Pros: What I like most about our customer base is the trust and loyalty we’ve built with our clients. Many of them value professionalism, consistency, and quality — which motivates us to deliver our best every time. We appreciate that our customers see us not just as a cleaning service, but as a reliable partner who helps maintain a clean, healthy, and welcoming environment.

Cons: What I like least about our customer base is that some clients may not fully understand the value and effort that go into professional cleaning. At times, expectations can vary depending on individual preferences or budgets. However, we see this as an opportunity to educate our clients, communicate clearly, and show the difference that quality, insured, and reliable cleaning can make.

Pros: [sensitive content hidden] My account manager is always so helpful and walks me through any questions or issues I may have.

Cons: Haven’t come across anything not to like yet. Any issues I’ve had, they go to work on right away or at least attempt to improve it.

Pros: They were very patient with me. Extremely understanding to the fact that I'm not used to the office side of things and we're very informative.

Cons: There's nothing at all I have to say negatively about them. They were courteous and understanding and definitely took my situation into consideration.

Cons: It was a very lengthy process. However, I understand the importance of collecting the information to set up the account.

Pros: They are accommodating and very helpful!

Cons: There wasn't anything to not like except the call sounded little static but thats not anyones fault.

Pros: they have exceptional workers that are there to help you grow.

Pros: Kindness, answered all questions, and fast

Cons: There was nothing that deterred my experience with the customer base team.

Cons: When [sensitive content hidden] was trying to explain the process to me, her English was very hard for me to understand

Cons: No sé si La app de repente es un poco lenta pero tengo que presionar dos veces el botón para donde quiero ir del resto todo funciona bn

Pros: They actually take the time to understand you and show you the system.

Cons: Nothing really! They explained everything throughly and answered all my questions.

Pros: Easy to use and professional. It is not clunky.

Pros: My representative was friendly, informative, spoke very clearly as I am hard of hearing, And answered every question I could have thought of. This was the best decision for my small business I have made yet. Very professional kept every appointment I have had with them so far and all have been very, very helpful and catered to my every business need write down to payments. The rest is up to me, lol!!!
