Overall, we are happy with the after-service service we are receiving and the application itself definitely meets our needs.
Pros: Simplicity of the system and design of the application definitely meets our needs as a business and the after service is on point.
Cons: Responses to tickets and the catchall system. When you guys reply via your ticketing system it doesnt not show who you'll have replied to if there were multiple parties in the mail. You also cant reply back on the same email because catchall does not allow our responses so you have to find the initial mail or manually input the support email address again.

I'm a happy customer and strong advocate for the solution. It genuinely creates a single view of the client and is easily scalable.
Pros: The flexibility the system provides. Support from the team is great. The time to implement is also very impressive
Cons: The configuration is not always that straightforward. I find the built in reporting and filtering options confusing.

Overall, our experience with TaskSuite has been very positive. The system is flexible and adaptable to our business needs, allowing us to implement changes and add features as needed. Their support team is responsive and quick to resolve issues, which has helped ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Pros: What I like most about TaskSuite is its flexibility. It allows us to easily add new features and make adjustments based on our evolving business needs.
Cons: There isn’t anything major we dislike; however, as with any system, there are occasional delays when implementing new enhancements.

The team at TaskSuite has been accommodating to work with. As a startup, our journey has taken some unexpected twists and turns. TaskSuite's dev team and account management team have worked with us as needed along the way.
Pros: TaskSuite's all in one functionality from UI>LOS>LMS all together in one turn key package was the right product fit at the right time for us.
Cons: Much of my ask has been around my custom UI. The iteration time for changes has not been as fast as I would like at times.

Pros: The ability to effectively manage the sales pipeline and forecast expecting units funded. The sales team is able to easily and effectively manage their deal flow.
Cons: Customer support, the team has fixed this issue now and the customer support is optimized for our needs.

Pros: There are a number of reason we love working with Tasksuite but the key ones are: - The team is fantastic from top to bottom - The out of the box solution is robust but allows for the customization to make the product match your business - Speed to get the product deployed was very fast
Cons: Nothing that deserves to be written down. If I did have an issue/problem it was handled quickly and correctly.
