Pros: How easy the app is to work. It is also easy to help parents sign up and help them navigate/ trouble shoot some of their issues.

Cons: The amount of emails. I enjoy knowing that parents have signed up but there are so many.

Pros: I like how it separates the classes out, gives confirmation of payment, and is user friendly.

Cons: I would like the messaging system to be more user friendly.

Pros: It is very easy to navigate and use the website. I love being able to send emails through the site directly.

Cons: To many emails. I would like to only receive emails only when someone new enrolls in a class

Pros: It has helped me with the admin part of running my 43 weekly after school classes and one auxiliary program so far. Been a time saver, helped with organization, parent communications, and some of the logistics of the registration process. Customer support has mostly been excellent and timely.

Pros: Popsicle is very user friendly! I started using Popsicle before we had any training and I could do so much right away. So far it seems to be very straightforward for parents as well.

Cons: There is not a way to just move children to other classes. Sometimes I have 2 of the same class happening at the same time and I want to move children just for roster purposes. Or when I have a bigger class than expected and need to split it into 2.

Pros: Simple to use and easy to retrieve/locate information.

Cons: Notifications emails over the weekend outside of business hours

Pros: I love that we can message familes directly from the site. This is much easier than searching for them in our other system. It is user friendly and every family can easily use it.

Cons: I would say that I qould like to be able to send photos from the IPAD to Popsicle.

Pros: The ease of use! Popsicle allows you to see everything in a clear and concise format.

Cons: That I do not have more people using it! I hope to change that soon!

Pros: I does a lot of the work for us. We have only started using this platform and we still have a lot to learn about how the whole system works

Cons: It does not show the discounts to the parents upfront when they are wanting to sign up for multiple classes and this causes confusion and concern about paying too much.

Pros: The team is very helpful and attentive to work with. The platform is very user friendly.

Cons: at times it can be glitchy in terms of having to refresh, but overall very good.

Pros: It is super simple to use! On the back end, we can add classes and start registration in minutes. Parents love using it because it's so intuative and friendly.

Cons: There is not much. There were a few features we requested and most were actually added. But overall is has what is needed and get's the job done.

Pros: I like how simple it is. Easy do schedule and enroll.

Cons: I wish we could text and assign two instructors.

Pros: We use this software to manage over 500 student's after school and summer camp activities every year. Popsicle's ability to generate live class reports makes attendance keeping simple. Every instructor has immediate access to approved pick up people, emergency contacts, medical information, and student schedules. Collecting important information like this helps us feel prepared and ready to serve the student's in our care.

Cons: We have had mulitple issues with this software; From unrecorded registration after payment was taken, failed payments with no reason, as well as a full site crash during our busiest time of the year. The majority of our issues have yet to be addressed, 4 months out from the original complaint. Our customer service rep tries her best to help, but our main issues stem from unaddressed technical issues. We considered staying with Popsicle due to their intentions on intergrating with Blackbaud, but that initiative was delayed (and has yet to take off) during the pandemic.

Pros: I love this software! I honestly wouldn't want to handle registrations any other way. I like how easy it is to input information about classes and it's so easy to get paid. I don't have to deal with a bunch of paperwork and the hassle of collecting checks.

Cons: I haven't found any cons with the software.

Pros: It was easy to use and setup. It had a nice UI. I had tremendous potential, but it's half-baked.

Cons: - Parents were forced to sign in to see my classes. - Parents had to create children before they could sign up. - Parent sign-up errored out when I tested it. - Despite all the issues, I still tried to log in and use it... and after the payment step, the site 404'd again. Luckily, the wasn't run, but I thought it was. - There is no space to make custom questions for the checkout form. I'm required to ask certain questions.

Pros: SimplyAfterschool is very easy to use. I've been able to save time while growing our program - something that was not possible when you used paper registration forms. The people at SimplyAfterschool are very friendly and always seems to be available to answer questions.

Cons: Haven't had any issues so far and like working with them. I wish I knew about it sooner and would recommend them to other schools.
