Jackrabbit Gymnastics

Pros: Jackrabbit goes above and beyond in many aspects and offers great customer support to help us make sure we're taking advantage of the features they offer as much as we want. I'm relatively new to Jackrabbit and can see that they have been and continue to constantly evolve and add functions to improve the system based on the feedback they receive from their users.

Cons: We're currently handling annual registration fees on an individual basis by checking the date the last one was billed, as we haven't been able to get together a report that combines the exact info we need to continue billing these our way. Some of our users also run into occasional IT issues but nothing that's stopped us from getting the job done after a slight delay.

Pros: Been using this system for years. Very user friendly for all parties, great IT support, and is set up to cater to a one-stop-shop.

Cons: As they've began to grow and adapt to changes, they have had bugs and issues that tend to happen during peak working hours.

Pros: Everything in one pace! The new dashboard is so much more user friendly. The All Classes, All Families, and All Students grids are used my me EVERY DAY. So many fields can be filtered to display EXACTLY what you need. Then one click to email/text/push notify the filtered list!

Cons: We have not found a good way to make private lessons work for our gym, even using the new appointments feature. We make it work with Events, but there are so many steps involved to make the process work for us.

Pros: I love how everything is neatly organized for all staff to use. I love how easy it is to look up clients as well.

Cons: I'm not a fan of the "new" dashboards. The original style was much better, but I am happy we can still pick between new and old when we use the platform. I do wish we had platform settings so I don't have to click "original dashboard" every time I log in.

Pros: It's makes life easier for a font desk position. Lets me do my daily tasks with ease.

Cons: There's needs to be smoother transition when Jack rabbit communicates with other party software like go daddy or app builders.

Pros: Customer service is quick to respond to issues. I like the help guide as well!

Cons: I think trials are a little bit difficult and making sure they pay the right amount when they sign up on their own. I also wish it were easier to just see how many trials you have on the dashboard. I also wish setting up skill charts were easier.

Pros: We love the functionality and reporting it provides. Serves our business well.

Cons: I would really like the option to disallow employee time entries in closed pay periods.

Pros: Jackrabbit requires training, but once you are familiar with the format it is very powerful. The customer service is very professional and quick to respond. The online help topics cover almost everything I could ever ask.

Cons: I would love to be able to give a “token” to use for open gym or make- up classes. I would also like for the integration of class schedules for online registration to be visually easier for the new customer.

Pros: jackrabbit is very user friendly and for the most part, has everything you need to keep organized!

Cons: 1. the new home screen 2. the option to have ALL of our staff hiring documents uploaded through jackrabbit. as well as staff training like WHIMS etc

Pros: Lots of advanced features with the ability to run tons of different types of reports

Cons: It can seem overly complicated when first introduced due to all the features but i have noticed you have been making improvements to the Executive Dashboard

Pros: Lots of great features from scheduling, registrations, staff tracking, lesson plans etc.

Cons: I can’t say I have any dislikes about jackrabbit.

Pros: Consistent updates/Amazing customer service

Cons: No Summer Camp module/tab with the ability to add services to a camp/class.

Pros: i like that i'm able to see what classes are available. i really enjoy the new calendar too!

Cons: it was really confusing program to get to learn at first, it took me like a month to understand it

Pros: It gets the basics done well - class sign ups, attendance/check-in, payments. customer service is excellent / they really care of the customers. It helps that a lot of them are former gym owners!

Cons: Beyond the basics, it gets wonky... you want to charge a deposit for summer camps? can't do that. you want to offer a trial class and charge them? here's a workaround. god bless the customer service folks who know all these tricks and ways to make the software work. Lastly, reporting is very poor. I wanted to get a basic revenue by category by month report, and I was told I needed to upgrade the package for a 3,000 student school, or I can get the reports manually by month. Customer service keeps saying "please add this to our suggestion box" or "this is a highly-requested thing."

Pros: The amount of reports. Most of the time, I’m able to specify the search of whatever I’m looking for very easily. I also love how helpful the team is! Whenever I have a question, they answer it very quickly.

Cons: Just small things. Like the usage on the phone. If I am trying to search and enrollment detail report, when I go to search the schools I would like to include, I’m not able to read the full name of the school.

Pros: The Jackrabbit team is one of the friendliest teams out there.

Cons: Their advancements are slow and usually behind the times.

Pros: I find most parts of Jackrabbit to be very user friendly

Cons: Some things could be more user friendly and not require so much thought

Pros: The schedule and billing feature. It was nice to be able to have that all in one.

Cons: The overall ease of use. I found the software a bit difficult.

Pros: Class and calendar options. Chat feature is great and people are so friendly.

Cons: some scheduling options are limited as well as notes for family accounts.

Pros: You could do a lot of different things with it.

Cons: There are multiple ways of doing everything, which can be confusing when learning the product.

Pros: The Online Pre-registration and it seems to be user friendly

Cons: I do not like the way process it takes to create a report. I preferred the old Dashboard to the New Dashboard. The new Dashboard is confusing. I think the way I have to create a report for example a report on Registration Fees, is very complicated. I would like to just Click on a button that says Registration fees paid from such and such a date to such in such a date. Having to query what I need in a report is complicated.

Pros: There are tons of reports, and tracking everything you do on each account is easy.

Cons: There are 101 ways to do the same thing. I think the transaction tab can be tricky. I wish you could edit kids' enrollment dates, etc., without having to drop them and start over. I also would like notes from deleted waitlists to be saved instead of having to go in and make a separate note.
