HR Cloud

Pros: What I liked most about HR Cloud was how simple it made things for our new hires. Everything from forms to welcome notes felt smooth and easy. It made people feel like they belonged right away.

Cons: The thing I liked least was that the mobile experience could be a little clunky at times. It worked, but I wish it felt a bit quicker on the phone.

Pros: 1. They sat with us (virtually lol) and figured out our biggest headaches: onboarding + compliance tracking. 2. Built a CUSTOM prototype in weeks, not some off-the-shelf junk. Mobile-friendly for our field staff, simple enough for our 70-year-old volunteers. 3. Gave us REAL tools: digital forms, automatic license alerts, even checklists for new hires. Felt like they built it JUST for hospice work. 4. They got hospice immediately. Asked about our long drives, emotional days, last-minute staffing crises… and built tools that HELPED.

Cons: No major complaints. Wish we’d added time-off requests to the first build, but they’re adding it now! No biggie.

Pros: The comprehensive suite of features, including onboarding, benefits, and performance management, makes it a complete HR solution. This software is amazing.

Cons: Occasional delays in customer support response times could be frustrating, especially when resolving urgent technical issues with the cloud application.

Pros: I love that HR Cloud offers enhanced accessibility and improved data security while reducing the amount of paperwork.

Cons: Not ideal for smaller businesses like mine, especially since pricing plans can vary.

Pros: Easy, Self explainitory and navigation is simple

Cons: i do not have any cons as of todays date

Pros: Ease of use. Intuitive navigation. Fair pricing model.

Cons: Ultimately, had to choose software that was more "compatible" to our operating systems.

Pros: so love it so easy to use and holds a great number of people

Pros: I like how easy HR Cloud makes HR onboarding, employee management, and time-off tracking. The user interface is very user-friendly, and their automation features save me a lot of time each day.

Cons: Some of the more advanced features need extra configuration to work, and the mobile app is a bit limited.

Pros: Had a great experience using HR Cloud for management

Cons: Sometimes switching between systems was slightly hard

Pros: HR Cloud is user-friendly interface and making it easy for HR teams to manage tasks like onboarding, employee engagement, and document management.

Cons: Every things is good but Pricing could also be a consideration for smaller organizations with limited budgets.

Pros: HR Cloud is easy to navigate. The interface gives a good vibe. Easy to use.

Cons: Using it through mobile app it some times routes to web browser. Which creates hassle to route back.

Pros: HR Cloud is among the best online storage software with the bigger storage space

Cons: I haven't found any challenges with this software from the start.

Pros: Data and time management efficiency. That it provides tools and resources for effective HR processes.

Cons: The cost of set up at inception which was a little pricey.

Pros: it was easy to use, and I had no issues working with it

Cons: it was expensive and took a lot of time to set up

Pros: It makes easy to integrate all the cycle of Human Resource functions

Cons: Customer support service can be improved

Pros: The speed of doing managerial duties such as tracking of employees progress and giving feedbacks

Cons: The cost of HR cloud can be expensive for small or new businesses

Pros: Good HR tool which includes Onboarding to Employee Management and recognitions.

Cons: The look is little complicated and little tricky to use.

Pros: it is easy to user and implement,it makes onboarding flow very easy

Cons: still I did not fine any issue at this time.

Pros: HR cloud is a cloud based solution to automate the processes for HR. One time Subscription purchase only.

Cons: Initial process is little bit complex...

Pros: All different profiles can be found and hired at one place. It is useful and time saving.

Cons: Can you be more simplified in the future.

Pros: The software focus heavily on employee engagement and integration capabilities. It is a god product that can grow with the business. It have a great selection of HR tools that covers the whole onboarding process.

Cons: Its is expensive for small business it can potentially have high implementation cost and lack of transparency.

Pros: That its a all in one hr system that tracks employees progrrss from the first day on the job.

Cons: There's nothing really i have to complain about with HR Cloud

Pros: All in one software for employee recruiting, onboarding, managing, etc.

Cons: There is nothing I like least about HR Cloud, except maybe to add some areas like comp & benefits
