My overall experience with Zoho Learn has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, well organized, and very effective for managing learning content and sharing knowledge within a team. It has helped me work more efficiently, stay organized, and access important resources easily. I also appreciate the smooth user experience and the collaborative features offered by the platform.
Pros: What I liked most about Zoho Learn is its simplicity and ease of use. The platform makes it very easy to organize training materials, share knowledge, and collaborate with the team efficiently. I also appreciate the intuitive interface and the fact that everything is centralized, which saves time and improves productivity.
Cons: So far, I haven’t experienced any major issues with Zoho Learn. My overall experience has been very positive.

It helps centralize manuals and training materials in one place, and the ability to set up periodic reviews ensures that documents stay current and relevant over time.
Pros: It makes it much easier to engage employees in keeping documentation up to date. The platform encourages collaboration and simplifies the process of creating and maintaining manuals.
Cons: I would like it to better integrate with users and groups that are already set up in other Zoho platforms. It currently feels somewhat separate from the rest of the ecosystem, and tighter integration would make configuration and management much easier.

The overall experience with Zoho Learn in 2026 is often described as "efficient and structured, yet strictly functional." It’s a platform that excels at organization but can feel a bit rigid if you're used to more creative, social LMS tools.
Pros: The standout feature of Zoho Learn is its unmatched integration with the Zoho ecosystem (like Zoho People and CRM) and its simplicity. It provides a clean, modern interface that avoids the "clunky" feel of older LMS platforms. Users particularly appreciate the structured hierarchy (Spaces > Manuals > Articles) which makes organizing complex engineering or chemistry topics very intuitive.
Cons: The primary drawbacks of Zoho Learn include its limited branding customization, which prevents a full white-label experience. Selling courses is frustratingly complex because it lacks a native payment gateway, requiring clunky workarounds via Zoho Checkout. Additionally, the platform lacks advanced gamification (like badges/leaderboards), has restrictive storage limits on entry-level plans, and suffers from inconsistent customer support response times.

Overall, Zoho Learn is a solid, practical solution, especially for companies already invested in the Zoho ecosystem. It does a good job of covering the fundamentals of training and knowledge management, and it’s particularly useful for building structured internal programs quickly. That said, it still requires some workarounds and patience to get to a polished, professional end product. It’s best suited for teams that value integration and flexibility over advanced LMS features.
Pros: The tight integration with the broader Zoho ecosystem is the biggest advantage. It makes it easy to connect training content with CRM, Desk, and internal workflows, which is critical for operational alignment. The structure for courses, manuals, and learning paths is intuitive, and it’s straightforward to organize technical content into something scalable. The platform is also flexible enough to support internal training, onboarding, and customer-facing education without needing separate tools.
Cons: The platform still feels a bit underdeveloped in terms of polish and advanced functionality. Content formatting can be clunky, especially when trying to create more dynamic or visually engaging material. Reporting and analytics are limited, which makes it harder to track real learning outcomes or engagement in a meaningful way. It also lacks some of the refinement and ease-of-use you see in more mature LMS platforms.

Pros: It is easy to use with any issues arising being easy to find solutions to. The one issue I found I was able to fix within minutes of having the issue.
Cons: The inability to attach payment collection to the courses was my least favorite factor of the application.

Overall, Zoho Learn has been a highly practical tool for our organization. It provides exactly what we need to get new team members up to speed quickly and manage our internal knowledge base without an overly complex setup. While there is room for improvement in the analytics and interactive features, it is a reliable and cost-effective solution for our standard training needs
Pros: The value for money is excellent, especially when scaling up training for new cohorts. We primarily use the platform to streamline the onboarding process for our Erasmus+ trainees. The content creation tools are intuitive enough that we don't need dedicated IT support to build or update our training modules. Because our team operates on a hybrid model out of Warsaw, having a centralized, cloud-based hub for all our operational knowledge and course management has been highly effective for keeping everyone aligned.
Cons: While the core features work well, the reporting and analytics are a bit basic. When tracking the progress of multiple users simultaneously, it would be helpful to have deeper insights into engagement and completion rates. Additionally, customer support response times can occasionally be slow when we run into minor bugs, and the student-teacher interaction features could be more robust to encourage better communication within the platform.

Overall, my experience with Zoho Learn has been positive. It is a practical platform for organizing educational content, managing training programs, and sharing knowledge with teams or learners. While there are some areas that could be improved, especially in customization and advanced learning features, it is a reliable and user-friendly tool for creating and managing online learning environments.
Pros: What I liked most about Zoho Learn is how easy it is to organize courses, learning spaces, and training materials in a structured way. The platform allows you to create modules, lessons, and resources in a simple interface that is easy for both instructors and students to navigate. I also appreciate the integration with other Zoho tools, which makes it useful for managing training programs and internal knowledge bases.
Cons: One limitation is that some advanced features for course management and student engagement could be more flexible. The customization options for course layouts and the learning experience are somewhat limited compared to other LMS platforms. Additionally, some settings and features can be difficult to find at first.

Zoho Learn is very simple to implement and deploy. I have used Zoho's applications for years and have never been disappointement.
Pros: Zoho Learn easily integrates with the rest of the Zoho One suite for effective and seamless delivery of learning resources and materials.
Cons: At this point there is nothing that I dislike about this LMS system. I enjoy the ease of use of the entire Zoho One suite of applications.

Zoho Learn Is An Excellent Tool The Experience With Zoho Learn Is: “ Good “ & Zoho Learn Is An Unique Tool
Pros: Zoho Learn Surpassed In The Ability To Create Content & Is An Very Good Tool To Use Zoho Learn Is Easy To Use
Cons: Zoho Learn Lacks More Interactive Elements When Creating Articles Zoho Learn Should Implement A Slash Command To Choose Interactive Elements

I like it very much so far, and it's very intuitive and easy to use. I'm excited to see how I can use all of the tools available.
Pros: I like the UI as well as the integration with Zoho CRM. I'm happy that I'll be able to store and organize all of my manuals/articles
Cons: I haven't used it enough yet to find a dislike. At the moment one little dislike would be not being able to add a quote (something similar to what notion has)
John P. · President · Real Estate · January 22, 2026
Our overall experience with Zoho Learn has been very positive. It’s a reliable, well-structured platform that makes it easy to capture, organize, and share knowledge across the organization. The interface is clean and intuitive, which helps drive adoption among team members with varying technical backgrounds. Zoho Learn has proven especially valuable for onboarding, training, and maintaining standardized processes, allowing us to scale knowledge without losing consistency. Its tight integration with the broader Zoho ecosystem enhances productivity and reduces tool sprawl, while the flexibility to support both documentation and learning paths meets the needs of growing teams. Although there are areas for improvement, Zoho Learn consistently delivers value and has become a core part of how we manage and distribute knowledge.
Pros: What we like best about Zoho Learn is how intuitive and centralized it makes knowledge management. It provides a clean, easy-to-navigate platform for creating, organizing, and sharing internal documentation, training materials, and SOPs all in one place. The combination of structured courses, manuals, and knowledge bases allows teams to support both onboarding and ongoing learning without juggling multiple tools. Additionally, its seamless integration with other Zoho applications makes it especially powerful for organizations already using the Zoho ecosystem, helping streamline workflows, improve consistency, and ensure information stays current and accessible.
Cons: While Zoho Learn is a strong knowledge management platform, there are a few areas where it could improve. Advanced customization options for layout and branding are somewhat limited compared to more design-flexible platforms, which can make it harder to fully match an organization’s look and feel. Reporting and analytics, while useful, could be more robust—especially for tracking learner engagement, knowledge consumption trends, and detailed performance metrics across teams. Additionally, some advanced features have a learning curve and would benefit from more out-of-the-box templates or guided setup to speed up initial adoption for new users.

so far so good. I have enjoyed the ease of implementing chapters and lessons. I'm looking forward to seeing it all come together
Pros: The structure of how to organize files looks great, and the ability to drop in videos, files, and images is awesome. Still learning the in's and out's.
Cons: Not able to see how it will look on the customers end, and how it may work with customer communication in a portal
Gina F. · CEO · Education Management · November 10, 2025
Pros: zoho learn made easy for admins to make training videos unable to skip and it made users to completely watch the video
Cons: while watching the video if i exit in midway and try to watch the video again then i have to watch the video from initial it should start from where the video is left
