Maintenance Care

Pros: It puts all your Maintenance work orders and Preventative maintenance programs in one easy to access place. The system was easy to learn and relatively inexpensive. Customer support is quick and very helpful with any problems you may have.

Cons: You have to be carful setting up your assets and Detsets as you are very limited on what you can delete once it is saved. You also depending on the size of facility you manage are limited on how many detsets you can have so that makes not being able to delete that much more difficult. I noticed that anything you set up with a table matrix is very difficult to print as it does not give you a pdf version for printing.

Pros: The biggest thing is being able to track work orders through the mobile app in real time. This allows us as a team to communicate with out having to run and find the other person to ask questions. I wish the mobile app had more versatility similar to the desktop version and the interface on the app is kind of stale to look at.

Cons: Not being able to create custom forms ourselves and having to pay to have one created. I have tried to use detsets as replacement but I am limited to a creating a limited amount of questions and does not fulfil our need. I would love it if we were able to create our own forms.

Pros: I love how easy it is to navigate. I love theat it allows us to schedule preventative maintenance tasks and have the system send a notification when it is due.

Cons: I wish the app included the admin and schedule tab which would allow admins to make changes from mobile devices.

Pros: I like that we can streamline all of our maintenance management into one location for our 12 locations. Fast and friendly team helping us get through the learning curve with excellent customer support.

Cons: Nothing at all. Theres great value for the money. Easy user interface. NO complaints about the site at all. We have been extremely happy.

Pros: The setup was relatively easy from an administration perspective. The maintenance request portal is easy to navigate from a user perspective.

Cons: The vendor email piece is a bit cumbersome. Also, the daily snapshot could be more user friendly. QR code assignment to locations and assets would be a very nice feature.

Pros: Maintenance Care is a suitable work order task manager in that all related parties can view and share responsibilities to perform necessary work order tasks.

Cons: We have noticed new users sometimes have trouble using the software from the app. It seems to be select features require a need for a tutorial to ease the transition of learning the software.

Pros: I like the ability to send detailed work orders to our maintenance crew quickly and accurately. They receive them immediately on their tablets

Cons: Because some maintenance people are not sure how to close their jobs when their done I must go in and do it for them. Maintenance Care can only close one job at a time. It would be easier and more productive if I could close multiple jobs at a time.

Pros: Maintenance Care was easy to implement and really easy from both the user and administrative end. Our organization was using a manual system and this has been a huge blessing to us!

Cons: We really have not found any downsides to Maintenance Care.

Pros: Easy to use and can be used by desk computers or cell phone.

Cons: I would like to be able to change the date to a previous date if a order was forgot to be created in previous days.

Pros: Maintenace Care is such an easy application to use. Clear communication on status on completions of tickets.

Cons: There is nothing that i dislike about maintenance care.

Pros: I like the ease of operation for the crew and the staff. Other programs are way to difficult to navigate with ease

Cons: I have not found anything I dont like about the program so far

Pros: Everything. It is perfect for our world of having so much going on and so many different areas of need.

Cons: The only thing would be a more modern navigation system and ability to delete items that are no longer a need or in use

Pros: It's a user-friendly system that works well.

Cons: It was a challenge to get some of our staff to be able to learn to use the app.

Pros: I like the ease of use and the fact that anyone is able to submit workorders. I like how i can send out updates to users.

Cons: It is not all inclusive of everything a Facility Manager could use. However, it is a specific product and I love using it for What it is intended.

Pros: Overall, the system is very easy to use from the user interface standpoint

Cons: Would like to see PM schedules for Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual tied together more, and would like if they adjusted based on PM closed date. If I take a month to complete one interval and want to push everything back by one month, I need to open 4 different schedules and adjust them individually.

Pros: The easy use and how others can put work orders in

Cons: I don’t think there’s any cons that I have found

Pros: Maintenance Care is just enough without being too complicated. We use it mainly to create and track work orders as well as generate hours for billing and payroll. It's a great tool that allows us to write out exact instructions and communicate with our maintenance tech. We keep it pretty simple and Maintenance Care allows us to do just that.

Cons: Again, we use it in a simple manner and haven't noticed any glitches as of yet.

Pros: save a lot of time, no lost work order, easy to get reports

Cons: at first, since we are a French organization we couldn't use the accent , but now maintenance care did fix the problem

Pros: very easy to use and lots of features. I enjoy using it everyday

Cons: the app needs to be synched with the desktop app

Pros: Once you wright a couple Work Orders, you got it. It's that easy to use. Cabinet can store all your equipment so it's easy to find. The Scheduler works great for PMs. I have just started using Reports and has been easy to figure out.

Cons: So far, I have no complaints about Maintenance Care.

Pros: Are the pros on the system is it organize and easy to get my other work done
