Pros: J’ai apprécié la simplicité d’utilisation de la plateforme ainsi que la possibilité de reconnaître et valoriser le travail des collègues. L’interface est claire et le système de reconnaissance favorise un environnement de travail positif et motivant

Cons: Certaines fonctionnalités pourraient être améliorées pour rendre la navigation encore plus fluide. Parfois, le processus pour accéder à certaines options ou récompenses peut sembler un peu long.

Pros: I can send a badge from the galley as I wait for our flight to land, and my laptop is currently melti…they’re burning my legs due to the busted fan The system didn't fail when I tried entering with just my normal work email.

Cons: There are too many tabs in the application this creates another frustrating case. The local team typed my address wrong and the package I got was delivered to the wrong house and it became a mess trying to fix it.

Pros: The ease of use of the platform and the intuitive nature of the features. I have used the platform for years now and recognised many coworkers

Cons: The fact that the number of partners is limited. As a result points can't be redeemed in some major retail shops. A good alternative to that could be to make it possible to redeem on temporary bank card. Another issue is the fact that some items are very overpriced when reedeming on the platform directly against points instead of a voucher for let's say Argos

Pros: I love the workhuman app,it is easy to use and convenient, especially when on the go by via cell phone.

Cons: My least favorite thing about my Workhuman application is the only way to edit my shout outs are via on the cellphone!

Pros: It's an awesome and complete tool to recognize employees, the best perk is that the tool is very efficient, so whenever there is a recognition to anyone is fast and that credit is available to be used for a lot of variety of gift cards, those gift cards also come really fast to your email and they always work.

Cons: If you purchase items or products other than the gift cards, almost all the products are overpriced, sometimes they have a discount but still they are way overpriced when you compare the same product at any online retailer.

Pros: The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, accessible for all employees, It helps to build a good workplace culture by celebrating wins and sharing appreciation. Is a robust and easy-to-use platform that can significantly enhance employee recognition and engagement within an organization.

Pros: The application is user-friendly. The dashboard helps me to ensure I am doing my part to recognize teammates on a regular basis. Also, the variety of rewards is great!

Cons: The recommended awards should be adjusted to reflect inflation. Perhaps also consider additional keyword criteria to better inform the recommended amounts.

Cons: There should be a clear way on the website on how to extend your points about to expire. Furthermore, the website should meet accessibility standards, including, but not limited to, an easy way to change the font size or change the contrast colours.

Pros: The electronic process of connecting appreciation in this new work environment of working remote.

Cons: this process can be without human contact, and possibly sterile in that manner. Possibility of incorporating video clips or voice memos to incorporate a more personal approach,?

Pros: I like that it is user friendly. There are lots of gift card options as well.

Cons: I dislike that there isn't an option for a Visa giftcard.

Pros: I love how easy it is to recognize a coworker and give them kudos for their hard work. The website is so easy to navigate making it very user friendly. Plus having so many options in the storefront is always a plus!

Cons: Sometime I wish the filters in the storefront had more option. I also with the filters would stay when you select a category, but other than that it's great.

Cons: While I appreciate the variety of gift cards available on the Workhuman platform, I've noticed some inconsistencies with the merchants, particularly with grocery stores. It would be great to have a more stable selection, as some of my frequently requested options seem to change regularly.
