Pros: It's ease of using and quick response if you need help.It gives you updates that make it even easier to manage.

Cons: Only on occasions has there been a glitch. But they are on it if you need help. I have no other problems.

Pros: Client Support is strong, Learning curve is medium. Every time I’ve sent an email to the support staff my return reply comes promptly.

Cons: Punchpass does not allow me to have a membership as an initial gate to my events. I would prefer being able to require a membership in order to get to my events that require an additional payment

Pros: There is a sense of ease when checking in customers who are attending class. You can mark attendance as each customer arrives.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve when needing to change a customer’s attendance for class. It took me a few extra minutes to figure it out.

Pros: Everything that Punchpass stands for! I am so impressed with the professional support and the app is the best for all students.

Cons: I have none and new customers will be amazed. Please send anyone my way to tell them how great Punchpass is.

Pros: Beyond great customer support. Simple integration with Zoom and Stripe. Simple to use from a business point of view and, more importantly, very intuitive and easy to use from a client/customer point of view. With the great new app, even better value for money. Highly recommended.

Cons: Minor stuff with some of the workflow and reports, but nothing unusual, as each business has unique requirements.

Pros: Has all the right features for a reasonable price and PunchPass is always adding new and improved features.

Cons: Would like a user friendly way for someone to sign up and bring a friend. Everyone wants to share their experience.

Pros: The system is easy to use once you become familiar with it and the ability for my customers to re-schedule the there own classes is a big bonus for me.

Cons: The ability to edit the booking widget is a little limited, your unable to change font and has a small colour range but it displays well and is clean looking.

Pros: Easy to use for both customer and provider. Punchpass has the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Cons: I wish it could integrate with our other appointment program (Alice) to automatically sync subscriptions in both applications

Pros: The ease of use for staff and customers! I especially like the reporting and accounting to be able to compare attendance per class and instructors. I love that Punchpass sets up automatically the zoom links and is automatically sending out confirmations for registrations and reminders to customers along with the zoom links to customers to join on line classes!

Cons: The manual upload process of zoom recordings! Also, the inability to split a payment for a class card between credit cards as several of my seniors are given debit cards to use under their health insurance to put toward a class card.

Pros: It's affordable and easy to use. My teachers and I can easily use it from our phones, or on the studio laptop.

Cons: It's got a weird visual setup for customers, and there's no app. I also wish that I could add classes that are monthly, ongoing the way that I can do it with weekly classes.

Pros: I love how simple it is! I can access my site and see immediately how many people are signed up for a class. I can easily cancel a class, sign people in or add new members.

Cons: I can’t see video stats on how many times a video is watched in order to know what’s most popular.

Pros: Reasonable cost compared to competing software and just as much functionality! Easy to use for our customers!

Cons: An actual app would be fantastic! While the work-around does work it would be nice to have an app!

Pros: PunchPass has been super user friendly from day one. My favorite things about the program are that you all are constantly updating the features and listening to your customers and our needs. The customer service is fantastic and I genuinely feel valued and heard.

Cons: Back in 2020 when I started using the platform it was limited, but you have since updated the things that fell short and have really grown with my fitness business. I would like more report options when it comes to sales, as well as someday have the option for our customers to add their photo. I have also asked about "day passes" where my client could attend unlimited classes 3 days per week, rather than an overall monthly membership.

Pros: It easily allows me to keep up with client information, class attendance, email reminders for classes scheduled, and at an affordable price. Others I have considered we’re gonna break the bank.

Cons: Probably just learning all that’s included with navigating and getting students to add the app to their phone. Many students wanted to go to App Store and then complain they couldn’t find the app.

Pros: The versatility to add discounts and easy-to-create scheduling capabilities are awesome.

Cons: Some older customers seem to have a hard time with it and getting their accounts started.

Pros: Ease of use and available support. The platform is simple for customers and as an administrator I can do what I need easily.

Cons: Nothing. I am very happy with both the product and then customer service. It has everything I need.

Pros: I love the simplicity of PunchPass. I love that the software is user-friendly. I absolutely love how responsive and helpful their customer service team is.

Cons: The web-based app is okay, but sometimes the screen moves, which is not something you would see in a real app. I also wish there were text reminders that clients could get instead of emails.

Pros: PunchPass is intuitive. It is easy to use and integrate into our Rivers Run Pilates studio website. Our clients say it is quick and easy to get passes and register for classes. As an admin/owner I am very happy that we chose this and I can maintain communications with clientele, run reports, look at financials, check on my class registrations and much more!

Cons: Honestly - I cannot think of a downside...

Pros: I am a busy personal trainer and need a scheduling system that is easy and also that has great customer service. Punchpass does all of the above. I appreciate their quick response to all my questions. My clients enjoy using the app which is very important. I enjoy the ease of use for my studio day to day appointments.

Cons: It would be great if my clients could choose a class to purchase and then choose a quantity.

Pros: ease of use, convenience in having all classes and appointments in one place

Cons: I would like a drop down menu as an option for appointments. I have various possible things people could set an appointment for. It would be very helpful to create that.

Pros: House all the necessary functions and pretty intuitive to use

Cons: The calendar and attendance functions could be more streamlined

Pros: I love that Punchpass integrates easily with Stripe, Zoom, Mailchimp and more! I do not have time to become a tech professional while also teaching meditation and running a small business, so I appreciate that Punchpass handles most daily tasks. I can list every service I offer in one place on Punchpass. The monthly fee is very reasonable given how much time it frees up for me to focus on my content creation and service to the world.

Cons: My clients would like Punchpass to allow booking multiple class reservations all at once, and multiple purchases. Clients should be able to create a shopping cart of sorts for all their purchases.
