Google Calendar

Pros: Extremely easy platform to use. It doesn’t require any additional costs as it is included in your google account.

Cons: Honestly, there is nothing that I don’t like from this google tool. It doesn’t have any advanced setting or configuration, but it integrates with Android and IOS.

Pros: Color coded events, easy to navigate layout. Easily the best calendar app I've ever used and I've used a few.

Cons: I have no complaints, it helps me naviagte my week at a glance and provides an easy to read day with a click.

Pros: This is my indispensable tool for never forgetting anything. I deeply appreciate the ability to overlay multiple separate calendars (one for work, one for my personal appointments, and another for the family). The color-coding allows me to visualize how my week looks at a single glance. The automatic reminders ten minutes before each event regularly save the day, and I like being able to link a video conference or a geographical address directly to an invitation.

Cons: When my days are particularly busy with numerous small tasks, the display on a smartphone screen quickly becomes saturated and hard to read. Managing cross-invitations with people using other professional calendars (like Outlook) sometimes causes minor synchronization glitches that require a manual check.

Pros: J’utilise Google Calendar aujourd’hui plus que jamais. De mon espace membre Hublo je peux aisément suivre mon emploi du temps.

Cons: Gérer plusieurs agendas en un seul devient compliqué. Un code couleur est appliqué pour tous les éléments d’un agenda, rendant ainsi impossible l’utilisation de celui-ci pour une autre catégorie de tâches ou d’événements.

Pros: Google Calendar non è un semplice diario digitale, ma è il vero e proprio co-pilota logistico della vita di un docente. Chi fa questo mestiere lo sa: la nostra giornata non si esaurisce nelle ore di lezione dietro la cattedra, ma è un incastro continuo di Consigli di Classe, ricevimenti con i genitori, corsi di aggiornamento, scadenze per le verifiche e riunioni di dipartimento.

Cons: Quando iniziamo a usare il calendario digitale per coordinarci con la scuola, i colleghi o le famiglie, la linea di demarcazione tra tempo del lavoro e tempo del riposo si fa pericolosamente sottile.

Pros: Google calender keeps myself and my team in line with important events and deadlines. I tell everyone about it and recommend to use it everyday.

Cons: I think what they could improve and what I liked least is that it can use a different set of chimes or notification sounds when alerting you on the event or meeting.

Pros: La sencillez y la sincronización con la cuenta de Google permiten su uso en cualquier dispositivo, además de enviar correos de recordatorios y eventos próximos.

Cons: No tiene muchos defectos o son pocos, ya que cumple con todas las funciones basicas para un calendario.

Pros: Ease of use, integration with other external platforms, and overall the reliance and knowledge I have that Google Calendar is an integral part of my organisational project and time management as I plan all my programs and events for our business, plus all meetings both internal and external, through the platform.

Cons: There are some limitations - for example, when I got to the year view I can’t easily get detailed information of a day without going into it. If it had this one feature I wouldn’t have to rely on other solutions when the team needs this.

Cons: J’ai mis un peu de temps a comprendre certaines usages meme apres avoir suivie assre de tutotriels youtube, alors je dirais que Google Calendar n’est pas facile d’utilisation

Pros: Smart reminders, shared calendars, and seamless sync across mobiles, desktop, and Gmail integration.

Cons: Managing multiple shared calendars can become visually cluttered, and notification settings are sometimes confusing to customize across devices

Pros: I like that you are able to set a meeting from your email, booking site or the mobile app. It’s easy to integrate video softwares into your appointments as well. You are able to tag people and add notes/descriptions about the meeting. The time zone feature is another favorite of mine.

Cons: When added to the iOS calendar you aren’t able to add the video integration in as well as if you were using the app. In order to set a meeting using your phone with say like Google meet - you have to go to that specific app.

Pros: Google calendar is not only free, but it allows me to sync my personal life to my professional life to allow maximum time management.

Cons: I would love to see a feature to add more files or pictures to Google calendar invites. Or better Co calendar features. For example, allowing me to see staff calendars or creating shared calendars that allow for adding and dates and time that you cannot add to.

Pros: I love the accessibility of Google Calendar. I really enjoy being able to color coordinate different events day to day as well as adding tasks to complete to my calendar.

Cons: Nothing. Google Calendar is the perfect tool for any and every workplace. Definitley the most user friendly calendar.

Pros: What I like about Google Calendar is how intuitive and easy it is to use. The interface feels fresh, modern and is very visually appealing, which makes organising schedules much less overwhelming. I also like the ability to use different colours for calendars and events, making it simple to separate work, personal life and other commitments at a glance. Another big advantage is that it’s free to use, while still offering powerful features that feel premium and the paid options are good and reasonably priced too if you need more advanced tools through Google Workspace. Shared calendars are especially useful for coordinating with the team and, on a personal note, for syncing with my partner. The syncing and integration across other systems like Gmail, HubSpot, Zoom etc. and devices work really smoothly. Overall, it feels reliable, user-friendly, and well-connected with other apps and platforms.

Cons: What I liked least about Google Calendar was honestly very little - I haven't had any major issues with it. Overall, think its a great, easy to use software and works well for what I needed.

Pros: It’s the only calendar I utilize because it is intuitive to use, is easy to schedule shared meetings, and keeps me organized.

Cons: Sometimes changes don’t update immediately or load automatically, which can be confusing. Other times, there aren’t any issues.

Pros: The seamless integration with Google Meet and Gmail creates significant time-saving benefits. The system provides me with easy access to meetings through calendar notifications while handling international time zones required by distributed teams.

Cons: The task management feature (Tasks) exists as a basic function which needs more development to reach the capabilities of specialized project management software. The system becomes visually overwhelming when users display several shared calendars simultaneously.

Pros: So easy to integrate across email and other calendars. Google reminders. Can share calendars with others

Cons: The app was not as easy to use as a standalone app, it would be better to be able to integrate other calendars too

Pros: Works consistently and reliably over multiple platforms. Easy to use, very few bugs, and you can't beat free.

Cons: Some settings-related design aspects seem antiquated and due for more modern look and feel. Occasionally a confusing option or two arises where you're left unsure which to choose to accomplish the task at hand.

Pros: J’apprécie particulièrement la possibilité de créer plusieurs agendas et de les superposer pour voir mes disponibilités réelles. Les rappels sur mon téléphone me sauvent la vie quotidiennement. Le fait de pouvoir joindre un lien Google Meet ou un document directement dans l'invitation rend mes réunions beaucoup plus structurées dès le départ.

Cons: L'interface peut devenir très encombrée si j'ai beaucoup d'événements courts, ce qui rend la lecture difficile sur smartphone. De plus, j'ai parfois du mal avec la gestion des fuseaux horaires quand je travaille avec des clients à l'étranger

Pros: I love the interactive editing elements, the sharing and role options, etc. And it's great the the calendar can give you alerts.

Cons: It's been stuck in the same model and tech for awhile now, and it's not as easy to use, intuitive, or interactive with other devices and apps as it could be. Most of the google products started out strong, but they haven't kept up with the tech and potential.

Pros: I love how easy it is to tag not only work events, but also personal events, all in one place! It's hard to beat the price of free, definitely a bargain for the value. I've never had any bugs or issues arise while using this program.

Cons: The only thing I don't like is that you can't tag people via phone numbers, or anything beyond email addresses.

Pros: The fact that it's free is amazing. It has great functionality for the price and helps me keep track of everything going on. I love that I can share calendars so other people know what's happening too.

Cons: It would be great if I could color code events without having them in different "calendars". I'd like to make work events one color, school events another, etc, but to do that I would need multiple accounts/calendars. I can't just click and change the color of the individual event.
