Even after using it for 1+ years, I’ve found the customer support really reliable. They respond on time, make sure issues are properly resolved, and don’t close tickets without addressing the concern. Even when bugs come up, they handle them well. I also like the report customization—it makes it easy to pull out exactly what’s needed quickly for management.
Pros: greytHR is easy to use, even for non-tech users ( especially HR with a non-technical background). It simplifies payroll, leave, and attendance, and helps manage Indian compliance smoothly. The employee self-service portal reduces back-and-forth, saving time and manual effort overall.
Cons: At times, the interface seems a bit old-fashioned and could be more up-to-date. Some features are not very easy to use and take time to understand at first.

Pros: User Friendly and also employer and employee logins are easy to use. For payroll this is highly recommend.
Cons: Compliance reports need to be improved, so that we can submit to our clients directly all the reports.

We are having a good experience so far, . Modules are very easy to use and navigations are smooth and simple . System is easy understandable to employees as well as admins .
Pros: Interface is user friendly and UI is engaging . Supporting videos and Bella is really useful. Page navigations are smooth and quick. All reports are available in simple steps .
Cons: Customer support . For employee information and leave modules the support is quick and correct, but when its payroll module, many of the support agent not trying to understand the real concern or they dont have a clear idea about the payroll rules. Many uploads to be done from backend, if its available for admins, tickets can be reduced .

The experience was satisfactory, meeting basic needs. While not exceptional, it shows that satisfaction can outweigh perfection.
Pros: I have been using GreytHR for almost two years. The only aspect I appreciate about GreytHR is its user-friendly interface, which is quite self-explanatory.
Cons: I want to highlight a few cons here: 1. No dedicated CS personnel, you have to raise a query at a common desk email ID, and every time there's someone new addressing the issue. 2. GreytHR makes changes in the functionality of the app anytime without any notification. 3. A lot of errors while running payroll. 4. Many limitations in GreytHR ESS & PMS.

I find GreytHR to be reliable & User friendly software which can be used by any company. I am very happy with the Greyhr service. Thanks for making our work easier.
Pros: GreytHR is very easy to use & simpler to understand. Payroll calculations are accurate & updated as per the latest statutory regulations. Very quick in resolving the queries & issues.
Cons: Frequently it logs out the user if it is left idle for a short while. This might need a bit longer session out time. For simpler customizations also, we need to raise the ticket & connect with Greythr technical team for resolution.

Cons: Ideally few terminologies required to change. For example, while updating TDS challan instead of "Voucher date", it can mention "TDS payment date". Secondly, instead of "Deduction Date" and "Payment Date" it can be "Salary Payment Date or Salary Accounting Date".

I have been using it since 2022 and my overall experience has been good. I definitely recommend GreytHR to all MSME businesses.
Pros: Payroll Processing, Dashboards, Employee records
Cons: Leave Module - we want to use this module but the module has very limited features and we are not able to configure our accrual calculations in it. I havent used the TDS return preparation features but prima facie it not as convenient as the TDS software that I use.

Absolutely impressed with the product and especially the warm-hearted and helpful support people.

Cons: There is nothing specific that I could point out. One minor irritant is the popups that come as soon as I log-in could be great if we could find some other method to get user attention for events and offers.

We are generally satisfied with greythr, particularly for its ability to consolidate scattered data and streamline organization. This has made accessing information much easier, and generating reports is now a straightforward process. While our overall experience has been positive, we do encounter monthly challenges that prevent us from achieving complete reliability with the system.
Pros: Greythr enables us to systematically gather and store employee data, ensuring that it is always readily accessible.
Cons: I consistently encounter challenges with the support system. When issues arise related to calculations or formula errors during salary processing, getting a timely response is difficult, and recurring problems seem to arise each month. Additionally, many settings established in the previous month are altered or modified when a new month begins. I feel sometimes like support agents are being impatient while answering questions.
