Pros: Easy to set up for companies and get sharepoint set up so that businesses can share files, and set up permissions.
Cons: Stop changing the admin dashboards every 2 months, We shouldn ened to relearn where the admin panels we need are when ourcustoemrs need us.

Overall. It’s an excellent tool. The interface is user-friendly, and the regular updates keep adding useful features and improving security. It is very good for email management and document management.
Pros: I really like how all the applications like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams work seamlessly together. The cloud storage through OneDrive allows access to files from anywhere, which is very convenient for remote work and teamwork.
Cons: The subscription cost can feel expensive for smaller businesses or individual users. But if its for a big organization than it will worth it.

Overall, our experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive. It has significantly improved communication, collaboration, and productivity across teams. The cloud-based ecosystem makes it easier to access files, manage emails, and work remotely without major disruptions. The platform performs well for businesses of all sizes and provides a dependable environment for document management, collaboration, and day-to-day operations. While there can be some complexity around administration and licensing, the overall reliability, functionality, and integration across applications make it a worthwhile long-term investment.
Pros: Microsoft 365 offers an excellent combination of productivity, collaboration, and cloud-based tools in one platform. The integration between Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Word, and SharePoint makes email management, document sharing, and team collaboration very efficient. The platform is easy to use for most users and provides strong value for money considering the number of applications included. File sharing and document management are seamless across teams and devices, while spam filtering and security features in Outlook help maintain reliable communication and protect against unwanted emails. Customer support and ongoing updates are also strong, with regular improvements and security enhancements being released consistently.
Cons: Licensing and subscription management can sometimes be confusing, especially for businesses with multiple users and plans. Some advanced admin and security settings also require technical knowledge to configure properly. Occasional syncing issues between desktop and cloud applications can happen, particularly with large shared files.

I use 365 on a daily basis. Outlook for email and OneDrive for online storage. Can easily view and edit Word or Excel documents on ANY device.
Pros: Microsoft 365 is the perfect product for any user. Whether at work or in school this suite includes all you need. You can access these app from any computer using their web version.
Cons: The subscription model is kind of a bummer, but they have great deals for single users or yearly family plans.
Joseph L. · Systems Administrator · Computer & Network Security · May 17, 2026
I was able to do reports, send emails and do spreadsheets for work with no issues whatsoever. No bugs and issues.
Pros: The email management, file sharing, document management and spam filtering is value for money. I love the great customer support and ease of use.
Cons: I truly don’t have any compliments about Microsoft 365. It is so easy to use and very informative for everybody.
Brooks L. · Customer service representative · Information Technology and Services · May 17, 2026
Overall, Microsoft 365 feels worth it if you want a reliable, feature-rich suite that covers most office and email needs in one subscription. Its mix of collaboration tools, cloud access, and strong Outlook features makes it especially appealing for professionals and teams.
Pros: What I liked most about Microsoft 365 is how complete it feels: it brings email, document creation, cloud storage, collaboration, and file sharing into one platform.
Cons: Microsoft 365 is powerful and convenient, but the subscription cost, learning curve, and occasional complexity can be drawbacks.
Jeff R. · Project Manager · Construction · May 14, 2026
Overall experience has been great because of smooth UI/UX and support. Also, there is great flexibility in access levels for each of the documents.
Pros: Microsoft 365 as a whole ecosystem of data and knowledge sharing tool helped our organization to streamline the ease of operations and enabled us to be away from any kind of wrongful scams. It also helped us in document management with greater ease and efficiency. While the customer support is fantastic and on time resolutions are great to operate in a connected environment of business. Outlook is one specific product which has been integrated with all other products of the ecosystem to function smoothly. The product is great value for money and ease of use.
Cons: The time of implementation and strategic importance of data migration should be told beforehand to each vertical of the organization before actual implementation. Also, the training can be improved a lot by dedicating people per team to train.

Pros: What I liked most about Office 365 is the integration between all of the other Microsoft branded softwares.
Cons: What I liked least about Microsoft 365 is the cost to purchase the software and how the license is is only limited to a year.
Matthew H. · Project Manager · Construction · May 11, 2026
Overall, Microsoft 365 has been reliable for our daily operations and document management. It’s flexible and suitable for both office administration and project collaboration. We use it heavily for spreadsheets, document creation, email communication, and cloud storage. The integration between applications saves time and helps teams work more efficiently.
Pros: What I like most about Microsoft 365 is having everything in one ecosystem. We mainly use Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and OneDrive across office and project work, and the collaboration between users works well. OneDrive syncing is useful for sharing project documents between team members, especially when multiple people need access to updated files. The desktop applications are still stronger than most browser-based alternatives for advanced work.
Cons: The main downside is that licensing and administration can become confusing at times, especially when managing multiple users and permissions. OneDrive syncing occasionally causes duplicate or conflicted files if several users are editing documents at the same time. Some updates also change settings unexpectedly.
Valentin P. · Administration Manager · Construction · May 11, 2026
After using it for more than 8 years, it’s been stable and a lot of integration with other apps work really great.
Pros: It’s been the best platform, everything is there, user management, emails, sharepoint for file management, teams for communication and collabs. Customer support is really easy to get.
Cons: Microsoft does lots of changes on the fly and sometimes they just announce it after the change has been done.
Kyle V. · Senior Support Specialist · Information Technology and Services · May 11, 2026
Overall Microsoft 365 is a great tool and is very easy to use. The cross functionality across Microsoft based products and programs is great.
Pros: Microsoft 365 is very easy to use and I love that it is compatible with a variety if other tools such as outlook, teams and files.
Cons: The only thing I dislike about Microsoft 365 is that it is not easily integrated with apple products.
Samantha E. · Agent · Financial Services · May 10, 2026
Pros: The features are all mainstays from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. It's difficult to imagine not using Microsoft 365.
Cons: Costs can add up quite a bit for the subscriptions. There is also a little bit overlap in tools such as email.
Daniel C. · Benefits and Compliance Manager · Hospital & Health Care · May 9, 2026
I learned how to use Microsoft 365 over a decade ago and it’s been consistently is it’s usability. It’s just certain tools don’t work as they should.
Pros: I like the partnerships 365 has with schools. It made it easier to complete work on multiple different devices because of the online portion of 365.
Cons: I don’t like the cost of 365 - without my college partnerships I couldn’t afford it. I also don’t like that the online version and the software doesn’t speak to each other as well as they should. The collaboration feature is really important to me and it’s harder to collaborate using Word and Excel than Google.

The product is robust, offers customers low to mid-level protection and will assist with day-to-day tasks, but may require some additional relearning and very occasional outages.
Pros: Product is pretty reliable, the options for SharePoint and OneDrive to share files helps many people in todays business world and spam filtering in email is usually enough for most people. While the value for the money has been decreasing over the years, its still pretty decent. All-in-all, the product is still the best option for business customers and what I recommend, despite a few shortfalls.
Cons: Ease of use is ok, they are constantly changing things just to move them. Sometimes its due to added features and others times it's just in a different location, including the Admin Center. If you ever need to open a support ticket, your chances of connecting with someone who can help are next to zero and the product is constantly under attack because of how popular it is in the business world. I'd like to see more enhanced protection offerings for the price that is paid monthly given I deal with hacks for clients on a daily basis, what they are doing is clearly not enough.

I've enjoyed the products. I've previously had to use Word, Excel and PowerPoint interactively. Now, I work exclusively with data and the convenience of using Excel and Power Bi with Copilot are game changers.
Pros: I like most that it's built for collaboration. Also, all of the products are quite interactive with each other
Cons: Just like anything with Microsoft, the inconvenient timing with updates and glitches I could do without.
Anonymous User · Clinical Outcomes Analyst · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 7, 2026
Pros: It is a handy application for mail and other data and file management. I appreciate how well it syncs with calendars and other applications.
Cons: At the moment I cannot think of anything that I did not like about this product but I am still required to type 100 characters.
Hannah C. · LMFT · Mental Health Care · May 5, 2026
Pros: Ease of access across all office platforms is incredible. I love that I can use any office suite function and easily link it to outlook.
Cons: I wish full copilot access was universal for the full 0365 suite. My company only has it for outlook.

Pretty great experience with Microsoft 365 from word to excel or even power point, whatever your needs may be.
Pros: Lots of pros for Microsoft 365 from word to excel spreadsheets. Great software for all your needs. Whether it be document prep or a spreadsheet or even PowerPoint.
Cons: The only con that i know of is it's a little costly for a subscription whether it be monthly or yearly.
Lela W. · Paralegal · Legal Services · May 1, 2026
Overall, my experience has been very positive, especially for productivity and collaboration. It offers a complete set of tools—like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams—that make it easy to create, communicate, and work together efficiently.
Pros: Its all-in-one productivity suite and seamless collaboration—tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams work together smoothly, making it easy to create, share, and collaborate in real time across devices.
Cons: The biggest downside is the cost and subscription model—it can get expensive over time. It can also feel overwhelming, with so many apps and features that aren’t always intuitive, especially for new users.

GLENN TERYLL JORDAN N. · Qualiticien · Hospital & Health Care · April 30, 2026
Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 was positive. It provided a reliable and efficient way to manage company emails and offered a suite of easy-to-use applications that support daily work. While there were some challenges with backend complexity and occasional overlap between tools, the platform overall improved productivity and collaboration.
Pros: What I liked most about Microsoft 365 was how seamlessly it handled company email management and how intuitive the apps were to use. The platform keeps communication organized while maintaining a consistent, user-friendly experience across all tools, which makes day-to-day work more efficient.
Cons: What I liked least about Microsoft 365 was that, while the apps are easy to use day-to-day, the backend setup and administration can feel complex. There can also be some overlap between tools (like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive), which can make it unclear where files should live or how to best organize collaboration.
Christine B. · Marketing Manager · Retail · April 26, 2026
overall, this gives the best user experience compared to competitors since it offers a good value for money and customer support when issues arise.
Pros: most user friendly platform that syncs mailbox and calendar for email management. it also makes it easy to file share within outlook
Cons: limitations on file conversion can get frustrating with file sizes and understanding how to compress it to send
Nicolas C. · sales · Information Services · April 24, 2026
The suite of software enables the business to collaborate together using email, sharepoint or teams. Its easy to pick up the basics & the advanced features can be used without too much effort. The monthly fee is low compared to the features offered.
Pros: The best thing about Microsoft 365 is that everyone uses it & knows how to use it. You don't have to train anyone on using the features.
Cons: The support offered via Microsoft is poor & getting something changed or fixed can be impossible. Luckily third party companies can assist with most issues.

I have been using Microsoft 365 for work documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and email. It's a reliable and comprehensive suite that covers all my productivity needs. The cloud sync works well and sharing files with others is straightforward.
Pros: Microsoft 365 offers powerful tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook that are industry standards. The integration with OneDrive makes file access seamless across devices. Teams has been great for video meetings and collaboration with colleagues.
Cons: The subscription pricing can be expensive for individuals or small teams. Sometimes the software feels heavy and slows down older computers. The learning curve for advanced Excel and Power BI features can be steep.
Anonymous User · Automation · Information Technology and Services · April 24, 2026
Overall, my experience with Microsoft 365 has been very positive. It’s a reliable, all-in-one platform that supports daily productivity, communication, and collaboration. The integration between apps makes workflows efficient, and the ability to access files from anywhere is a major advantage. While there are occasional frustrations with updates or syncing, the benefits far outweigh the drawbacks for day to day use.
Pros: Microsoft 365 stands out for its seamless integration across apps like Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, making collaboration and communication very efficient. I also appreciate the cloud-based access, which allows me to work from anywhere and easily share documents with others in real time.
Cons: The biggest downside is that it can feel overly complex at times, especially with frequent updates and features that aren’t always intuitive. It can also be frustrating when there are syncing issues or slight delays with cloud-based files, particularly in Teams or OneDrive.
