When we started in 2014 the product was really good but after it got bought things changed. We are in the hunt of developing our own system or use AiRentoSoft
Pros: We loved the product for the reason it's value for money in 2014 when it's called Navotar but after moving to RENTALL price get increased every month
Cons: New RENTALL has lot of bugs & issues, support is Horrible , we don't get response for months, Billing and payments became complicated under new management. We were searching for new system TSD was expensive, looks like AiRentoSoft might be value for money or we need to develop our own

I regret going with Rentall, especially as a new business where you need to start off with a good impression- all the bad reviews my business received were due to Rentall bug related problems. Even when you report issues it takes weeks to resolve or in most cases they never get back to you and you just have to deal with the consequences of that. The software is very substandard. Don't fall for the price and affordability, it will cost you a lot more money and frustrated customers down the road.
Pros: Our experience has been very very bad. Really regret ever going with them. Online reviews is what swayed us but later realized most of the reviews Rentall is riding on is from when they were owned by Novatar- since Rentall took over after 2021 the service has been terrible and reflects in the reviews. Don't fall for the price, it will cost you down to road in angry customers, loss of time trying to fix issues and a software that doesn't work.

Cons: The software doesn't work for what it advertised for period. our website was constantly running into tech issues, clients could not book for one reason or the other. As I write this right now, my website has been down for 2 days due to a Rentall outage and I haven't heard back on a solution from Rentall. We get over booked all the time, the booking calculations don't work properly and you are constantly getting complains from clients- the system has so many bugs that they can't resolve. It's just not a market ready product since Rentall took over.

We have been using a product Called Navotar since 2012, we were very pleased with the product & support. Company got acquired by Valsoft and the moved the team to some country. The current team doesn't know the product.
Pros: Very Bad Customer service. It takes 3 weeks to get a support request resolved. Lot of new bugs and no one seems to be fixing it.
Cons: Horrible support & Billing issues. Software quality dropped drastically within 2 years after moving they moved the support to lebanon

Horrible experience, horrible support, and they take no responsibility and do not hold themselves accountable when they make a mistake that causes clients money.
Pros: I signed up for Navotar and was moved to Rentall without notice.
Cons: Support is terrible. Monthly payment is via a foreign company and additional fees were charged by my bank. Outages caused missed reservations.

Issues all the time, not responding to emails and sometimes it takes months to fix critical issues. In the meantime we have to work with a rental system that calculates wrong days and prices and costs us money if we not pay very good attention.
Pros: It's okay when it works and I have nothing more to say

0verall I just wish they had not bought out Navotar and we were still using that program. We had to switch to a completely new company and website which again we lost time and money during that transition.
Pros: This company Rentall bought out Navotar. We did not like the switch at all. Thankfully they let us continue to use Navotar until it became obsolete.
Cons: The added more steps and complicated the rental process with the new version. Our site was infected with porn and malware, we had numerous occasions were it was completely down for various reasons. We lost a lot of money at critical times using Rentall during those times as our business is 85% seasonal. Lots of the staff that was with Navotar left after they were bought out. It was very clear that some of the developers have never been on the other side of renting cars.

The worst thing about this company is that they absolutely do not know how to build communication with customers. Our letters went unanswered for weeks and months. No one seems to have read the documents describing the tasks we prepared for them. Even the documents prepared by Rentall's employees were never used for work. Sometimes after months (!) it turned out that the programmers had not read what their own managers had written. There is no quality control at all. We were repeatedly shown unfinished work and they assured us that we could start using the platform, but because of the bugs, we were never even able to make a single test booking. Our cooperation with Rentall cost us two lost years and a huge amount of money. I would not recommend working with this company to anyone.
Pros: At first we liked the relatively affordable price, simplicity and functionality of the platform.
Cons: Despite the company's advertising claims, the platform is completely unsuitable for the scooter and motorcycle rental business. However, Rentall's managers assured us that they could customize the platform for our needs. We spent two years (!), but the customization was never completed. We wrote hundreds of documents and emails, talked to the company's management, and did our best, but in vain. In the end, we came to the conclusion that Rentall simply does not have competent specialists who understand how the rental business works.

Overall, I haven't been able to use the system as is. Very ridiculous
Pros: I liked it's pricing and interface. In the demo, it looked like an easy-to-use, turnkey solution for our Tesla rental company.
Cons: However, after paying a 4-figure setup fee, customer support started responding in 3-5 days instead of hours. I would later find out that a few features, like bulk vehicle uploads, aren't even working. Customer support has told me several times now that they would send me a working Excel spreadsheet for it, but it has been over a week now with still no spreadsheet.

This is a large improvement over handwriting all of our qoutes. We enjoy the software and hope we can make the changes over time to help us save more time and use more of the functionality of the software
Pros: Writing quotes is quick and easy. Easy to reference previous quotes and change them.
Cons: We are struggling with getting the online booking feature active. We have multiple changes we need to make that a phone call would help but we are forced to do ticket based corrections that with as busy as we are make it tough to finish the edits. Could use a better customer service department.

Desastre, poco efectivos, venden un producto que no esta listo y se tiene que empezar a solicitar correcciones, las mismas duraron mas de 2 meses en tratar de corregir y al llegar a la fecha límite se envía un aproximado de 20 funciones que no están funcionando. Poco interés después de haber realizado los cobros.**** No se pudo realizar un solo contrato con las funciones al 100%****
Pros: El sistema parece funcional, pero el que no este funcional y tener que esperar mas de 2 meses sin que terminaran de implementarlo y corregirlo nos obligo a dejarlo.Al día de hoy 21-12-2022 no han retornado el monto cobrado.
Cons: Inseguro, cambiaron nuestras contraseñas sin autorización varias veces2 meses tratando de implementarlo, pero nunca funciono, se envían documentos con 30 o mas puntos que funcionaban mal y reparaban unos y empezaban otros.Atención al cliente lenta y poco amable.

Onboarding was a mess. One employee was training another employee with she was trying to train me. It was an unprofessional mess.
Pros: It is cloud based which I really liked.
Cons: I paid the ridiculous setup fee to try the system. I did not like the feel of it so I decided to cancel. They are still stealing my money on a monthly basis and will continue to do so for 90 days. This is very unethical.

The base product is a good idea and has many useful features. In reality though day to day use of the product is buggy. Customer facing emails and PDFs are often wrong, displaying wrong pricing etc. which causes a lack of trust with our customers. Customer support is painfully slow to respond and often responds just saying we will look into this and then nothing happens or offering to make me pay to fix things they should fix themselves.
Pros: The basis of the product is great. It has all the features you might want from this kind of software. If it wasn’t for the bugs and lack of customer support it could be great.

The customer support is terrible. I've been with Navotar for 7 years but since Rentall bought them out it's taken a dramatic downturn in customer support. No issues get fixed, no replies and it's really hurting my business. Also don't trust the servers they are using. Credit Card information has been stolen from my customer database before. Trying to find another solution at the moment. What a shame.
Pros: It is inexpensive and looks nice on the surface. Loaded with features but lotst do not work.
Cons: There are so many errors in the software it's hard to find where to start. The invoices don't calculate tax or the sub total properly, the payments section does not calculate the invoice totals properly, causing the agreement to stay on "pending payment" or cannot pay at all. The rental agreement does not populate the fields properly.

I never recommended try to get back our money IF I GET BACK MONEY we definitely go with another product
Pros: No one co operation same error coming again and again only they doing temporally solution hard to contact them
Cons: very bad wrong calculation we have to calculate manually and keep the record otherwise we cannot run the business

Pros: This software is making reservations much more easy.
Cons: We drop the cars off (resorts, hotels, etc.). It is not possible to fill in the location.

Completely negative. Had high hopes but they are difficult to work with. Customer service reps are friendly but their software, Rentall, is still buggy.
Pros: It has potential but some things still need to be smoothed out. This is mainly with the Rentall Software that is still in a Beta, but they don't tell you that.
Cons: After finding the software was very buggy in Safari I tried it in Chrome and it still had some issues. Setting rates is very clunky, especially when getting into Holiday rate. When asked for a refund a few days later due to the software not working, they denied it. Then, after making sure they knew I wanted to cancel, with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] personally saying he'll take care of it, my credit card was charged again 5 days later and still no notification of my account being closed.

The product was presented beautifully, the set up process took several weeks and still was incomplete when we left. We needed our website to be more automated which is why we signed up with them, but it took forever and seemed that our needs may not actually be met.
Pros: I really didn't get much time to use the software because it took so long to get everything set up
Cons: Most of the customer service folks were kind once I finally got ahold of them, but I wouldn't say they were helpful in most cases.

Overall I am happy with the experience. There are a few features I would like to see changed, but I understand that it cannot be customized to my wants.
Pros: The interface is easy to navigate. I can teach anyone to use the platform.
Cons: At times, the software is not responsive.
