Pros: We really liked that the free version allows for accurate time tracking for those on a budget. Looking at the paid versions you get some serious value for your money. The user interface is smooth and allows for lots of different reporting.

Cons: We really wish there was a way for admins to manually edit punches without having to go through the time correction request portal.

Pros: It's simple and user friendly. I love that it integrates with Google Chat so that it makes my team's punch system a breeze. It allows for more in-depth use but doesn't require any bells and whistles if you don't want them.

Cons: I wish it was more aesthetically pleasing but it gets the job done. It's very basic but that makes it easy for anyone to figure out.

Pros: so far weve loved the app, we are a small business and it makes a great look for a small business like us to look more profession

Cons: i didnt really like that some things settings are focused on a computer and some are on the phone. its makes it a bit confusing

Pros: It helps keep track of time and can be used as reference. It's helpful when we want to look back and track hours and times.

Cons: Nothing. There was nothing that I disliked about ClockIt. It is a helpful tool and so far, having a resource on Google chats is good.

Cons: Not being able to put in the accrual balance for PTO for employees if mainly my concern. But other than that there is nothing really wrong with it.

Cons: I could not find Salary Processing system with Software. Would be helpful if guided with such services as well.

Pros: I'm new to this product and didn't know what to expect. So far so good. I like being able to clock in through Google workspace.

Cons: It didn't recognize my google sign in, so I had to create a password sign in. I ended up logging in with a different email, and then having to correct it.

Pros: commands to clock in and out and can my clients can see the real time? I would like to know if they can see it?

Cons: up front instructions on how we can get started with things like commands, more over how does our client see the time punches?

Pros: An easy learning curve that makes getting started straightforward and stress-free, even for new users.

Cons: The admin tools are functional but a little hard to navigate, and finding specific settings can take more time than expected.

Pros: What I liked most about ClockIt was that it tried to centralize time tracking and provide visibility into hours worked. Having everything in one place in theory made sense, and the concept of tracking time digitally is aligned with operational efficiency and compliance goals. That said, while the intent was there, the execution fell short. The idea had potential, but the system didn’t fully deliver on ease of use or efficiency, which limited its overall impact and made it hard to adopt at scale.

Cons: What I liked least about ClockIt was the overall usability—it was honestly a pain to work with. The platform wasn’t intuitive, and even basic tasks took way more time than they should have. The navigation felt clunky, features weren’t where you’d expect them to be, and there was a steep learning curve with very little payoff. Instead of streamlining workflows, it created friction and slowed things down. From an efficiency standpoint, it missed the mark and added unnecessary administrative burden. At the end of the day, it didn’t support productivity or scale well for day-to-day operations, which made it frustrating to rely on consistently.

Pros: Time Tracking, timer, security, and all the features, including the HR management side. VERY COST-EFFECTIVE

Cons: It's all great! I don't think there was anything that I didn't like on it. Super easy to use. (user-friendly)

Pros: I like all the elements and features included in clockit, i really found helpfull as a team lead for managing a team in easy way with this automation.

Cons: I like the UI but it should be developed in more user convenient way. UI has also too much light it should provide a switching according to user choice for light and dark mode. Just UI can be more better.

Pros: I used to work on many systems like this but I find Clock It easy to use. It's intuitive and easy to use through laptop, tablet and phone.

Cons: Some options are difficult to find but when you get to know the system, it's all easy to set up. The customer service team's contact details could be a little more visible, but it's equally ease to google it out.

Pros: The entire app makes our job much easier with easy to use features and security. It is an efficient time tracker.

Cons: There are no negative aspects. We have been using Clockit for over 3 years and are happy with how it has facilitated our job.

Cons: that you can do only time clock. I wish it has a variety of things to do in one software. I have a cleaning service and I wish it can do more for this time of business.

Cons: I think there should be two commands: Punchin - For marking In Puncout - For marking Out This will make it easy for users and there will be no confusion to remember whether they punched for in or out last time.

Pros: Firstly, it has lots of features and options within it, and all of them are organized well. Anyone new to ClockIt can also adapt using this. The portal has been implemented in such a way that even a non-technical person can understand things well. In our organization, we more frequently use ClockIt for attendance details, vacations, holidays, updating, etc Options/features integration orderly manner, more convenient to use and manage. Support service is also great. I also recommended my friends and family about this particular application Thank you for the great service keep up the great work :)

Cons: I like everything about ClockIt Suggestion: It would be best if you guys provide an option for language changes.
