Pros: Very easy process. Very receptive to our ideas. We are very happy with our end result.

Cons: nothing really. The cost was appropriate. Very easy to use. We had a small hiccup with going live but it was resolved to our satisfaction.

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] was so accomodating to all our needs

Cons: Nothing stuck out to me. Maybe not knowing what to expect in the process

Pros: Easy to use set up and update our website. Has all the elements we need and more.

Cons: Nothing I can think of other than just getting used to it. I should always read the help, but typically just jump in. Never felt like it was a con.

Pros: Im an independent artist and wanted a website to feature my comprehensive body of work. Got in touch with the folks at B12 and they set me right up!!! Im thrilled with the outcome and couldnt be happier with the help that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his colleagues gave me throughout the process. Would definitely recommend!

Cons: I really cant think of any cons to using B12

Pros: The features are easy to use and anything you need help with, the staff is a quick e-mail away.

Cons: some things are tough to do without a b12 expert

Pros: The application is easy to use, combined with the outstanding support from the B12 team make the project implementation possible

Pros: It's cutting edge technilogy that develops and gets your site up and running fast that attracts new paying clients or customers.

Cons: As of today, I haven't been able to find anything that I don't like.

Pros: Everything was very streamlined and easy to operate.

Pros: I was attracted by the notion of having a service somewhere between a site-builder and an agency. We had no design knowledge and paying them ~$500 to set up and get SEO, etc. running was helpful.

Cons: The websites are, frankly, not as good as those done with Wix, Squarespace, airflow, etc. What redeems them is their level of service. Once that disappeared, which it did after ~6 months (presumably the result of some retention analysis), it was just inertia keeping us with them. Of course, it's also way more expensive than other offerings.

Pros: They allow you to make changes and it is easy to do.. or you can contact them and they will do it for you.

Cons: There is nothing that I don't like so far

Pros: I like that I can edit it myself I like the fact that you are Very professional And the look of my website It's quality

Cons: I don't like that I can't talk to someone immediately. Sometimes when I am talking to You are a feel rushed

Pros: The AI assisted website creation was a great feature. The product meetings were also helpful

Cons: Learning a new software is difficult, but it’s easy to learn

Pros: Never had as many bad experiences as this website builder! Good site speed but that’s about it.

Cons: Hard to use, Expensive, Bad Seo, Poor Customer Support. Also un able to move plans once you decide on one your stuck.

Pros: The B12 website is exactly what I was looking for—modular, versatile, easy to use, easy to modify. I can make adjustments to the website quickly and now our website is as nimble as our company. B12 is a great addition to our company's approach to serving our clients. The B12 team really listened to what I was looking to create and they helped make it happen.

Cons: The email marketing and contact management lacks some features like scheduling emails, but the team at B12 is super responsive and already working on implementing those features.

Pros: It was easy to use and while I didn't use the design developed by the AI, it gave me a great start that allowed me to easily modify my design.

Cons: I wasn't able to figure out how to make a couple of minor changes myself. Simple things like changing the color on some text.

Pros: Once I became familiar with the software it was easy to use. Company representative attention to my requests and promptness of responses.

Cons: It took me a minute or two or a few days to learn it, keep in mind I'm not that tech savvy.

Pros: Ease of use prepared for next steps remote

Cons: I really have no complaints. I suggest each new user watch and schedule a demo.
