Fantastic, no complaints. Easy to use, set up, log in, update, change. The app that comes with it is also extremely user friendly.
Pros: Easy to use on desktop and mobile. Easy set up, log in and tracking. We love it as employers and our staff loves it users.

We've used Findmyshift for over a year now. The pros outweigh the cons, and I can't imagine using anything else, at this point.
Pros: I enjoy the fact that Findmyshift is very customizable. It was the only scheduling app I could find that made sense for our bar staff, covering several sections and allowing all staff to see who they are working with that day. If they so choose. The color coordinating of each employee and ability to add custom informational columns to their profiles is fantastic. I've had a few bugs here and there, but customer support is always on top of it. Honestly, it is the best bang for my buck that I could find; and I really tried all of the scheduling apps that I could find.
Cons: My only complaints about Findmyshift is that the app is a bit underwhelming, as an admin user. That, and small things - you can't let employees request partial days off. The simplicity of it all kind of leave a few small things in a lurch where you end up kind of problem solving a way to make it work for you. But alas, nothing is perfect, and it's better in my opinion to be able to find your own way, instead of having to bend to a set outline that is too rigid.

Great overall and gives us everything we need to run our business smoothly. All staff find it simple to use and have no complaints.
Pros: The layout is very easy to navigate making it user friendly. With all the features available, it's very handy to be able to have the one platform to cover all business logistical needs.
Cons: When adding a message on the notice board, it leaves very large spaces and changes the format so doesn't read well.

Very good. Helpful tool for a small business. Has improved accuracy and data processes, making payroll caculation much easier. It is also a better indicator of staff presence than previous paper system.
Pros: This is a good value shift and staff management tool. We use it to schedule shifts for one team and the staff log hours, using the app. Everyone reports good usasbility and a clear layout. It has improved our payroll process by producing a digital hours log.
Cons: The web interface is very basic and it is hard to colour-code employees, this has to be done manually and I would prefer to assign a colour to each staff member.

very easy to operate, we are your custumer for over 10 years. it use to be about £10 a month. it will be grand if there is a special price for loyal customer. And thanks for make our life easier, we love you!
Pros: In fact you can cut and paste the shift on the rota that make swapping and creating a new template much easier.
Cons: if you can have a time clock-in and out machine like safescan as their planing software and app are rubbish

Overall, my experience with Findmyshift has been positive. It is a reliable tool for managing staff rotas and keeping the team organised, and it has helped make scheduling clearer and more efficient. It does the core job well and is a useful system for day to day staff management.
Pros: Findmyshift is straightforward to use and makes rota planning much more organised. It is helpful to have shifts, availability, holidays and staff updates all in one place, which cuts down on back and forth messages and makes it easier for everyone to see what is happening.
Cons: Some parts of the system can feel a bit basic, and there is room for the interface to feel more modern and intuitive. At times, small changes or updates could be quicker to manage

I think it's a good system. Easier than say Teams Shifts in parts but not as easy as it could/should be. You get what you pay for I suppose.
Pros: I can see my staff scheduled and where there are gaps across where shifts are. The mobile app to my 'regular' team is very useful and they can see what's going on nice and easily.
Cons: It's extremely fiddly both to set up and operate. While the casual team 'get on with it' - there are a few that are less technically able and are therefore creating their own shifts rather than taking ones that are listed as available. Sometimes the order of shifts is very difficult to get too - what I see on my screen makes sense yet the team when applying for shifts on their phone see it in a sometimes bizarre order. Facilities being 'locked' to times would also be really handy. Bar / Box Office / Technician need to all be claimed separately to times. Shift Cancellations also requiring acceptance but then not automatically returning the shifts back into the 'availables' is also quite annoying sometimes. It would also be very helpful to send an automatic message out to certain groups to say "There are shifts available now on these dates".

Excellent and user friendly. Keeps good information for the team on track and easy to use. Would recommend.
Pros: Excellent program, easy to follow, good on phone view also. We have used this program for a few years now and the team are happy with this.
Cons: Even if on leave, comes up as shift on phone view. This would be good to rectify as sometimes get notifications of taking leave shift.

It is great for shift management and easy to use, we haven't needed to use customer support so I cannot comment on that.
Pros: It is great for shift management and easy to use, the users find it easy and it being available on an app is fantastic.
Cons: We would love to be able to set up another team for a parking rota but it wont let us do this. Also it would be great if the managers could amend shifts on the app.

Pros: It is easy to use for shift and staff management and leave. It's cost-effective too. Very happy with the product and will continue to use it.
Cons: I don't like that it doesn't override what is there when I paste a template. not a big issue as I know to delete first.

Very satisfactory aside from above mentioned issue of annual holiday planning. Great value for money, easy to use and allround convenient.
Pros: My team and myself appreciate the ease of use and convenience of this product, especially since we can see at a glance who is where and when. The app is great. It's also straightforward to make any changes
Cons: It doesn't seem possible to plan any further than 3 months ahead - not ideal when scheduling staff annual holidays

Pros: really effective for a large team, pros on the ability to pick up shifts and book holiday without needing to directly speak to management. good value for money
Cons: no editing log, depending on who has access, shifts could easily be deleted without noticing, the editing log would help

Been using the system for over 5 years and our team love it. Considering exploring the clocking in feature. We have a team of 12 staff who use it frequently.
Pros: Incredibly simple GUI. Does exactly what it says on the tin! Love the flexibility of the platform and its stability.
Cons: It would be nice if the App had the same flexibility as the desktop platform. We hope this is in development for the future.

Cons: It does all it says it does! The only thing I would like is to be able to have the full rota view on my phone I have to log onto a PC which can sometimes be difficult if I am out and about and have a short notice absence I have no negative comments about it

Pros: Easy to use to create rotas and importantly, share this with the team. Can set up templates to make future scheduling easy. Can also keep track of sickness easily with Bradford factor worked out automatically. Can use to track payroll but we have our own systems. Very little issues using
Cons: Can be a bit overwhelming to start with, takes time to get used to. Some items don't work particularly well on mobiles as well.

Absolutely love it, I use it in all three of my businesses, our leadership team couldn't operate without it.
Pros: It's brilliant value for money as the man hours saved on scheduling and payroll more than pay for the fees we pay. Love that its simple to use, can be used on any mobile device, video guides are really helpful and the team are really responsive to any query.
Cons: We pay multiple subscriptions to keep the business entities separate and don't receive any discount.

Cons: Mobile App Limitations It's definitely not easy for you on the app; I prefer to use it on the desktop. Also, I would prefer a discount for annual membership and The pricing structure has a major gap between the free plan (for 5 users) and the next paid tier, which forces small teams (7-10 people) to significantly overpay for licenses they don't need.

My overall experience with Findmyshift has been very positive. It makes scheduling and payroll management much easier and more organized for my team. Once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly and helps reduce admin time. With a few improvements to the mobile app, it would be close to perfect.
Pros: What I like the most about Findmyshift is how smoth is for employees to record their clock in and out, making it so easy for me to calculate their salaries accuratly and on time.

My small team of phone operators used FindMyShift on a trial basis. The system itself is excellent—reliable, and our staff gave very positive feedback on both the online platform and the app. However, we cannot continue using it due to a major flaw in the pricing structure. The jump from a very limited free plan (for 5 users) straight to a $46/month plan for up to 20 users leaves small teams like ours (7-10 people) with no viable option. It is not reasonable to pay for 20 licenses when you only need a handful. It's a real shame. They have a product that small teams would gladly pay a fair price for, but the current pricing forces you to either squeeze into an inadequate free plan or significantly overpay. We were a happy, ready-to-subscribe team, but we've had to look elsewhere. I recommend FindMyShift only for teams that need close to 20 users. For any small team, I suggest you look for a provider with scalable pricing.

It is good, there are a couple of glitches here and there when selecting things. sometimes jump around and change the whole page. Can make it frustrating some times.
Pros: It’s simple, intuitive, and very easy to use—makes everything quick and hassle-free! We have been using it for a while.
Cons: How all accounts dont have access to the hour total. It makes it hard for staff to know what their hourly total is.
