Pros: Easy scheduling, real-time updates, and clear shift management that improve team coordination, its very easy to use.
Cons: I wish we could scroll down when looking at the worksheet as appose to having to select different weeks

Overall, our experience with Workforce.com has been excellent. It’s reliable, easy to navigate, and has all the core features we need to manage our team effectively. From onboarding to tracking time and billable hours, everything runs smoothly.
Pros: Workforce.com is user-friendly for both our team members and admins. The onboarding tools and time tracking features have made it much easier to monitor billable hours across various client projects. Definitely recommend.
Cons: We had one payroll error early on, but support resolved it quickly. Other than that, no major complaints so far.

Amazing, helps me keep employees organized and helps me do payroll efficiently. if it wasn't for workforce payroll would take me days to do!
Pros: the functionality and the Userfriendly dashboards. I use workforce to organize my employees' timesheets and their schedules.
Cons: don't really like the app on my phone from an admin standpoint, but i usually go on a desktop so i use it on there.

We were searching for an updated scheduling and time keeping solution and this system became so much more. We were able to eliminate excess work and are able to keep our information all in one place.
Pros: The experts that helped us quickly get our account set up for success and the easy transition we had for our staff.
Cons: Nothing yet. I truly appreciate the suggestion feature and the weekly emails updating users about suggestions that have been implemented.

I had a great onboarding/setup experience. The software does exactly what my business needs and makes everyone convenient for employees
Pros: Scheduling is very easy and it uploads hours easily to ADP. The vacation tracking tool is very easy to manage and have employees request time off.
Cons: The break tracking is not very flexible. I need it cutoff paying for time taken passed the allotted break period.

Workforce.com has made scheduling easier and convenient.
Pros: Very easy to customize, so that I could filter it accordingly.
Cons: I would like to see an option of the schedules that I deleted, hopefully this option is available for Assistant Managers.

Its pretty good most of the time. Not a lot of down time.
Pros: I like how it is in real time. That let you know exactly where your teammates are.

I like having easy access, but it's a bit of learning curve to learn how to navigate. It took me quite a while to even find time records.
Pros: I like that I can see all my paystubs together.
Cons: limited customization and not very user friendly interface. I had to navigate through to find what I want. It wasn't very easy.

My overall experience has been okay but I think it lacks the functionality I am looking for.
Pros: I do like that I can assign shift takes through the apps for certain employees.
Cons: Live chat support is just a bot, there is no real person to talk to. No free trial.

Definite learning curve getting every department, role, etc set up, but end product worth the effort. So nice to have schedule and time card connected under one software product.
Pros: It is able to house so much information that was previously in multiple locations. Saves time and allows communication to all members of the scheduling and payroll process.
Cons: Prior software allowed staff to see changes made to initially published schedule as they happen. Workforce does require publishing after all changes. Not that I don't like it, but it is something I have to be mindful of.

Generally, it has been good. When I need special reports, WF is responsive and helps me get exactly what I need without delay. Staff like it because it simplifies their scheduling experience.
Pros: The relative ease of tracking staff time and building out schedules to accommodate their needs.
Cons: It is sometimes difficult to figure out which component that I need to access to review staff compliance with their own schedule to ensure they are not working hours outside of what they are scheduled.

Overall, workforce.com is still an effective and efficient tool for publishing schedule and calibrating timesheet in one report. Just need minor improvement on troubleshooting.
Pros: It has the app and web version which gives you two different interface and types of access, gives you more option to explore it!
Cons: on my organization, agents are having time to time issues where they aren't seeing the shifts that they claimed which also takes time before being troubleshoot.

I am very happy with the way [sensitive content hidden] took care of us and he is always available to quickly resolve our questions and issues. And I think [sensitive content hidden] (Sales/Simulation demo) did a really great job on the beginning as our first impression of the services.
Pros: The refinement of granular information we can find across many options and menus on the platform and the training /customer support.
Cons: Not having PAYCOR as one of the fully integrations pre made like ADT. We had to create a custom map for exporting data across.

Overall it is a great product that helps with quick flexible changes to schedules.
Pros: I like the ability to click and drag shifts. Easy to move schedules around.
Cons: The data seems to get bogged down and take lots of CPU capacity. Slows down the system when making major changes.

I have found it to be efficient and very useful.
Pros: Workforce allows me to schedule my students according to their schedules. Students are able to add their times that they're not able to work. This saves me countless hours.
Cons: Having to schedule blocks in 30-minute intervals.

Pros: Scheduling and tracking options. I also like the real time aspect.
