Pros: Easy to use Can scan/ use from phone, tablet or PC on or off line. Visa statements can be sent and easily uploaded and coded Records the expenses automatically - no manual input required You can have default expense coding which can be easily changed if required Many levels of review and authorization can be set up..
Cons: If an expenses is shared between departments this requires manual changes to the default expenses codes

Used this program for multiple years and completed a lot of expense reports. The recent updates to the program made it more user friendly.
Pros: There is an app that can be used on your phone that makes expense reports easier to manage. Pictures of receipts can be added immediately so you don't have to carry them around.
Cons: If you have expenses from last month, the phone app is not as user friendly as the desktop program on transferring the expenses to the new month.

Solid choice for centralizing expense and travel management. It's not the most modern looking tool but it's reliable and once it's configured properly it mostly runs itself, which is what you want from this kind of software.
Pros: Receipt capture and expense submission is straightforward enough that employees actually use it without complaints. Approval workflows are easy to configure and the integration with our finance processes reduced a lot of back and forth.
Cons: The interface feels a bit heavy and dated in places. Mobile app works but isn't the smoothest experience. Initial setup takes some time to get the policies and approval chains configured correctly.

It is positive, but there is still slowness, clunky feeling, and other platforms that feel more user friendly.
Pros: Ease of expense reporting, uploading receipts, approving multiple expense reports and the warning system for errors.

Cons: One thing that i do not like the most is that sometimes it tries to pick an expense type that is not correct and auto fills the business purpose.

It was very easy to use and I handling putting in multiple individuals' expenses. I never had any issues.
Pros: I have not used Concur at my new job, however at my previous job I used it all the time. It is a great system to use and very easy to learn and use. I think the ability to add a receipt from cell phone was a great addition.
Cons: I could often find less expensive rates when not using the system to book trips. It was a good starting point though to find the options.

Pros: I find SAP Concur to be quite useful, as it solves the problem of making sure that reporting is done correctly and efficiently. It helps us do our jobs, and it's an essential part of our processes at IBM. Although I don't have a specific feature that stands out, everything within SAP Concur is equally valuable because they are all part of the whole system.
Cons: There are times that SAP Concur has a lag in slowness to it. It is a little bit complicated at times when there are errors and issues, but that is mostly within our end and not with the application in itself.

I have had to use excel sheets, other websites and paper to do expenses and it was always so time consuming, SAP really saves time and effort.
Pros: I like that Sap allows me to upload all my receipts at once and then ties them to my expenses. It makes it was less tedious than other expense reports.
Cons: I do not have an issue with SAP concur, sometimes I feel like too much information is asked but I think that is my companies choice not SAP's.

Overall it is an easy app to use with clear controls and I've encountered only one issue since I started using it.
Pros: It is easy to file expense reports. Everything is clear and easy to understand helping to get things processed quickly.
Cons: I had a technically issue arise that would not let me attach an expense to a specific report. That ended up delaying the report by a few days but the issue was eventually solved.

I thought it was user friendly and easy for a first time user to use for expenses. I trained several employees on how to use it with ease.
Pros: I thought it was easy to use the desktop and app for all expenses needed. I never needed to reach out to customer support for help.

I submit all my travelling expenses through Concur and it is a amazing process to be notified when they got approved, when they were sent for payment and also when they were actually paid.
Pros: SAP Concur is an amazing tool for employee expense management. It keeps the user aware of different stages of payment processing.
Cons: While the web is really agile and friendly, the mobile interface can get a bit trcicky to negotiate. The affidafit about lost receipts need to be done away as we hardly keep receipts anymore in our day to day life

I fully recommend this product for company's that travel often. The price was very reasonable considering how much we used their services and how helpful they were.
Pros: As an executive assistant for 6 professionals that traveled to client sites often, SAP Concur was a lifesaver for travel booking. It was so easy to track the expenses for each individual, change flights, and even receive some last customer service when unexpected weather emergencies happened. Customer service was always helpful, answered my emails or calls right away, and helped my team get the best flights available. The configuration of my company's travel rules helped me always stay within budget, manage an entire team, and use their individual corporate cards.
Cons: Honestly, I had no complaints. All hotel/flight/car inquiries I had were always solved even when we ran into hurricanes, itinerary changes, and situations completely out of SAP Concur's control.

My company uses SAP Concur frequently. Some of my colleagues even use it daily. This software takes care of all my travel arrangements and company credit card management. Prior to switching to this system, my company used manual processes. SAP Concur has allowed for much time savings as opposed to how I previously had to manage these tasks individually on my own.
Pros: What I like most about SAP Concur is the ability to book both travel arrangements (hotel, airfare, rental vehicles), and manage my travel expenses with my linked company credit card. The software is very easy to navigate and is intuitive to use!
Cons: Previously, SAP Concur had gone through multiple interface updates over the course of a few short years. This took a little while to get used to. However, the interface has not changed for the past year or so, and I am now very familiar with the layout and am quite comfortable using it.

Overall it was good I have used it for years so I accustomed to using it. Just easy to use outside of uploading receipts but I believe you can email them to the file as well not sure .
Pros: Easy to use and get reimbursements for company expenses and travel reimbursement as well so I liked it
Cons: Uploading receipts to the system which I felt was outdated because you had to scan your receipts to provide proof
