Pros: The system is simple and effective. You just share your availability link so people can book a time slot directly that works for them. It avoids long conversations trying to find a common time.

Cons: The booking pages still look pretty basic, and for teams with very specific needs, the tool can sometimes feel a bit limited.

Pros: For the price the value is their for sure and I think it can be a very useful tool and support a very hectic schedule.

Cons: the part that was most discouraging for me was that am not very computer savvy and i had a great deal of issues in setting it up.

Pros: Calendly offered an easy way to schedule events and meetings while keeping everyone on the same page. It was an affordable option as well.

Cons: There were a good amount of bugs that I experienced, with links not working and appointments not appearing properly.

Pros: Easy to use and modern looking scheduling tool. Integrates well with Outlook and/or Gmail. Setup is easy to connect to your calendar and then you can either generate a booking link and send it out or embed it into your email signature. Its nice you can generate different booking links for different events or for groups of people. Intergrates with other 3rd party apps well (Zoom, Salesforce, LinkedIn, etc.)

Cons: You need to upgrade to at least the mid tier subscription before you can integrate it with other business apps such as Salesforce and Hubspot. Also need the higher subscription if you want to configure SSO with your IDP (Entra ID or Google Workspace). Pricing is competaitive when compared to other vendors.

Pros: we can modify to show only the available days. This helps us to schedule meetings instantly without looking at conflicts.

Cons: Calendly is recently evolving and have only few features. It would be better if it had more features.

Pros: Honestly, the biggest win for me has been the time it saves. Before Calendly, I was going back and forth with clients just to find a meeting time, now they just click a link on my website and pick a slot that works for them. It's so easy to use that I've never had a client complain they couldn't figure it out, which says a lot. The features like automatic reminders and setting my own availability mean I rarely deal with no-shows or last-minute surprises anymore. For what you pay, the value is genuinely there, especially once you start using it daily. The platform has also been very stable, I haven't run into any bugs or technical issues that disrupted a client booking. When I was getting set up and had a couple of questions, customer support got back to me without much fuss. Being able to include information in the confirmation email also helped with sharing what clients need before our meeting.

Cons: The free plan is quite limited if you want more advanced features like multiple event types or deeper integrations. Some of the more useful customisation options — like removing Calendly branding or adding routing forms — are locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel restrictive for small business owners. File sharing or sending documents alongside a booking confirmation isn't natively supported, which would be a great addition for client onboarding workflows.

Pros: Calendly makes it easy for clients or team members to schedule appointments at times that work for both of us.

Pros: Calendly has completely eliminated the back-and-forth of scheduling client meetings. I just share my link, and clients book directly based on my availability—it's seamless, professional, and saves real time. Setup is straightforward, and the experience for clients on the receiving end is smooth and polished.

Cons: The pricing tiers feel like a gap. The free plan doesn't quite cover everything you need for professional client use, but the next paid tier has more features than I'll ever use—so it feels like overpaying for functionality that isn't relevant to me. A middle-ground option would make it much easier to justify the cost.

Cons: There honestly aren’t many major downsides to using Calendly, but if I had to point out a few minor ones, they’re pretty small in the grand scheme of things. Some of the more advanced features—like deeper customization or automation—are only available on the paid plans, but for most basic scheduling needs, the standard features work really well. There can also be a slight learning curve when setting up more detailed workflows or multiple event types, but once everything is configured, it runs very smoothly. Other than that, customization is somewhat limited if you’re looking for a fully branded, built-from-scratch experience—but for what it’s designed to do, it still looks clean and professional. Overall, the “cons” are pretty minimal and don’t take away from how effective and time-saving the platform is.

Pros: How you can customize your calendar preferences. I was able to set up my scheduling so that meetings must be a certain minimum number of hours out from the time they are made. This way I don't have any "surprise" appointments.

Cons: Not much really. I think the functionality of the system has improved significantly since it first became available.

Pros: I am using the free version of Canlendly and having good success. I found it easy to setup and configure for integration into my website. I also have been sending the link via text when I need someone to schedule time with me.

Cons: The free version is limited and I imagine I’ll eventually switch to the paid version to handle more appointment types.

Cons: The software integrations are a bit limited but the major apps are listed, only one event type as an option on the free plan, live chat support available but the agents have not always been competent to help me with my issues

Pros: Calendly has great features that are user friendly like sharing multiple calendars and not over scheduling multiple events. The video call option is helpful too. The customer support is great and it’s very simple to set up and get started quickly

Pros: I have been using Calendly for a while now and it became an important tool in my daily life workflow. It made scheduling very easier for me. I just need to send a link and people can book into my calendar directly.

Cons: I feel like customization can be improved a bit, you can change how your booking page look but it's not very flexible.

Pros: The ability to create different event types is great, each w/ its own rules, availability, and conditions, makes it easy to handle a wide range of use cases w/o manual coordination. Calendly is most valuable for how flexible it is around scheduling logic. The advanced settings (buffers, limits, availability controls) are useful since I have different needs and types of external meetings. They allow me to protect my time, avoid overbooking, and adapt scheduling rules to different stakeholders and contexts. To sum it up, it reduced back and forth, removed friction from coordination, and made scheduling predictable and scalable, especially in environments, like mine, where calendars are already overloaded.

Cons: There is nothing specific or major that I don't like. On the other hand, currently, I've been using AI tools to manage my calendar.

Pros: How solid the platform is and after many year of usage it has never dissapoint us and for any startup or company i highly recommend it

Cons: I keep my original review that i haven't found anything that i don't like about calendly they are good.

Pros: For the most part, Calendly is easy to use but I do think a lot of features could be improved to make the platform more efficient.

Cons: The free version does not have many features at all and when you upgrade to a paid version I still wasn't very impressed with the scheduling options for the high volume of scheduling and variety of appointment types we have.

Pros: I found it very easy to set up. Looks professional and works as it should. Simple for leads to book a chat with our team, seems to have lots of features available however for what we need it's simple and easy.

Cons: Do not have any issues with it as of yet. Very simple to set up, adding multiple team members, allotted times etc.

Pros: I like that Calendly lets me created appointments with people both in and outside of my organization.

Cons: It's a little clunky on the backend; you can customize things but only so much. The round robin feature is good, but more complicated than needed.

Pros: I like the fact that even on the free plan, you're still able to have one meeting link that you can use for multiple things.Until you need other ones, and it's quite affordable

Cons: I'm I don't like the fact that when you have the meetings like you can't customize the links to be something else like it has to say calendly almost like you can't mask the fact that you're using calendly.But over at all, that's not any real thing that I didn't like
