Pros: Risk Hawk brings everything together in one place. Risk management, controls, audits, incidents, and compliance are all connected, which makes life much easier for small and mid-sized teams. The Flexy feature to create or adjust workflows without coding is a real advantage. It saves time and lets you adapt the system quickly as processes evolve. The support team is quick to respond and genuinely helpful. The hosting options, especially the UK and on-prem setup, are great for companies that are strict about data security. Once it is set up, it feels reliable and straightforward to use.

Cons: It still feels like a product that is growing into the enterprise space. Some things that larger clients expect are not yet in place, like proper version control between test and live environments or automated event triggers for integrations. The performance information is not easy to find, and you do not always know how the system will scale with heavy use. The third-party risk section mostly handles questionnaires and lacks deeper external monitoring tools. Navigation between some screens takes more clicks than it should. Also, there is no public pricing, which can slow down decision making.

User-friendly interface, comprehensive features for risk and compliance management, and excellent customer support that is responsive and helpful in resolving issues and offering customization. Key strengths include seamless integration between modules, intuitive dashboards for clear oversight, and an efficient audit process from planning to tracking.

Cons: The tool is easy to use but few menus take time to load.

Cons: The previous version was a bit difficult and a lengthy interface.The font size / appearance also was a bit sharper making the vision distressed.

Pros: It understands the requirement and creates the model of the report to be created by considering all the required aspects. Helpful while conducting assurance audits as it works as a centralized hub for managing all required documentation.

Cons: Earlier provided user interface was not much user friendly. The font Size/ appearance were not sharp enough for viewing purpose

Pros: Can adapt to the requirements of all ISO standards. we have used Risk Hawk for ISMS, COSO, Health and Safety and Environment

Cons: Difficulty in case there are more than one risk owners. At times, organisations have multiple risk owners.

Pros: The way Risk Hawk arranged superficial amount of data in a structured way to help us get insights. It has been designed in a way that tracking complex and dependent variables becomes easy.

Cons: Been finding it good, makes my task easier. It gets timed out after a certain period of inactivity. it would be good if the fixed duration for the inactivity could be increased a bit.

Pros: It is user-friendly and flexible by design. Its flexibility allows for easy configuration changes with minimal adjustments, making the application both adaptable and stable. The audit process is expedited, allowing you to focus on the most important areas. The dashboard and overdue email notifications help us close and track incidents on time.

Cons: Color pallets can be improved in Risk Hawk application.

Also liked the Customer Service where they gave a trial access and helped in understanding the system quickly.

Pros: Flexible, configurable, easy to use and has all features that a good GRC software in the market would have. The linking of modules is an amazing feature which gives a complete view of associated items. I found the Incident and Control modules of the tool and the ability to associate with each other very useful to mitigate the risks associated with IT assets and in preventing the incidents from occurring again.The team is very good, always available to support and responds very quickly.

Cons: There were some teething problems, however, the team responded very quickly and resolved.

Cons: It is not the least-liked feature but, it is. something I missed in RiskHawk. Organization-specific color themes will be a great feature to add on to an existing plethora of wonderful capabilities.

The cluster location for all Risk, Audit and Compliance Repositories is well appreciated.Depending upon requirements standard framework can be customized on the tool as well as integration features are something that attracts the limelight for easy navigation.For designing workflows, approval on workflows, and user-defined charts on the go, self-service features appear to be ultimately unparalleled.
