Apploi

Pros: User Access is great for hiring manager and applicants. Easy tracking to keep up with contacts to applicants. The entire recruitment process is so much better using Appploi than my previous platform. I highly recommend to others.

Cons: The only thing I would change would be the ability to reply right back to applicants in the email notification. This may be an option, but my email protection software prohibits it for me.

Pros: I am a new user to Apploi and so far, my experience has been a real pleasure. I am familiar with a few different recruiting programs, and I have found that Apploi has a fine balance of keeping the candidates organized in status when looking for new recruits.

Cons: The only way I can view the candidates once they have changed status is in the employees tab. Otherwise, I am very happy with Apploi!!

Pros: Apploi is user friendly and a great tool to use. Whether you are technically savvy or just now learning this is an app everyone can use. The text feature is great and the best way to reach candidates.

Cons: There isn't anything I did not like. Apploi assisted me great with contacting clients. If I had to pick something I guess the sensitivity of the app. Sometimes the potential clients got the text messages twice.

Pros: The recruitment process has been excellent. I appreciate the high level of customization available within the system, which allows us to tailor workflows effectively to our needs.

Cons: There are a few minor system issues that impact workflow efficiency. For example, status changes do not always update automatically without a browser refresh. Additionally, some statuses appear to be hard-coded, limiting our ability to customize or reorder them based on operational needs.

Pros: I like how easy it is to reach out to candidates, edit jobs, and use the calendar. The old version is the version I use and it's great

Cons: I don't like how it can be slow sometimes, like when I'm archiving multiple candidates it freezes my page. Or sometimes when I'm updating jobs it takes very long to update and the same thing happens it freezes. Also reaching out for help on chat takes a while

Pros: Ease, it’s so easy to use, and I love the emails when people apply as a reminder to check the website!

Cons: None, honestly, I don’t have any negative feedback. Using employee has been a very successful tool for our company.

Pros: The ease in communication tabs with auto emailing and text messaging. Providing the auto fill information

Cons: The archived candidates are difficult to search for at times when messages are sent back delayed by the candidate

Pros: It's very easy to use and being able to communicate per text lets you contact applicants fast and set up interviews. We typically get applicants the same day we post a job.

Cons: Initial set up was hard at first following online I would of learned more if was in person and hands on.

Pros: When I use Apploi, it is very easy for me to see qualifying candidates for the position that they applied for.

Cons: Honestly, I am not a fan of the "New Look". I prefer the classic look. The classic look is easier for contacting candidates and seeing new candidates when they apply. Please keep the option to switch from new to clasic.

Pros: It was able to track candidates pretty well and create templates when sending to candidates that have applied

Cons: There were alot of things missing and problems with the software and were ultimatley had to stop using for our workflow

Pros: What I like most about Apploi. Is that it is clear and easy to use. Apploi can have your documents uploaded and have it sent straight to the applicants to have it filled out.

Cons: What I dislike most about Apploi is that I don't get a notification when an applicant completes a document. (It's very possible that there is a way to set that up.)

Pros: The program is very easy to learn and is very streamlined. The way everything is set up makes it very easy to navigate.

Cons: None that I can think of. Anytime I have ever had an issue the support team was always very quick to help.

Cons: When clicking on the job it takes you to the actual job posting instead of where the candidates are listed. This needs to be a little easier to navigate.

Pros: Transitioning an employee to our other software platform is a valuable opportunity to strengthen our operations. The new system offers improved functionality, clearer workflows, and better alignment with our agency’s compliance and documentation standards. By guiding staff through this transition with structured onboarding, training resources, and ongoing support, we not only empower them to succeed but also reinforce our commitment to streamlined, high-quality care coordination.

Cons: What I liked least about Apploi was the limited filtering options when reviewing caregiver applicants. Specifically, the inability to narrow down candidates by gender made it more difficult to meet certain client preferences or care requirements. While we understand the importance of equitable hiring practices, having more flexible search criteria—especially for roles involving personal care—would help us match caregivers more effectively with client needs.

Pros: easy to use. set up is great to understand someone is always here to help if needed, easy access to set up interviews

Pros: The ease of posting jobs, setting up interviews and communicating with new hires. Apploi has help streamline our process.

Cons: The constant emails. I am not thrilled with the new format and am grateful that I am able to choose the classic view.

Cons: Weeding through applicants. Documenting interviews is sometimes difficult…sometimes get repeat applicants.

Pros: The customer support is excellent! Our rep is great with any follow up questions and requests after our implementation and ongoing support. I get quick follow up every time!

Cons: Honestly the worst part was transitioning to something new! We came over a time where the entire view was being updated so some of my staff got comfortable with the old view when the new view was still optional.

Pros: What I like most about Apploi is the bulk texting feature. It makes communication with multiple candidates quick, easy, and efficient, saving a lot of time in the recruitment process.

Cons: One thing I like least about Apploi is that there isn’t an option to move hired employees into a different folder. Because of this, they still receive new job texts, which can be confusing. I wish there were a way to separate hired employees from active candidates.

Pros: Navigating through the Apploi website is pretty easy and self explanatory. Monthly QA trainings are a plus and very helpful.

Cons: So far my experience with Apploi has been excellent. I can't think of anything that I like least about Apploi.
