Pros: Intergy is great for storing documents and patient records. HIPPA compliant and easy to use the scheduling features.
Cons: What I like least about Intergy is the frequent slowness and difficulty loading documents. It can be difficult to learn and navigate.
Anonymous User · Physical Therapy Assistant · Health, Wellness and Fitness · March 27, 2026
My experience with Intergy has been awesome especially when it has to do with revenue cycle management and billing system cause it helps track patient payments and insurance claims.
Pros: I like the ability of Intergy to combine both clinical operations and administrative tasks in one system including storing patient medical records, medication, scheduling and consisting of advanced billing and claim control.
Cons: Although Intergy has a great user interface but the interface may feel so complex for beginners and some features may require training to be able to use effectively. I do experience system sudden shutdown while carrying out billing.

As a long-term user of this product, I can speak highly of the effectiveness and efficiently of it accurately tracking billing and AR.
Pros: User-friendly software that allows full control of your business practice! Great IT support and training as well!
Cons: Clinical features are not as advanced as the revenue management features. Our providers preferred other systems' clinical features to those in Intergy.
Tonya C. · Practice Manager · Hospital & Health Care · June 9, 2025
Overall, I had a decent experience with Intergy and its user layout
Pros: Ease of scheduling appointments and calendar
Cons: The check in and check out schedule view
Samantha H. · Receptionist · Medical Practice · April 7, 2025
it is a great system to use in a health care office, very easy to navigate patient's chart and great with HIPPA.
Pros: How easy it is navigate patient's charts.
Cons: sometimes when updates happen, it runs a bit slower then usual.
Drea V. · MA · Hospital & Health Care · March 25, 2025
minimal experience (radiology tech) it was easy to search for patients, pull up information, make notes
Pros: user friendly didn't have a lot of steps to do
Cons: in radiology we didn't use the software as much as others no way to check patients in and out so that everyone logged in could see
Jamie G. · Radiology Supervisor · Medical Practice · February 28, 2025
Pros: All forms are detailed and easy to use. They are regularly updated following the basic requirement from vendors.
Cons: take many step to complete all section to be able to see them recorded
rose D. · LVN · Hospital & Health Care · March 25, 2024
Pros: $8b
Cons: Implementation was one of the worst experiences. Our health center used a Greenway EHR system called Success EHS that Greenway discontinued and we were forced to the conversion of Intergy. Go-Live day was so bad that we ended up using paper chart notes for about 2 weeks. Most likely, a practice using Intergy will need a "super user" because some of the workflows are difficult to perform for the average user. You will need to come up with your own training plan for new employees. Although they have training videos, almost all of them are out of date. The billing process needs a major overhaul.

We are using this for urgent care providers from appointments to claim scrubbing to EOR EOB and ERA payments posting and our provider are satisfied with performance
Pros: Interface for biller is cool easy to step a new practice
Cons: Sometime you face a little issue during the practice report pulling rest everything is working fine
Faizan A. · Assistant Manager · Hospital & Health Care · September 19, 2022
Pros: I don't work in the application so I do not know. My role is infrastructure.
Cons: Performance. Our environment is large with almost 800 concurrent sessions and Greenway has been struggling for years to make this software perform. The docs are not happy.
Paul B. · Senior Sever Engineer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · February 2, 2022
We are able to generate revenue quickly by the claims submission electronically. We are compliant with electronic medical records.
Pros: The ability to be able to use this software for all aspects of medical practice. electronic medical records, scheduling, claims scrubbing, claims submission. You don't need any other software with this to run your practice smoothly. You can learn this hands on. I was able to use this with very little training. It is hands on learn as you go.
Cons: Sometimes you run into bugs and the program shuts down, however this could be a network issue and not software.
Cindy O. · Owner · Hospital & Health Care · January 13, 2022
We moved on from Intergy to a new billing system that fully integrated with our EHR software. Ending our relationship with Greenway turned out to be far more difficult than it should have been. If you are a current or prospective buyer you need to go into the relationship fully aware of this. Once the ink on the contract dries you will be just a monthly invoice to them. And that is OK as long as everything works as it should. But when the time comes to end the relationship they won't let go easily. Make sure you have all your "i's dotted and your t's crossed".
Pros: The software is fairly intuitive. It has a lot of features.
Cons: The canned reporting is severely limited. To make up for this Greenway sells an accompanying software called Practice Analytics. It has alot more canned reports plus the ability to develop your own reports. However it costs additional on top of Intergy, and the database only updates once a day overnight.

After 26 years of staying with the same company, through many mergers of ownership of the company, I am shocked at how much their customer support has become compromised. If you are considering using their Revenue Service team, I would reconsider. Do not sign a contract of more that 90 days at a time if you decide to go with them. Would not recommend their services at all.
Pros: I used to like their customer support. I'm very unhappy with that now considering recent changes they have made. I have been at this practice for 26 years, and have stayed with them through all different entities. The recent changes they have made to their customer support has really compromised their company. Also, it seems like every time they get a good group of people to support your practice, they end up getting fired. I cannot stress how much their customer service has been compromised recently
Cons: I did not have many complaints about the software, it is definitely they customer support and service that has been severely compromised within the past 6 months.
Pam L. · Office Manager · Medical Practice · November 29, 2021
Pros: I use intergy daily and I have never had any issues with it in the 6+ months of use. All is easy to navigate and there are no lags of any sort. The color scheme is pleasing to the eye as well.
Cons: None, I have yet to have any issues with this software.

Overall experience is excellent. Greenway Intergy interfaces with our Phreesia tablet . When we have encounter issues the Support Team ;have been prompt, professional and will ensure the issue is resolved before hanging up the phone. Intergy personnel are great to work with. The system is "user friendly' for new employees. The upgrades ensure the system is current with new innovative technology.
Pros: User friendly, with excellent support from Greenway Staff. Intergy meets all of our Medical Practice needs with Patient Medical Records, Finances, Billing, , Reports for Management. The system templates can be modified to meet the AAP guidelines, and Insurance Hedis measures. We are very pleased with the Greenway Intergy Software System.
Cons: We have experienced difficulty with meagering charts. If we have an patient put into the system twice, it is tricky merging the two charts into one.
Renita S. · Medical Practice Administrator · Medical Practice · August 30, 2021
Pros: $8c
Cons: We encounter some issues regarding to set-up for our large multi-specialty practice with multiple sites and providers. We need the ability to have multiple costs centers for a provider but would have to purchase an additional provider user/license for this, which causes other issues. Fee schedule maintenance would be nice to have option to pull the allowable based upon POS.
Diana P. · Supervisor, Informatics · Medical Practice · July 30, 2021
Pros: The scheduler is very user friendly and easy to learn and use.
Cons: There are many features that have been difficult to learn and use. This system requires lots of clicking of boxes.
Amy C. · Insurance Follow Up, W/Comp, MIPS/MACRA · Health, Wellness and Fitness · June 24, 2021
I find it to be quite cumbersome to use
Pros: I like the way patient information screen is set up and insurance information and entry.
Cons: The ERA is very hard to read. They layout should resemble and insurance eob more. Posting exceptions can be very time consuming and is user friendly. I think the whole download procedure of era's is confusing. We should be able to pick and choose what we download and when. We should also be able to retrieve a pdf of a deleted payment if we need to and the system doesn't allow it. I find Intergy cumbersome to use with a lot repetitive steps. it is also very unforgiving. For example when doing a patient refund check. If for some reason that check has to be voided or was lost, there is no way to delete/ void the refund and issue another one or put the money back on the account. The work around is to enter a dummy payment and issue a new refund.
Laura B. · Billing Supervisor · Hospital & Health Care · June 4, 2021
Pros: This product can be extremely powerful if you use it correctly. It has the ability to do so many things such as importing and exporting data, professional appearance in notes, etc. It can also be built to each individuals users. This product can definitely help you become paperless if that is the goal.
Cons: Searching for ICD 10 codes can be a little bit more complex.
Gia X. · Executive Trainer · Health, Wellness and Fitness · May 20, 2021
Pros: there's nothing about this system that's liked
Cons: EVERYTHING! customer service, poor communication, don't feel valued, continuous system outages, oversold as "better than ehs" but it's NOT! ehs might have be an antiquated system, but it at least had esig capabilities
Kendra P. · Systems Analyst · Hospital & Health Care · May 19, 2021
After getting the software setup to run our pediatrics practice, it has worked very well.
Pros: The ease of scheduling and changing schedule templates.
Cons: It was difficult at first, as I am sure with any new software, setting up the template for our providers. We had a difficult time with the EDI. Greenway always worked with us to correct any problems.
Janell B. · Office Manager · Medical Practice · April 28, 2021
Overall, the daily operations in the clinical and financial sides are amazing and rival Epic, Cerner, etc. in their efficiency.
Pros: The customization for the software is intuitive when changes are needed to be made. The favorites for diagnosis for providers are a nice feature as that guides them to selecting good ICD-10 codes. Customization on the back end is easy to utilize as well. The GUI provides most of the information at a glance.
Cons: Reports are not easily exportable to an Excel Spreadsheet which is disappointing and why i ranked as n 8.
Greg Z. · Data Informatics Manager · Medical Practice · March 30, 2021
I am glad we upgraded to WebPT and Kareo.
Pros: The capability of automatically applying patient payments.
Cons: Most everything has to be done manually, not many bells and whistles or claim scrubbing features.
Anonymous User · Medical Biller · Medical Practice · September 8, 2020
I been working w/Intergy PM for 11 years. I dabble w/other systems because of the nature of our company. Intergy PM has a good layout and the tabs are grouped for efficient work flow.
Pros: I'm over several different areas from precert to refunds, and the departmens in between. Claim control and ERAs made working the denied claims more efficient.
Cons: The collection module for patient accounts. The information is displayed differently then the normal view. It takes time to adjust to the different areas of the box the information is located or even omitted.
Sarah M. · Finance Coordinator · Medical Practice · August 18, 2020
This system has met all of the expectations of our clients. We have been able to customize the system to meet all our needs.
Pros: This software is comprehensive and flexible for multi-specialty practices. The reporting capabilties are second to none.
Cons: The user interface could use a refresh. We have had to use a 3rd party integrated product for digital signature capture
