Onboard makes hiring and employee management so much easier. We’ve customized workflows to match our process and nothing gets lost, completed onboarding documents and performance tracking tasks remain accessible at all times. Having E-Verify built in as a task is a real game changer, and the integration with ADP means our systems are fully in sync. It’s been a big help in streamlining team collaboration, improving how we track new hire milestones, and reducing the learning curve for new HR team members.
Pros: I love how quick and easy HRCloud is! The ease of use has been a huge win for our team, especially as we transitioned from paper-only onboarding to a fully digital process. Being able to complete E-Verify checks directly within the app saves so much time and reduces back-and-forth. Our rep is incredibly responsive—it’s rare these days to consistently speak to a real person instead of a bot. That personal touch adds real value for money in our experience.
Cons: I can boldly say that there isn’t anything I dislike. It’s intuitive, flexible, and just works the way it should.

I’m very happy with HR Cloud for onboarding. It cut down our setup time a lot and made the process smooth. New team members can start work faster, which is great for us in space research. I feel more organized now and our HR staff can focus on people rather than paperwork. The customer support has been very helpful whenever we had a question. I think HR Cloud is a good fit for our company because it saved us time and helped our hires get into the work easily.

Cons: A few of our staff work in the field with spotty internet, so they had trouble logging in when the connection was slow. This issues is minor but worth mentioning. After a short learning curve, everyone caught on. The support team helped us sort things out quickly.

HR Cloud helped us take onboarding from messy and slow to fast and friendly. As a company that cares a lot about people, this tool helped us show new hires that they matter from day one. It saved us time and helped our team feel more connected.
Pros: What I liked most about HR Cloud was how simple it made things for our new hires. Everything from forms to welcome notes felt smooth and easy. It made people feel like they belonged right away.
Cons: The thing I liked least was that the mobile experience could be a little clunky at times. It worked, but I wish it felt a bit quicker on the phone.

Our HR processes were drowning us. Onboarding new caregivers took forever, paperwork was everywhere, and tracking compliance felt like chasing ghosts. We needed something simple but solid to get our team back to focusing on patients, not spreadsheets. We basically threw our messy HR world at ’em. They helped us prioritize what mattered most (onboarding & compliance tracking), then built a custom prototype for us super fast. Not just ideas, real screens, workflows, even a mobile-friendly setup for our field staff. They handled everything: user stories, testing, training docs, and they made it feel like our system from day one.
Pros: 1. They sat with us (virtually lol) and figured out our biggest headaches: onboarding + compliance tracking. 2. Built a CUSTOM prototype in weeks, not some off-the-shelf junk. Mobile-friendly for our field staff, simple enough for our 70-year-old volunteers. 3. Gave us REAL tools: digital forms, automatic license alerts, even checklists for new hires. Felt like they built it JUST for hospice work. 4. They got hospice immediately. Asked about our long drives, emotional days, last-minute staffing crises… and built tools that HELPED.
Cons: No major complaints. Wish we’d added time-off requests to the first build, but they’re adding it now! No biggie.

HR Cloud has made managing my team’s HR needs so much easier, especially while everyone is remote working. We stay updated on news, contacts are streamlined, onboarding is more smooth, and I no longer need to fetch paperwork every time someone takes a day off.
Pros: I like how easy HR Cloud makes HR onboarding, employee management, and time-off tracking. The user interface is very user-friendly, and their automation features save me a lot of time each day.
Cons: Some of the more advanced features need extra configuration to work, and the mobile app is a bit limited.

Its ok the initial set up was not easy. It can be a great asset for growing business if they can get pass the initial cost.
