Pros: Ease of use on both the administrative and user side.

Cons: Your second season you do not have a live person assigned to help you start your new season for the first time. That would have been reassuring being it was the first time, and I had not been in the system for a long time.

Pros: Ease of navigation and the email section of the platform

Cons: sometimes it can be a little "rigid" and we are not able to personalize/individualize

Pros: The ease of the navigation, the well trained customer support technicians, the Campanion app... just about everything!

Pros: Campminder is surprisingly intuitive--About a year ago, I found myself running registration for and then helping manage a 10 week day camp of around 220 campers per week. I had ZERO experience in camping. Between the fairly easy to follow layout, the help library, and the availability of live-agents, I was able to figure out how to do everything our camp needed me to do. We had a great summer.

Cons: I can't think of many cons to my Campminder experience. There are a few things in the system that seem like they are relics of early iterations that could still be cleaned up. There are processes related to handling registration and payment for 50/50 custody families that could be improved. But it seems like progress is ongoing and the few things I've noticed are likely to be addressed before long.

Pros: Ease of use. Great customer support. Very well thought out program.

Cons: Don't really have any cons. The program really lives up to all its promises and more.

Pros: We have been with Campminder since nearly the beginning. The way it has progressed and become better and better has been awesome. Campminder has always been open to new ideas that help camps better utilize their software for each and every unique situation.

Cons: Not much! They are always on top of their customer service. Anytime we have an issue our tickets are answered very quickly. I do wish the merge tool of multiple accounts was quicker. Perhaps a notification when the system finds two similar accounts.

Pros: It is flexible enough to tailor to our specific needs and their support is always willing to help you figure out a way to do what you need. They are constantly creating new tools and updating the software.

Cons: The activity scheduling module needs to be improved as it doesn't work for us. Also needs more focus on managing staffing although this is currently in the works and looks to resolve this issue.

Pros: Customer Service is amazing - everyone is amazing. I have never been unhappy.

Cons: Can't think of anything - maybe wish the transportation module/scheduling module were better?

Pros: I like the ease of getting customer support. I called many times over the summer! Each time I spoke to a rep who was able to offer thorough answers to my questions.

Cons: We still have to figure out a better way to use the system to track campers who leave camp. Person Tags and Notes are helpful - but they just don't hit the mark. I would also like the system to better flag camper requests & disrequests when creating bunks. Lastly - when creating reports - the column headers always need to be changed before I can share the data with parents. For example, the column header for a parent email address in a report would be F1P1 Login/Email. If I'm sending a report to parents - I have to change the column headings.

Pros: Very easy to use and many features available. Support team is top notch!

Cons: Unable to have our staff add money to their discretionary fund using a credit card. But we have found a work around. Just would be helpful if this was available.

Pros: It is so user friendly, and allows me to access so much information in so many ways. The scheduling tab has saved me hours of doing that by hand, and the reports that I can run tell me quite literally everything I could possibly need or want to know. Their customer support is some of the best I've ever worked with as well. I always joke that when I call them I'm calling my "best friends" because they are always so kind and helpful. They are also always very understanding of the hectic environment that a summer camp can be.

Cons: It can be a little overwhelming to learn to use at first, but once you learn it's very user friendly!

Pros: The system seems pretty slick, user friendly.

Cons: I haven't used it enough to identify shortcomings.

Pros: Generally, the customer service is top notch. I prefer to learn via voice and hands on - they excel at this and are never frustrated with my many many questions. The mass communication systems make my emails nuanced and efficient. The setup takes work, but pays off. Minus a few creative workarounds, the system is specific to my program and does more than I could do with other registration systems (I've used them all). Campminder is an extension of the magic of camp. The company values the experiences I provide to children. The annual conference, social media and customer service all reflects this. CM wants camps to succeed

Cons: My assigned rep feels distant compared to other reps I've worked with in my 9 years using CM. It's forced me to learn a lot on my own and has been frustrating at times. The overall user interface is overdue for an update. The parent facing services are difficult to use and find for them. I'd love an updated app that gives notifications to parents for payments, forms, updates and pictures

Pros: Our camp is a safety camp. It is a four week day camp. In our old system, a lot of the features we have in Campminder were in separate places. In CampMinder, at the initial screen, I can identify the camper, identifying characteristics, parent info and so much more. All of my reporting is in one area and student placement in the individual classroom is more simplified. We are enjoying discovering all of the things CampMinder can do!

Cons: The only downside is that since we are new users, discovering all of the nuances of the application.

Pros: I love that Campminder keeps many years of information in one place. If I ever need to know anything about a past participant, I can find it on Campminder. I love the reporting function. I can pull reports with very specific parameters which helps me stay organized.

Cons: Pulling reports on Campminder requires you to memorize tons of codes. Once you have them memorized, it's a wonderful tool.

Pros: Camp Minder is very easy to use, I like that you can log in as an admin or any parent so you can work on their problems from their point of view too.

Cons: Sometimes I have a problem when I want the report to come out it shuts my computer down but I think it just overloads my drivers I have installed.

Pros: CampMinder is straight forward and intuitive. It gets the job done without too many silly bells and whistles!

Cons: Weird help articles that aren't helpful.

Pros: The program is really what you make of it! Camps all run so differently that it must be nearly impossible to create something that appeals to so many. Not only have they managed to do that, but are constantly working on upgrades to the system and educating their customers on different aspects of the program we could be taking advantage of. I attended "Campminder Camp" this year where they held classes on things not all camps are aware they offer as well as individual meetings with our reps, and round table style discussions asking us what we would like to see in the future.

Cons: The scheduling is difficult, but every scheduling program for camps is difficult.

Pros: Campminder reporting is outstanding. The ability to create custom fields, forms, AND easily report is fantastic. We serve approximately 1500 youth in 15+ programs over 10 weeks, including traditional camp, on site wilderness programs, and off site adventure backpacking and paddling trips. We also run 6 session of family camp. We also offered tiered pricing options. That's a LOT of data - and we can do it all with Campminder. And, if we hit a bump - the Campminder support team is phenomenal.

Cons: I wish there were a better way to archive items that we no longer use. In the 9 seasons we've used Campminder, we've learned a lot, our programs have evolved, and we've tweaked a number of processes. We don't want to erase the history, but it would be great if we didn't have to sort through lengthy lists with dozens of outdated items to ctrl+click select the 8-10 that are relevant this season.

Pros: Campminder is a great database because they understand the needs what year-round camp professionals need in a registration system. Also, all of their customer service reps are helpful, friendly and quick to find solutions and fix issues.

Cons: They are open to feedback and implementing changes across the entire system but it can take time.

Pros: I love how everything is compiled into one space. Running reports on users is so easy, finding items, and getting help is soooo easy!

Cons: Sometimes when you do need help and watch the videos, the videos can be a little boring or tedious to watch, but getting help from a representative is so easy.

Pros: The product is very easy to use for daily transactions and reporting

Cons: some reports can be improved, as to combine both names and numbers

Pros: Campminder was easy to pick up for me as a new user. It has a robust design and is straightforward to explain to colleagues and parents alike.

Cons: If we could schedule emails that would be great, however I understand why it is not a feature of Campminder at this time.
