I have loved my experience. They made implementation and overall use of the platform very digestible.
Pros: The workflows and onboarding templates. They were easy to use and easy to create and personalize. Great support team to work with.
Cons: The sunsetting of the onboarding module, templates and overall HRIS system. It was a great system, sad to see it go.

Overall, I really enjoyed working with Lattice, and I wish we had kept them on our tech stack. I was sad to hear we made the decision to move away from them.
Pros: I liked how intuitive the high-level layout of Lattice is. I specifically really like the 1:1 capability and got really comfortable in that format. I also think their 360 review capability is awesome-- reviews and surveys always felt very personalized and smooth.
Cons: The goals framework is very confusing. I feel that there's almost too much capability in terms of tying goals back to each other-- they just get twisted around in circles instead of a nice hierarchy, which I believe is the desired outcome.

Pros: Lattice is a helpful way to manage workflow questions, create weekly workflow summaries, and to manage meetings and agendas.
Cons: I wish it had more features and trainings offered for their services offered. Sometimes I stumble upon new things that the service can do and wish I’d known sooner about particular details.

It has been positive because it brings structure and consistency to performance conversations—goals, feedback, and reviews are all captured in one place, which makes it easier to stay aligned on expectations and track progress over time. It also helps reduce ambiguity during review cycles since context and history are easy to refer back to.
Pros: it keeps performance conversations structured and consistent—goals, feedback, and reviews are all in one place, so nothing gets lost across chats or docs. It also makes it easy to track progress over time and stay aligned on expectations, which helps reviews feel more objective and actionable.
Cons: Some workflows (goals, check-ins, review steps) can feel click-heavy and time-consuming, especially when you’re just trying to make a small update quickly
Rakhi V. · QA · Information Technology and Services · March 25, 2026
Overall, I'd recommend it, but I'd warn you that it has a bit of a learning curve in terms of where to click and certain features being buried or hard to find.
Pros: It does a ton - employee reviews, 1:1 meeting tracking, employee org chart, employee feedback, performance summaries.
Cons: Something isn't quite right about the navigation. I find it easy to get lost and hard to find the right features or submenus I want to be in.
Michael H. · Sales and Support · Information Technology and Services · February 21, 2026
Overall, my experience with Lattice was positive. It worked best as a system of record for accomplishments, feedback, and recognition. When used consistently, it made work more visible, encouraged accountability, and supported growth conversations. Like most tools, its effectiveness depended on how intentionally it was used by managers and teams.
Pros: It was nice having a clear system to regularly share what I was working on and what I had accomplished each week. Posting updates helped me make my work visible and track progress over time, and that directly helped when it came to promotions and performance conversations. I also really liked that Lattice was connected to Slack. Being able to give teammates praise publicly and receive praise in return made recognition feel natural and timely instead of forced or delayed.
Cons: At times, parts of Lattice felt a bit rigid and process-heavy. Some workflows seemed more about checking a box than having a meaningful conversation, especially if the team was already aligned. Notifications could also pile up and start to feel noisy, which made it easier to tune them out.

It is a great tool to get feedback from colleagues and managers regarding your tasks, objectives and progress
Pros: the easy way you can determine your objectives and monitor results through the whole year allowing peer review to improve your performance
Cons: it requires too much training to get full usability and pricing becomes high when add-ons are required
Paulo G. · Se. Qa Automation Engineer · Information Technology and Services · January 2, 2026
It has been a great experience having an easy to use platform that help drive employee engagement, better internal communication, and is an excellent at helping managers oversee their teams.
Pros: Lattice has been a great tool to help manage the team, have effective communication as a group, and individually, conduct performance reviews, and give the team a greater sense that the company truly cares about their development as employees.
Cons: I think the thing that is most challenging about Lattice is that many of the feature are great, but the pricing for them outweighs the potential benefit given the size of our organization.
James L. · Director of Finance · Computer Software · December 20, 2025
Overall, we've been using Lattice for 3+ years and have continued to renew each year. I do see them growing in the right direction.
Pros: I really like the 1:1 feature, Updates, and Performance Management features. These are pretty intuitive to get set up and have been really helpful across the company. I like the automations in data within Performance Management and Employee Surveys.
Cons: We tried to implement Grow and I found it confusing and hard to connect to our unique and smaller org. I also have a few small product ticks about easily downloading info or implementing a signing feature to performance reviews.

It is good, based on user experience, value for money, integration with HRIS, navigating through new appraisal documents.
Pros: Easy to navigate, UI, then user friendly for 1:1's agenda to update and keep track. Retain all appraisal docs. in one platform.
Cons: When someone resigns as a manager then HR has to export records as we cannot update record to move files within the accounts.
Colin J. · IT Operations Manager · Information Technology and Services · November 6, 2025
I use it weekly/sometimes daily for employee goals, anniversaries, birthdays, and 1 on 1 conversations between employees and managers.
Pros: I love that lattice has a motivating presence. It easily tracks employee goals and keeps them on track to continue growth. It makes planning goals very easy with its user friendly templates.
Cons: I have not discovered anything negative about lattice yet. Our entire company uses it for meetings and career track alignment.
Hannah D. · Employee Experience Specialist · Marketing and Advertising · November 5, 2025
Pros: Lattice is easy to use. it has small simple menu on the sidebar comprising of 1:1 & feedback, Growth and OKRs and performance reviews
Cons: If you go inside especially in OKRs, it gets a bit difficult to work in different sections and subsections and i would prefer to be able to move them around to stack them under big objectives.
Rajesh G. · Operations manager · Computer Software · November 3, 2025
Pros: The ability to centrally manage all of our review cycles and put out employee surveys quite quickly with minimum admin. The platform is very intuitive, making it easy for both managers and employees to engage with the process. I also like the clear visibility into performance trends, which helps drive better conversations. The integrations with other tools save time, and the customization options mean we can tailor surveys and reviews to our exact needs
Cons: Some areas can feel a little overwhelming at first, as there are many features to get familiar with. The reporting dashboards could be more flexible with customisation options, and occasionally navigation feels a bit clunky when switching between modules. It also takes time to fully configure everything to match our processes, so there’s a bit of a learning curve before you get the most value out of it.
Ash C. · IT Operations Manager · Health, Wellness and Fitness · September 22, 2025
Use of the software has improved engagement in our organisation has enabled us to simplify processes and ensure data driven decisions.
Pros: The software has very reliable analytics and reporting features. Availability of customizable templates which makes standoutamongst other similar tools Ease of use and availability of real-time vendor support services.
Cons: Everything about the software is good from customer services to userbility and intuitiveness. I have nothing against the tool.
Biram N. · Head of communication · Public Relations and Communications · September 11, 2025
Thus far, our company has enjoyed the features that bring goals and career planning into the limelight.
Pros: Easy and intuitive user interface. Simple to train on, provides good generic building blocks for core functions.
Cons: The integrations / APIs can be a little more difficult to manage if you are not in a standard configuration from your core systems.
Carl G. · VP Strategy and Leadership Operations · Information Technology and Services · August 20, 2025
I have used Lattice for goals, 1:1 updates, PTO requests, viewing the organization chart, and completing various company surveys. I find all these tasks to be easy to do within Lattice.
Pros: Lattice is easy to learn and provides a lot of features for our company. The ability to find features and information is also easy with the home page and left-hand navigation bar.
Cons: The tool is laid out very well. The biggest compaint about it that I have is understanding how to set up goals. There is a SMART goals section and a grow section. For setting up personal goals, the right selection is "grow", but I often forget and select SMART goals which are more department or company-wide things in my experience with the tools.

Lattice has been the premier performance management tool that we have used as a company. They are continuously rolling out new features, have prioritized AI functionality, and have a really great customer support team to help us with all of our questions along the way.
Pros: The customization of question templates and review cycles has been such a pro. We've appreciated the ability to customize permission profiles. The user experience and interface are really easy to follow, and their recent AI phone functionality for review writing and search bar questions is a big time-saver.
Cons: We integrate Lattice with Rippling (our HRIS), and there are some limitations with custom fields for demographic data that will sync between the two systems. Additionally, Lattice doesn't have automated reminders for manual review cycles.
Sarah K. · People Ops Manager · Computer Software · July 9, 2025
I use lattice for weekly supervision or metrics meetings with team. They are able to leave notes or questions for our meetings and I can respond directly on the platform
Pros: I like being able to send or receive feedback. I like being able to schedule recurring meetings with direct reports and keep track of what we spoke about previously.
Cons: The options for talking points are not worded realistically. It seems to not link to calendars very easily either or if an event changes it deletes the entire thing. But that could be user error.
Carla O. · Manager · Medical Practice · June 4, 2025
Pros: Lattice is easy to understand and navigate for the end user, and also integrates with apps like Slack. This makes Lattice easy to use since you can get email and/or Slack notifications.
Cons: Lattice's features and functionality are limited compared to other coaching/feedback software. We ended up switching to another software that had more comprehensive abilities.
Isabella C. · Sr. RevOps Analyst · Information Technology and Services · May 28, 2025
Very good. It's a great tool for managers--makes tracking direct reports activities and growth. The feedback feature also works well. There should be more flexibility with the performance reviews, especially in situations where managers have changed.
Pros: Track 1 on 1s --it's great to share a space with colleagues and direct reports where we can share ideas and non urgent items to discuss at the next touch point.
Cons: Doesn't automatically adjust when 1 on 1s are rescheduled. This leads to notifications that are incorrect. I also would like more flexibility with the weekly updates options.
Alex S. · Senior manager, scientific liaisons · Biotechnology · May 19, 2025
I enjoy my overall experience with Lattice. My current job is the first time I've used Lattice and first time I've been introduced to it. Like I mentioned above, I like the prompts it gives you as talking points for your meetings. I also like how it's easy to write notes and comments as your discussing your meeting in real time, so that you can see your notes and your reviewer can also give you feedback. Lattice is good for review meetings and check-ins which is how I primarily use this ap.
Pros: What I like the most about Lattice is the layout of the website. It has a very clean, easy-to-read setup and makes it easy to maneuver. I use Lattice for my 1-on-1 reviews and check-ins and I enjoy the prompt questions they list out so you have talking points to discuss.
Cons: My only dislike about Lattice is setting up meetings. Since I am used to using Microsoft Outlook's calendar for all my meeting set-ups, I sometimes get confused when I am unable to link my meeting in Outlook with my meeting in Lattice. It's not a huge issue but it would be more streamlined if my meetings could cross over.
Joy K. · Account Coordinator · Pharmaceuticals · April 15, 2025
I've found this system to be quite helpful. It provides a great structure for managing 1:1 meetings and ensures that any feedback from team members is accessible to both you and your manager.
Pros: It helps in engaging with my manager easier It helps me to work on my tasks and allocate my tasks more efficiently Pricing is okay It helps to track growth
Cons: It can get hard to understand the platform and its uses the support is not much useful
Nazifa Z. · Patient Care Advocate · Hospital & Health Care · April 1, 2025
Very good, love the user interface and the easy of use.
Pros: Very easy to use and streamlines review process.
Cons: I feel that since it's accessible only through single sign on it's easy to forget!

I use Lattice regularly. I am very pleased and intend to continue using this product to advance my career.
Pros: Lattice allows me to keep track of every aspect of my employment. Lattice keeps a record of all feedback received or given, weekly 1-on-1 sessions, tasks, annual reviews, etc.
Cons: There are no complaints or constructive criticisms regarding Lattice.
Carlotta S. · Sr. Escrow Specialist · Information Technology and Services · March 12, 2025
Overall good product to provide feedback, share insights, provide reviews and 1:1 requests.
Pros: Easy to provide feedback, share insights, provide reviews and 1:1 requests.
Cons: Could be more easily implemented and applicable but the overall functionality / reasoning for product is not well understood due to UI / UX.
