Pros: very professional, and timely. their response time to any issues or questions that come up is incredible.
Cons: nothing negative during my experience. Every time I leave a message I get a response the next day if its after hours

Pros: BHPH is easy to use and I love the automated payment functions for customers and the ability to use the payment portal and paybylink.
Cons: Can't think of anything right now but will amend if necessary. NOt really sure why I have to include this ?

Pros: DealerCenter has been extremely easy to use and makes the entire process smooth from start to finish
Cons: We did run into an issue regarding a buyback that appeared to be based on a misunderstanding. While we appreciated the initial support, it was frustrating that we were unable to escalate the matter or speak with a supervisor to further explain the situation. Having that level of access would make a big difference in resolving more complex issues and improving the overall experience.

fairly positive. we just fully migrated all our systems to dealercenter and have been happy with the platform for inventory and deal management.
Pros: multiple modules, all in one solution. constantly putting out new updates and features that are relevant to business. great value for monthly cost.
Cons: slow support team responses, some functionality is rolled out that isnt properly working yet. some customization is limited.

I have been working with [sensitive content hidden], she has been training me and asssisting me with all me set up. She is very friendly, calls when she says she will and always goes over and beyond to make sure im happy and satisfied with everything.
Pros: I love the way it allows you to do everything you need to run the business. I am able to keep track of all activity of me and my team.
Cons: Honsetly i would say none, but if i had to pick something it would be the process of setting everything up, its worth it just takes some time. And [sensitive content hidden] has been awesome helping with that.

Pros: I am getting so much more customer interaction with DealerCenter. I'm closing more deals now than ever. And any questions that I have are answered almost immediately by my reps. Even if they don't know the answer right away they get back to me quickly. And adding Deal Driver to my account has changed everything! As soon as I added it my CRM blew up!
Cons: There's a bit of a learning curve, but that's to be expected I think when switching software companies.

Pros: Dealercenter offers the ability to take creditcard and debit card payments directly from our platform. As a BHPH dealer is crucial to make it easy to collect monthly payments and offer autopay. We used USbank before as our merchant provider and the fees are way too high. Switched over to Nowpay and the setup was easy, convenient and huge savings!

auto check is fairly easy to use, and I love that Dealercenter has mobile app access which makes it easy at the auction. Better than Carfax.
Pros: Easy to use autocheck..Dealercenter allows us to pull our vehicle reports effortlessly.
Cons: cost.. i don't like how you have to keep changing passwords

Overall, I really like dealer center as it has an easy portal to use. They have access to auto check, Carfax, warranties, gap insurance, multiple lenders and lots more.
Pros: It has multiple lenders in one place so you can send over finance applications to multiple lenders at one time. They have e-signing for most lenders, turbo pass to verify income, and quick funding.
Cons: The price can get high when adding on more options. I wish some of the prices were lower for the independent dealerships.

Pros: I love that DealerCenter has everything you need to run a business in one place, from marketing to inventory management. I have switched over my SEO and Website from Cars4Sale recently, so far I am impressed!

Amazing, everyone is hands on as a team and they do everything possible to make sure we have everything needed to keep moving forward
Pros: Everything is easily accessed when submitting credit applications
Cons: The only thing I would say I like least about DealerCenter is the fact that they didn’t have actually underwriters sending me the approvals from the banks.

I WOULD GIVE IT A SEVEN OUT OF TEN. SOME THINGS COULD BE BETTER.
Pros: HOW EVERYTHING IS AT YOUR FINGERTIPS....
Cons: THAT IT DONT ALWAYS SEND APP TO BANKS AND SOMETIMES HARD TO NAVIGATE BACK TO WHERE YOU WAS. NEED A SAVE TAP SO I CAN SAVE THE PREVIOUS DEAL WAS WORKING ON WHEN I SWITCH CARS.

Pros: Easy access to all portals. Love how easy it is to find all my clients and the way it adds information.
Cons: Sometimes the system glitches. Sometimes I cannot see the Experian credit reports or the status of clients is not accurate.p

Excellent, I've tried other DMs and they don't compare, in my opinion. As I've helped many independent dealers open their dealerships, I always set them up with Dealer Center.
Pros: It's user-friendly, has a beautiful interface, and it is quite powerful. It's also flexible where you can add products useful to you as you need them, which keeps the pricing very competitive. It constantly has improvements that makes things better and better each time.
Cons: That it logs you off very randomly, and has a few kinks here and there when there are new updates.
