Customer service is quick and it is user-friendly. Any issue i have the customer service reps respond and fix issues within less then 2 hours. Pretty impressive
Pros: It is very easy to use and the customer service is quick to respond. I enjoyed my original account rep but I understand people move on. [sensitive content hidden] was great

It's been easy and simple to work with them and the support staff is quick to assist with any problems or concerns.
Pros: It's easy for my clients and myself to use. The app makes it convenient for everyone since most use their phones to sign up and into classes.
Cons: The price has gone up since I first signed up but that is typical for most companies so I can't complain too much.

Pros: Fitli makes it so easy for our clients to book business with us and for us to keep track of all sales and bookings.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind. Any issue we have is almost immediately resolved by their customer support team.

For software, everything is perfect — it’s reliable, efficient, and performs exactly as expected.
Pros: They provide simple, fast service and reasonable prices — everything you need for a smooth and stress-free experience!
Cons: It would be really nice if they could develop an app and include an option to change the page color. That would make it easier to use and more enjoyable for users

I've been using Fitli for 7 years. It's grown a lot since I started using the platform and they have made many improvements. The customer service is quick and efficient which as a business owner is much appreciated.
Pros: Fitli is easy to use and affordable. The scheduling and appointment management is also efficient and easy to navigate.
Cons: Not having a "cart" when checking a client out for purchases. You have to run each purchase separately.

Excellent! I have absolutely no complaints, honestly. Quite the opposite - just accolades. If you are a yoga studio or any kind of business that runs classes, sets up private appointments and sells merchandise, this is an excellent platform for your needs!
Pros: Fitli's customer service is the absolute BEST! They are always there and will never let you flouder! Though the learning curve was tough in the beginning, it was never impossible thanks to their support. I always felt like our accounts were secure, our customers had an easy time booking and I was easily able to manage the schedule.
Cons: We are a rowing organization and though the designers of fitli tried hard to tweak the software to fit our needs, there were so many things we could not do with the software that we needed so we had to employ other software apps to get all of our work done.

Experience has been great for the business! Very responsive. Very professional. I love to support snall businesses that take care of their clients.
Pros: They do a great job of communicating and answering questions in a timely message. The y listen to feedback and respond appropriately.
Cons: A few features you would see on some of the bigger apps. Being a small business, it's completely understandable.

Fitli keeps my days organized, and it’s easy and fast to access. Customers quickly adjust to using fitli, and the class reminders are helpful.
Pros: Fitli is simple to use and most importantly, works with my small studio’s budget. I sat through many demos before choosing fitli. Fitli offers almost all of the bells & whistles of other scheduling programs at a fraction of the cost.
Cons: Last I knew the fitli app won’t work on Android, you may run into a student having trouble with the app and this is most likely the reason. My students with droids go directly through my website to book rather than using the app.

I have been using fitli for many years now and appreciate how they ask users what they want to see be added or updated to their programs and they add new options every year to improve the functionality for multiple business models.
Pros: Very quick response time to questions. They are always adding more features to improve user functions. Easy to process credit card payments. Easy for clients to create accounts and sign up
Cons: That you can only charge for 1 purchase at a time. If you could add multiple packages for customers, that would be helpful

I have an a wonderful experience with Fitli. Both customer facing, rapid response from backend team.
Pros: I "still" enjoy Fitli. It's been a tool for my business. We've started small giving the ability to scale without a massive CRM
Cons: Would like more marketing tools otherwise it's going well. I'd also like to be able to change pricing on packages without having to create new templates

Exactly what we need and exactly what we don’t in a program for a boutique Pilates studio
Pros: Super straight forward! My 80 yo clients are able to use it!
Cons: Don’t have anything bad to say. If there are any problems with the program they are immediately fixed

I any time I have had an issue it has always been user error; the support staff has always been quick, polite and thorough.
Pros: I have been in the fitness industry for ten years, over that time I have used many booking programs. Fitli is the best that I have used. It is an intuitive program, booking is super easy and unlike some other fitness booking apps, Fitli will automatically send links for my online classes.
Cons: Honestly, my major con is that there is not an android app yet.

I always receive fabulous and timely help from Fitli customer service agent [sensitive content hidden]!
Pros: The value I pay for such a professional and seamless service.
Cons: The only con I have is being able to attach a note to customer emails when they book a service. My clients sometimes feel the Fitli app is not user friendly, but I don’t feel the same.

when I post a question for help in the chat I get an immediate response. If they are offline the next day there is a response. The reports are great for taxes and session usage for customers.
Pros: Their customer service is exceptional. I have used other schediling apps and felt like just a number because I was a small studio. The ease of setup and use. My clients find it very easy to book and pay online. They are always making upgrades and they take customer input.
Cons: This would be a third party api. It would nice if my reviews could be seen on google.

Cons: Not as customizable as I’d like. (Would love to be able to set different booking/cancellation policies for different classes). Client app is a little lacking (especially their view of the session bank, it’s a little confusing)

Fitli is a comprehensive studio management system. I've been using it for four years and am completely satisfied.
Pros: Fitli was easy to set up and is easy to use. The support has been fantastic. Very quick and personalized response when I need it.

Pros: I love that clients can sign up, cancel, pay all on the site and without me!! I also love that I can send messages to the class.

I've been a Fitli customer since 2018 and absolutely love them. They offer a solid complement of features for easy registration, renewals, tracking, reporting, and communications. And when a student falsely accused my business of a chargeback, they were incredibly helpful, resulting in an a ruling in my favor--TWICE--which I'm told is extremely rare. This is a wonderful business and I recommend them highly. You get a lot of bang for your buck!
Pros: Easy to use for business and clients, great customer support, FANTASTIC price, and many useful features such as autorenew, messaging, and reporting.
Cons: My iOS students love it, but still there is no app for Fitli or a business portal.

I've had nothing but incredible experiences with all fitli staff. Whenever a little issue comes up, fitli team is on top of it and I appreciate that. I also love how the company focus' on customer service for the business. I love the platform.
Pros: I love how easy it is to navigate the software and how clean it looks and feels.
Cons: I do wish it could be even a wee bit more customized to my business (even just being able to match the colors inside fitli to my company colors). I also wish there was a shopping cart option so I could sell more than one item at a time.

It’s been a great experience, I would highly recommend this for any fitness coach or gym.
Pros: It’s easy to use and does exactly what I needed it for.
Cons: It would be nice to turn off emails to clients. I schedule clients myself so I don’t need them to have a fitli app. I would also love to have an app option for me as a coach to app and schedule clients.

We have been with Fitli since we opened Delta Yoga and Wellness. The team at Fitli has been by our sides as we struggled to setup our first classes, through the pandemic, and now as we offer yoga to our local community. The staff is always responsive, understanding, & professional. The software is adaptable, easy to setup and end-user friendly.
Pros: The Software is easy to setup and easy for the end-user. We love the report functions! We love being able to customize the calendar!
Cons: Honestly - nothing. The product works for us!
