Pros: Jeder im Team kann jetzt Problemlos bezahlen und jeder ist Verantwortlich für die Quittungen. Das erleichtert unseren Alltag sehr.

Cons: Teilweise haben wir Probleme in der Buchhaltung, weil Belege den gleichen Namen haben und dann verschwinden, weil unsere Buchhaltung Dooplungen direkt löscht. Das ist etwas nervig.

Pros: simple to use, very easy platform to navigate. secure log ins easy to navigate. Moss card added to my wallet (on phone) which is handy

Cons: tricky to match receipts from e-mail receipts but okay once overcome. to match to receipts received for reconciliation

Pros: Moss überzeugt durch eine sehr intuitive und übersichtliche Benutzeroberfläche. Dienstreisen lassen sich problemlos buchen, und auch das Bezahlen mit der Kreditkarte funktioniert reibungslos. Besonders gut gefällt mir, wie einfach sich selbst getätigte Ausgaben erfassen und abrechnen lassen. Die automatische Belegerkennung funktioniert zuverlässig und spart spürbar Zeit. Auch die Integration der Kreditkarte in Apple Wallet und die gute Abstimmung zwischen Web-App und iPhone-App machen die Nutzung sehr angenehm.

Cons: Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass versehentlich angelegte Rückerstattungen nicht mehr gelöscht werden können – auch dann nicht, wenn sie noch nicht gespeichert wurden. Eine Bearbeitungs- oder Löschfunktion würde hier helfen, Fehler schnell zu korrigieren.

Pros: Fantastic all in one solution for managing corporate credit cards, reimbursements and invoices through a single platform. Works extremely well with our HR software (Charlie HR) as well as our Accounting Platform (Xero). Has good approval flows and the ability to make payments through the platform (including scheduled payments). All in it's highly recommended if your looking to upgrade your finance tech stack! Last thing is that their customer service team is fantastic as well as their product team who are always receptive to receiving feedback, which is often added added to their product roadmap.

Cons: If I'm honest not much, we've been one of their first customers in the UK and I can only a very positive experience

Pros: Es erleichtert mir den Arbeitsalltag als Außendienstmitarbeiter ungemein! Bislang musste ich meine Belege den ganzen Monat sammeln, dann meine Kreditkartenabrechnung abwarten und zusehen, dass ich auch keinen Beleg verloren habe. Nun kann ich bspw. jeden Beleg eines Parkticket sofort hochladen und den Beleg wegwerfen, anstatt ihn aufbewahren zu müssen.

Cons: Bislang habe ich keinerlei negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. Es war von Anfang an total selbsterklärend, so dass ich schon ohne die Einführungsschulung starten konnte.

Pros: Moss is an absolute pleasure to use. Expense (reimbursement) submission is straightforward. Employees find claiming reimbursements and submitting card receipts really simple. We're finding compliance with submitting receipts pretty high. We're using the cards for more and more spend as the cards give so many options and are so easy to control. In finance the cards give us fantastic visibility of what's being spent. It's easy to load receipts and chase missing receipts. The card spending controls are pretty customisable, and we've used pretty much all the different card types for different use cases (virtual, physical, merchant cards, one time project cards). The email mailbox and auto matching of receipts is great for email receipts. Cashback on the card spend is great as well and has the potential to offset a fair amount of the platform fees.

Cons: No substantial negatives. There have been a few minor glitches along the way (the odd card payment which hasn't worked, an expense submission which has got frozen) but no more than you'd expect for any card provider or piece of software. I don't think it currently supports VAT reclaim for mileage in the UK.

Pros: Easy to use, smooth checking of transactions and addition/deletion of cards. Card holders can easily fill out the information and finance can easily check

Cons: Export to xero could be better as there are often slight mistakes between the two based on the dates. Also support could be a bit more responsive, they do not have a 24 hours support facility

Pros: Uploading receipts is so quick and easy. Notifications are very helpful to remind you to submit any outstanding tasks. The virtual cards are great way to manage company expenses. Authentication is also secure.

Cons: The interface can sometimes be a bit confusing/overwhelming. Maybe an improvement could be a stripped down version with less features so that users who use it for 1 task only don't see other features.

Pros: I liked the ease of submitting expense receipts on the Moss App and using the virtual card with Google Pay

Cons: I am struggling to think of any cons - very few bugs and issues in my experience over the last year or two.

Pros: I really like that Moss | Spend smarter has an app and is very easy to use. Uploading expenses is quick and straightforward. What makes it really valuable is having everything in one place, and I can assign receipts to specific items or trips, which allows me to create a project or trip and then add receipts to it. I can also take photos of receipts on the go, and the app will analyze and upload them. It's brilliant.

Cons: I guess sometimes if you're struggling for internet signal, it can sort of hold you up or doesn't upload properly.

Cons: Einrichtung und Umstellung benötigen Einarbeitungszeit Gerade zu Beginn braucht es etwas Zeit, bis alle Mitarbeiter das System vollständig verinnerlicht haben.

Pros: Direkte Zuordbarkeit mit der Person, die die Zahlung getätigt hat (über eigene digitale Kreditkarte für jeden Mitarbeiter). Sofortige und automatische Reminder für fehlende Rechnungen, die ich super einfach und schnell hochladen kann.

Cons: Bisher keine Nachteile festgestellt. Mich nerven manchmal die Sicherheitsvorkehrungen - dass ich immer nochmal alles über die Moss ab bestätigen muss. Das Reduziert ein bisschen die Schnelligkeit. Aber diese Sicherheit ist ja auch wichtig.

Pros: The interface is clean and the setup was very straightforward. Having virtual cards, receipts, and accounting sync all in one place is a major time-saver for us.Auto-capture of receipts and real-time spend visibility helped reduce manual work.

Cons: Some features may go unused by smaller teams like ours and advanced capabilities come at higher pricing tiers.

Pros: Am meisten schätze ich die Übersichtlichkeit und die Zeitersparnis. Mit Moss habe ich alle Ausgaben, Belege und Karten an einem Ort, wodurch sich meine Finanzprozesse deutlich transparenter gestalten. Die einfache Belegzuordnung und die intuitive Bedienung erleichtern mir den Alltag spürbar und reduzieren den Verwaltungsaufwand.

Cons: Einige Abläufe könnten flexibler gestaltet werden. Gerade bei Sonderfällen oder individuellen Prozessen stoßen wir gelegentlich an Grenzen, weil bestimmte Einstellungen oder Automatisierungen noch nicht verfügbar sind. Das führt mitunter zu zusätzlichen manuellen Schritten.

Pros: Really easy to set up and the card come quickly. Processing receipts for purchases on your phone and PC is very easy to use,

Cons: All good no complaints. The only area which is an in enhancement within our companies processes is to process expenses via moss too.

Pros: Ich finde die einfache Handhabung bei Moss super, dass alle Tankquittungen direkt eingescannt/ fotografiert werden können und man das Thema direkt erledigt hat.

Cons: Als einen kleinen Nachteil an Moss sehe ich, dass wenn man eine Tankquittung mal verloren hat, durch eine entsprechende Argumentation und einen anderen Nachweis, der offene Beleg nicht geschlossen wird, ohne den Beleg wirklich einzufügen. Da muss man sich dann mit der Administration auseinandersetzen.

Pros: Super user-friendly and easy to use. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, but Moss is a really convenient and easy to use system, and having the app means it's also incredibly user-friendly and easy to use 'on the go'. Tech support is also very responsive.

Cons: It would be helpful if the support team were responsive immediately, as when i've logged an issue before, whilst called back, it didn't happen immediately. However, that could just be user-error on my part and i was called back.

Pros: Schnelle Erfassung von Belegen, Verpflegungsmehraufwendungen und den sonstigen anfallenden täglichen Geschäftskosten

Cons: Entwürfe verfallen beim Pausieren, z.B. wenn man eine Dienstreise eingibt und dieses jedoch unterbrechen muss, fängt man beim nächsten Mal wieder von Vorne an.

Pros: We use Moss for expense management, virtual cards and travel reimbursements. On the employee side, the entire process for creating reimbursement request is seamless and user-friendly. I think on the finance side, the invoice management is as well quite good. The feature that reads your receipt and pre-fills the fields is extremely helpful and saves time. Overall, the value for money is good.

Cons: The mobile app is a bit unfriendly. Especially, if you're changing the device you need to get in touch with the Customer support team to get help.

Pros: The process improvement managing and requesting company cards is extremely effeciant and smooth with minimal overhead. This has helped us move fast with accurate and easy bookkeeping. Fantastic product!

Cons: My few needs are serviced very well. Further recipt integrations like maybe a browser extension in addition to the very good email support right now.

Pros: I like the expenses reconciliation. Immediately uploading images of receipts directly after purchase save a laborious job at the end of the month not to mention the scramble to find receipts!

Cons: It's difficult to think of any negatives as my experience has been very positive so far so no complaints.

Pros: Flexible Bezahlung nahezu überall, Per physischer Karte, oder per Handy. Egal was gerade zur Hand ist, alles wird nahezu überall akzeptiert.

Cons: Bis dato habe ich keine negativen Erfahrungen sammeln müssen; somit kann ich diesbezüglich keine schlechten Eigenschaften nennen.

Pros: Sehr einfache Rechnungsverwaltung, und zwar genau dann, wenn man die Rechnung bekommt. Einfach abfotografieren, hochladen, und glücklich ist die Buchhaltung. Ein genial einfaches System, das Nachbereitungen von Dienstreisen auf ein absolutes Minimum reduziert, was die Buchhaltung anbelangt.

Cons: Das optische Design der App könnte etwas moderner und klarer gestaltet sein, da gibt es andere positivere Beispiele. Schaltflächen sind beispielsweise in einer Farbe umrandet anstelle ausgefüllt zu sein. Ist vielleicht aber auch Geschmackssache, daher keinen Abzug hierdurch.
