it.
Pros: $94
Cons: To set up more complicated business structure it requires the connection of a few tools (like booking, calendar connection, contracts, advanced CRM) through tools like make, or zapier. Nothing wrong with that but it feels a little more difficult than some other tools I've used that perform connected API tasks. The plus side of this is that Pixpas experts can easily help with this and can be hired for very reasonable prices. I highly recommend budgeting for their additional service of building with you, and do so right from the start if you have a plan. They can help with your plan too. Just ask. There wasn't one thing they declined to help me with and I need a lot of help!

I am happy. I mocked up two full new websites in less than 8 hours and felt confident in what I created.
Pros: The ease of use! Hands down the best platform I have found for easy website updates. For once I’m not intimidated to make changes on my own website!
Cons: It could be a little easier to change up the mobile view versus the desktop- but even then it’s user friendly and gets the job done!

I feel like I have a real website now as opposed to the previous platform I used. What it has to offer is definitely worth it.
Pros: Overall value is worth it. I’ve been able to create my website with multiple options available that I have not found on other platforms. I love that it’s pretty easy to use once you get a layout of where everything is.
Cons: The only thing lacking is the ability to create/sign contracts however the “agreement” option covers basic needs.

My experience with Pixpa has been good overall. Their team is helpful and Pixpa has lots of FAQ to guide users.
Pros: The many templates and options for customizing your website make Pixpa one of the best platforms for creatives. The customer service is unparalleled.
Cons: It is not straightforward or easy to navigate Pixpa. It has some usual quirks that need to be addressed to make it easier for users.

Is a great platform, very customizable, with a good pricing structure and a lot of options. I have tried several similar platforms, and Pixpa is what I like the most.
Pros: Value for money is great. The platform is really intuitive and easy to use. I personally, as a photographer, love the option of delivering your work in personalized galleries, integrated on your website, what helps greatly with the SEO.
Cons: Sometimes I struggled a little bit with the design options. But I believe that is due to my lack of skills in web design more than something due to the platform itself

Being an artist, Pixpa has been wonderful for me, moved from Shopify to Pixpa and got everything instantly - value for money, ease of posting pages, shop, anything I had wanted for the past year with other providers. Best of all is the customer service, always available, with top notch answers!
Pros: Absolutely wonderful customer support. Not once have I got a reply without a solution. Always available and ready to help, video support for complicated issues. Excellent!
Cons: Nothing I can think of as yet! It's been the easiest platform for me to use, being a non coder and designer.

We’ve been using Pixpa’s Client Gallery feature and it’s been a great addition to our workflow. It allows us to securely share images with our accounts for selection and approval, all in one organized space. The watermark protection gives us peace of mind when sharing assets externally, and the interface is simple for clients to navigate. It’s a reliable, professional solution for managing image approvals efficiently.
Pros: I love Pixpa for the ease of use and the fact that multiple people can favorite item within the same collection. That function is hard for find!
Cons: What I like the least ? : Nothing, I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it! Its so great
Anonymous User · Sr Director Marketing · Apparel & Fashion · March 18, 2026
Pros: Having at the same time my website and my gallery for my client, it saves me some time and some money.
Cons: Having to learn how to use it, but it's like every new things ! Maybe, i'd like to have more choice in the theme while making my website.

I am really satisfied with what I could create so far, and also with the things I am able to add, so a work in progress, supported bij the pixpa customer service. I like the way Pixpa alows me to do things step by step, offering all the possibillities, for example bilingual websites and a lot of ways to create your own shop in a very simple way.
Pros: I liked the customer support most of all: within minuts a kind person helped me out with every question or problem I had creating my website [sensitive content hidden]
Cons: Sometimes it was not clear to me where to find ways to create or change things, but with te help of customer support I managed to become accustomed to the backend of Pixpa and how things worked. As with almost everything: it is important to learn from failure and keep going on!

Things are great right now with pixpa. Monthly subscription price or annually, is decently priced. I would certainly recommend pixpa to other creatives
Pros: I recently made the switch from one platform to pixpa. I was impressed with customer support and themes that come with a subscription. All in one basically, no third parties like other sites. lots of flexibility and tools to create your website.
Cons: I haven't come across any issues with pixpa. The service has been great; you're given a grace period to pay your subscription fee which is awesome!

This is the best web space for photographers. I get to share clients finished works in one space and it makes it easier
Pros: Simplicity and now I’m about to upload my works and update my gallery is so stress free for me and easy for my potential clients to navigate through
Cons: The navigation and changing menu bar and getting your domain to appear on google search engine. That’s all I know
Jimmy Davis D. · Founder · Photography · February 23, 2026
Really good. Building a web site I am happy with and proud to show off was painless. Good selection of templates, too.
Pros: The web site building interface is easy to navigate, fairly intuitive, and full of features for any photographer working in any genre and medium.
Cons: Took some digging through menus to find fields relating to input for Google Ads. Base price could offer more pages and/or images.

It's fantastic, I've had no issues at all. This has been a really wonderful website tool to work with.
Pros: This was extremely easy to set up, and it looks absolutely beautiful. I was very happy with the theme provided, and there are a lot of free options or basic options that I can make use of that work really well for me in my budget.
Cons: No cons really. It's affordable and easy to use, I had no issues setting it up or connecting it to any of my third-party applications. I'm really enjoying using this website. It's just incredibly easy to use.

Overall, my experience with Pixpa has been positive and I am excited about how my new webpage is looking. I did not have to do much more than just upload all my portfolio pictures and change text. All the colors and page layouts are already great.
Pros: I really like Pixpa's pricing and website templates. The pricing is fair compared to other website builders, and the templates are clean and professional looking.
Cons: On the backend of the site builder, some of the features are a little tricky to find. They are there, but you just need to dig a little to find them.

If you're looking for a website host that actually cares and delivers on every front, I cannot recommend Pixpa enough.
Pros: Building my site was a breeze thanks to their intuitive features and beautifully customizable templates. But what truly sets Pixpa apart is their customer service — hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. Anytime I hit a snag, I reached out and got clear, straightforward guidance within minutes. No runaround, just real support from people who know their stuff. If you're looking for a website host that actually cares and delivers on every front, I cannot recommend Pixpa enough.
Cons: Not sure as of yet, every time I thought I was going to find one Pixpa was able to assist or give detailed guidance.

Pros: I can only speak about the client gallery, because that's the only one I use. But it works great! I've been using it for a few months as an event photographer to send large photo galleries to multiple clients. It looks neat, is easy to use, and I haven't heard any problems from clients so far.

Overall, Pixpa offers excellent value for money for a photography business, and the customer support responds very quickly to any issues.
Pros: What I really like about Pixpa is that it is easy to use and has a clear, well-structured interface.
Cons: So far, I cannot report any negative experiences. Will let you know if I face any issue about pixpa.

Overall, I think that the platform has a ways to go. It would be great to easily track analytics, etc
Pros: I chose this platform because I was previously using SquareSpace and w/upgrade lost portfolio choice
Cons: I find it is very limited in layout capabilities upon further diving in. Also, why no App for iphone

Je me suis rapidement adaptée à l'interface.
