Pros: Einfache Handhabung, vielfältige Möglichkeiten, Übersichtlichkeit, gute Anbindung an weitere Software-Tools

Cons: Soweit alles bestens, es gibt bisher nichts das mich oder die Kollegen stören würde, wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Pros: What I really like about Personio is how it brings so many HR processes together in one place. Things like vacation requests, time tracking, and payroll are all much easier to handle, both for employees and for HR itself. The interface is clean and intuitive, so you don’t need a long learning curve to get started. I also appreciate the transparency it creates — I can see my vacation days, documents, and payslips anytime without having to ask HR.

Cons: On the downside, some features can feel a bit slow or clunky, especially when it comes to loading times or switching between sections. Also, the reporting functions could be more flexible — sometimes you wish you had a bit more customization. And while the software covers most core processes, a few smaller workflows still have to be done manually.

Pros: - Payroll is easy to set up and runs smoothly with minimal effort - Simple connection with our tax advisor and straightforward document sharing with the team - Time off, absence, and sick leave management works very well

Cons: - Other features are difficult to use and not very flexible - Onboarding and offboarding are heavy processes with limited customization. e.g. once an item is checked, it cannot be unchecked. Only templates are available, so every new employee requires a new template (no way to add additional tasks) - Navigation is tricky and often unintuitive - Support is complicated, only the owner can contact them, not even an admin

Pros: Ich finde die Seite sehr übersichtlich. Ich sehe direkt meine Abwesenheiten, Lohnabrechnungen und wichtige Dokumente. Auch Urlaubsanträge kann ich ganz einfach stellen. Alles ist leicht zu finden und selbsterklärend.

Cons: Manchmal lädt die Seite etwas langsam. Es wäre auch schön, wenn man zum Beispiel Urlaub und Krankheit besser farblich unterscheiden könnte.

Pros: The platform is easy to navigate with a great user experience. We love how it gives a clear overview of all colleagues across the company — it really helps us stay connected and organized.

Cons: Nothing major, the newest updates in the design look good but I need to learn how to walk through it. Overall, Personio works very well for our needs.

Pros: I love the time calendar the most, it's really easy to keep track of the attendance amongst one's team. The time of requesting is also very practical.

Cons: The time tracking system. It's not very self explanatory, and the interface keeps on changing. Too many updates there unfortunately.

Cons: Der Kundensupport ist sehr schlecht. Zum einen langsam und zum anderen sind die Antworten inhaltlich häufig extrem lang und helfen nicht.

Pros: Die vielfältige Möglichkeit von Zeiterfassung, Lohnbuchhaltung, Personalmanagement und Reporting.

Cons: Der Support lässt leider zu wünschen übrig, die Wartezeit auf eine Rückmeldung dauert teilweise sehr lange.

Pros: Simple uncomplicated work management app. I love the fact that they made it easy and focused on just what i need to request holidays, view my work documents, request reimbursements and everything related to my employment.

Cons: There could be other features for adding quarterly reviews and some reporting to enhance performance review just like some competitors.

Pros: Time submission, absentee, vacation, leave mgmt all in one place. Nice visualization for org structures and easy to self service for employees

Cons: Document management such as reference letters are difficult to handle, little automation to write and create.

Pros: Integrierte Lohnabrechnung, aber auch nur teilautomatisiert. Das war damals der Hauptgrund für uns von absence.io zu personio zu wechseln.

Cons: Sehr unübersichtliche und wenig intuitive Software. Wir zahlen aktuell ca. 7.000 EUR/Jahr für ein kleines Team. Das Preismodell bietet wenig Flexibilität. Die Berechnung der Urlaubstage war immer wieder falsch und die Einstellungen zur Korrektur zu finden nur mit Hilfe des Supports möglich. Das Portal ist nicht mal responsive und die App einfach nur ein Scherz in Funktion und Umfang. Hinzu kommt noch ein wenig kulanter Kundenservice.

Pros: I was easy to keep an overview over what still needed to be done, it made the onboarding and offboarding process very easy

Cons: I am not a big fan of the layout, it is unnecessarily complex and easy to miss things

Pros: It is very intuitive. I also love the dashboard that gives you a clear overview of the info you need.

Cons: I sometimes get confused when the absences are limited to the year (ie overcarried absences arent subtracted from the total).

Cons: should be an "everything" delivery platform that allows user surveys, performance and HR compliance

Pros: Very user-centered design. The frequently used functions are all accesible within one or two clicks.

Cons: It would be great if they would have templates for frequently used times when clocking the working hours. So that you don't have to enter the same times every day manually

Pros: They are constantly developing and holding the end user in mind fairly well. For the German Market they are very adequate and they can handle complex payrolling and the different bureaucratic administrative requirements in German labour and law.

Cons: They sometimes lack specific localisation such as Netherlands holiday allowance. You need to buy extra entities if you fully want to embrace international.

Pros: Simple, easy to use, very essential features

Cons: Android app is so limited it is almost pointless.
