Overall, I love Fluix and I would definitely recommend it to others - you guys have really good trainers and facilitators.
Pros: Usability - Fluix is very easy to use and doesn't take a lot of time making updates within the system.
Cons: I believe the process of adding workflows can be a little confusing, so I definitely need more insight on this.

Pros: File Sharing, Document Signing, Document Management, Process Management .
Cons: I don't have .

It has been a great experience overall. I like how it is easy to use to set up forms and how easy it is for clients to use to sign the forms we send.
Pros: I love the convenience and accessibility to send documents to my clients to sign. I like that we can text a link to clients and have them sign things right on their smart phone. It saves time and resources to be able to send things this way.

Cons: It can sometimes be glitchy making it hard to use. ie: entering dates on a form can be tricky from the mobile app or the date will reset unless you hit tab on the desktop version. Sometimes the texting option doesn't go through.

Fluix is essential for our operations and overall experience is excellent. The intuitive set up allows us to automate safety and quality critical documentation in our ever changing environment. Document signing ensures tracking of key technical tasks with assigned responsibility.
Pros: The ease of use allows me to quickly automate changes to the teams documentation and ensure we capture everything our customers need. The speed at which I can share with the teams offshore means we are really connected and constantly improving. The software is regularly updated and I get advice such as hardware expiry from the customer support. Overall it's good value for money.
Cons: It would be great if there was a function for multiple users to add a signature stamp to one document without reassigning.

- Very good, easy to use, configurable system - Powerful DMS - Prompt and efficient customer support service
Pros: - Easy to use (configuration, readability, UX) - Naming convention - Document status options - Dynamic forms/tasks - Excellent customer support - Number of options to store, transfer and track documents - Dashboard - No additional costs for cross-project accounts
Cons: - No possibility to switch accounts without log off/on (in the current Siemens Energy setup) - Working only with PDFs in the Docs mode

I use Fluix everyday to provide data and record data. It is a major asset in the wind turbine business
Pros: The simplicity of the app is a major advantage. When you are working offshore you have access to a multitude of information.
Cons: I really don’t have any disadvantages in my line of work and work scope requirements . I would struggle to find something I didn’t like

I've used Fluix as a "User" for 10yrs and as an "Admin" for the last 3-4yrs and it really is a godsend.
Pros: I use it as part of an organisation that requires remote workers to have the latest versions of critical documents which then need to be signed, submitted and stored. In this Fluix excels. In the admin function the workflows and storage and distribution are quite straight forward (it helps having a superuser in the office) and once rules are set up things just run in the background like clockwork.
Cons: Understanding the back office functions took a while but once used regularly it's actually quite straight forward.

Very intuitive to use, fast and easy to learn. Overall it has been much better than our previous system
Pros: Ease of use, for document signing and management. I found it very useful for our case use of file sharing AWPs between technicians and the office
Cons: In my opinion the other thing that was not good was the authorizations. Maybe this was a definition on project side.

we are now testing Fluix for almost 1 year and getting very good feedback from the users. so the further rollout is planned for the next year. but our internal processes need to be adjusted first
Pros: Ease of use and the great user acceptance very good user support with very fast respond times. also the whole Fluix team is very helpful and friendly
Cons: with all the workflows maintanance gets a little messy, because you can not group workflows. It would be very helpful to sort workflows into folders

Fluix has changed the way we work , we have world wide access instantly to documentation and full traceability. Documentation , photos , setting to work. We use it for Workflows in Quality , Health and Safety , engineering , commissioning , its endless what you can use it for.
Pros: . The ease of use is far easier than other file sharing systems out there. Its capabilities are endless we have grown the company using Fluix and use it worldwide.
Cons: I can't think of anything , probably it can do more than we know about . Learning new things so maybe weekly emails telling us what's new or easy to read guides sent out.

very satisfied with 99% of fluix ease of use with a good set up from technician to back office procedure
Pros: Fluix in my work makes my life so much easygoing due to the simple way the system is set up, document management is fantastic and makes my job role a less time consuming
Cons: sometimes it is a little hard to find a document you are looking for e.g when you try to look for a fault report on the system that your colleague has submitted
Benjamin J. · Operational coordinator · Oil & Energy · August 29, 2025
Very satisfied as a day to day user in the field. As an admin also very satisfied however there is still some room for improvement.
Pros: Fluix has a very intuitive user interface, very easy to use. The programming of the workflows is also very intuitive, however this still can be improved. The app on the Ipad is very nice, digital signing is very easy. Also data extraction of the files is made easy. Also the option of adding some integrations is very helpfull to upload documents to a server or sharepoint for example. Due to the fact that all the files are also indexed on your Ipad app, it is very easy to find a document in folders or sub-folders. I haven't come across better software then Fluix which does the same and has the same functionalities. Customer support is very friendly and replies rather quick. As a professional user I can highly recommend Fluix.
Cons: The configuring of the workflows can be improved, made more intuitive and easy to use. For example the link between the file storage and the workflows can be improved because it can be confusing and hard to configure a workflow. Sometimes another workflow needs to be used as an example to create a new one since its not always clear how to type the path or to create a new folder structure. Also an app for Android would be very nice, the same as there is for IOS.

Never had problems with Fluix app, it works like a charm and I really love to use it. I can find all my conpany documents within seconds. Fast and great app to use.
Pros: It is really easy to use Fluix. It also works perfectly in offline mode with no internet. It is easy to share documents, copy and save them. Nothing ever got lost from my Fluix documents. Never had problem with Fluix app so never needed to reach out for customer support. It is also easy to use it with admin account in the background. I am really positive about Fluix
Cons: I dont like the fact that now I always need to sign on all of the signature fields. It used to be able to save my signature. I cant find this function anymore. I am the only one using it on the ipad or my laptop so it is only me who can sign and it would be very helpful if you could return that saved signature function.

I've enjoyed using FLUIX, it has been a great platform to share crucial, time sensitive information with colleagues.
Pros: FLUIX is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate. My co-workers and I can share important documents effortlessly, which is important when they are travelling.
Cons: To be honest, there is nothing I dislike about FLUIX. The only problem I encountered was trying to download a word document, until I realized it had to be converted to PDF before uploading.
Heather C. · FLIGHT OPS COORDINATOR · Airlines/Aviation · August 26, 2025
It is a solid experience. I would personally and professionally recommend them all day long. I have been using Fluix for many years now and in my entire deck of client software I can say that it is clearly one of the best pieces of Software I have dealt with in years and the Fluix staff are amazing.
Pros: It is a solid product backed by amazing Technical and Support staff. I rarely find software where the people behind it are this passionate about their offering.
Cons: I don't really have anything bad to say about the software. I am in touch with the team around queries, questions and challenges and they engage and sort quickly and efficiently.

Before we started using Fluix.io, our team was buried under paperwork and manual processes. It felt like we were constantly struggling to keep track of documents, get approvals, and ensure everyone was on the same page. Fluix has completely transformed the way we work. The transition to a digital, automated workflow was seamless. The platform's interface is intuitive and incredibly easy to navigate, which meant our team was able to get up to speed in no time without extensive training. We've been able to digitize complex forms, create approval workflows that trigger automatically, and track every single document in real time. Fluix isn't just a document management tool; it's a true partner in streamlining operations. It has helped us save time, reduce our paper usage, and improve our team's collaboration more than we thought possible. I highly recommend Fluix to any company looking to modernize its workflows and achieve a new level of productivity.
Pros: What we love most is the mobile functionality. Our field team can now access and complete forms from any device, even offline, which has boosted our efficiency and cut down on errors dramatically. Also, the ability to integrate with our existing tools also made implementation a breeze.
Cons: If I had to point out one initial challenge, it would be the sheer number of features and customization options. At first, it can feel a little overwhelming trying to figure out the best way to build your perfect workflow. The platform isn't a one-size-fits-all solution; it's a powerful and flexible tool that can be molded to fit our exact, unique business needs, making the initial effort well worth the long-term payoff.

Great overall experience. Have used Fluix with multiple companies from checklists to safety documents and manuals.
Pros: Ease of use, document management and progress tracking. Makes our daily LOTO forms and OJT recording keeping simple
Cons: having an Android mobile app would be helpful to some users. Aside from that we are very pleased with the overall performance thus far
Jacob C. · Field Service Technician III · Oil & Energy · August 20, 2025
The product has proven to be very useful right from the start and with updates over time it has proven to be increasingly more functional.
Pros: versatility and practicality and above all simplicity in everyday use. the technicians who use it have all given positive feedback
Cons: Personally, I didn't find anything I didn't like. Perhaps it would have been useful to have the account administrator functions available for the tablet version as well
Cesare G. · lead technician · Oil & Energy · August 19, 2025
after working with FLUIX, making final documentation is very easily done. Some file can be open for many different groups of people. But as soon as one document is finished the file can be closed and the document can be used for final documentation
Pros: the communication between colleagues via Fluix, where you send files to colleagues within FLUIX. And you are always able to see who has the file at a particular point in time
Cons: all changes of a document are kept individually in FLUIX. which leads to to much repetitions. Hopefully even if it is good to know who did what on a document, it will still be good to safeguard only one document with all the changes in one document.
Max Cyrille B. · Quality manager · Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing · August 18, 2025
Fluix has been an excellent benefit to the business by reducing the amount of paperwork involved. and making the whole job a lot easier.
Pros: Fluix is extremely easy to set up and use with great document management making file sharing and collaboration with co workers very easy and simple, and if there is a problem the customer support is excellent and issues resolved quickly.
Cons: The sync can be quite slow sometimes but could be more to do with internet connection. maybe a FAQ section may help some users to get started.
Ed J. · Managing Director · Renewables & Environment · August 15, 2025
I like to work in Fluix in a daily basis. It makes our work activities easier to handle and in a rapid way.
Pros: File sharing. At work we work with a lot of documents daily. Fluix allows to do it in a quick way. Tracking. Easy to track and check all documents we have been working all day along. Ease of use. Intuitive. Easy to handle.
Cons: I have no complains about Fluix so far. It is synced every time we use it. In conclusion, it is a good file sharing platform.
Roque G. · Quality inspector · Construction · August 15, 2025
Again, my overall experience has been great. From customer service, to building out a new contract template along with sending and receiving contracts.
Pros: Very user friendly platform and the customer service has been great. My clients do not run into any issues when receiving and/or signing the contracts. Makes for a smooth sales process.
Cons: I've been using this platform for over 10 years and nothing negative comes to mind. This is a great software.
Jeff E. · President - CEO · Marketing and Advertising · August 14, 2025
Pros: I use Fluix everyday and find it easy to navigate. Fluix manages our documents and pictures very well. Customer support is very knowledgeable. Easy to share across our company. Best way to track our projects.
Cons: It can be a bit slow sometimes. Having an easy to access FAQs section would be helpful, along with a training "guide."
Aimee M. · Sales Ops Specialist · Construction · August 13, 2025
The level of reliability (which I certainly would like to highlight), the quality of customer service and the value for money are standards that are very high at Fluix, these make the collaboration between companies more efficient. These high standards are even noticeable for an experienced app user as me.
Pros: $8d
Cons: One of the biggest advantages of Fluix, having the ability of sharing documents, is at the same time the biggest drawback: the shortcoming in data protection. Adding a two factor authentication login protocol can make the access to sensitive information more secure. The restriction on sharing documents only through a certain amount of trusted channels might be a good improvement. I could share intellectual property if I wanted through various apps like “Snapchat” or “ChatGPT”. This should not be the case. An other improvement idea for the use of Fluix within our organisation would be the compatibility with SAP FSM. A certain level of automation would be a big improvement in lowering the labour costs spent on administration. This however goes well beyond my level of knowledge on even the possibility of it.
Istvan B. · Offshore Windturbine Lead Technician · Renewables & Environment · August 12, 2025
Amazing day to day as user but as admin I guess needs to be more user friendly specially for someone as me does not belong to IT back ground . To set up workflow it still confuse me some times
Pros: Work flow and documentation. Work flow makes day to day operations easier
Cons: Setup of work flow could be easier, also hope it wish to integrate formulas, for example automatically calculate flight hours, total number of passengers adding male, female and children etc…
