Overall it's been great. I've interacted with 4 employees so far, and would give each one of them 5 stars for their attitude, knowledge and helpfulness.
Pros: What I like most about SmrtPhone is how responsive and helpful their support team is. In fact, there have been instances during my onboarding that they have proactively reached out. They make the learning curve very easy to overcome. They under promise and over deliver on approval and registration times and you're up and running in a day or less, compared to some other providers
Cons: What I like least is the amount of hoops I have to jump through to send text messages. Especially since I'm not text blasting and only communicating with warm leads. I realize that these are not their rules or guidelines, but it's a lot of work. Especially since we get leads from a 3rd party, mostly.

Effortless for a business. I was able to let a client listen to a recording of our call and that saved me money
Pros: That is connected to podio and that it records my calls. I can always listen to my calls after and before calling again
Cons: Sometimes the call does not hung up once done. Also, I am not able to send images on text

This is the only dialer in the market that our company find useful, effective, and efficient compared to other dialers in the market.
Pros: Its ability to dial on 4 different lines simultaneously that no other dialer in the market has. It is awesome!
Cons: The process of getting A2P 10DLC Verification is a little longer than expected. The length of the process may not work for other business that requires immediate validation.

SmrtPhone has been a game changer! I’m able to log my calls and enter notes right on the spot whether using in conjunction with CRM or not
Pros: Easy to use, and gives me the flexibility to dial from computer or cell phone app.
Cons: Not a huge deal but one touch redial would be convenient when selecting previously loaded numbers

Best experience for integration and automating our sales force.
Pros: Simply the smartest phone system with all the smart features a real phone system should have to level up and scale your team or business! I recommend them and truly grateful to have them as our phone partner!
Cons: They were only missing AI and now they have AI to help improve the experience and continue scaling the team!

My overall experience with SmrtPhone is great.
Pros: SmrtPhone is an outstanding platform to use. It is effective and efficient. It does everything I need it yo do.
Cons: What I like least about it is when someone calls me back, I cannot see the address; however, I do see the name. When ine is making 1,000 cold calls, I cannot remember all the addresses.

Overall, it's enjoyable, easy to follow, very efficient and totally helpful in my daily tasks
Pros: Efficiency and straightforward. Easy to follow and track all pending lead's transactions. Helpful in attaining my everyday goal.
Cons: I wish there's an option to stop the Inbound calls while you are doing outbound calls, so that there will never be a missed call

I have had great customer support (actual people!!) and they always do their best to quickly help me out.
Pros: I love how easy it is to work on the road using the app. I love the fact that I can get all of my contacts synced easily from my CRM.
Cons: I wish the inbox was easier to use on the mobile app.

It would be great if we could have more frequent discussions with the tech team to help streamline processes on the back end.
Pros: The app is extremely easy to use, and I really value the convenience it offers!
Cons: The system does not provide options for call statuses like “wrong number” or “bad number”; it simply skips over them.

I’ve used it for years and it works great.
Pros: It connects with Podio seem less. I love the Dialer function for calling our older leads in the system. Just create a campaign and hit the start button.
Cons: The mobile app and connectivity on incoming calls.

Very good experience. Customer support is always prompt when I have an issue.
Pros: Integrations and API features. Mobile and desktop extension. IVR system, call routing.
Cons: I like that users can be assigned their own caller ID however if I want them to have more than one caller ID assigned there’s no option for that. They either just see their direct caller ID of all of the caller IDs for the company. There’s not an in between.

Can’t live without it! Seriously - it is a crucial piece of our lead flow. It helps manage everything within our crm.
Pros: The customer support has never let me down - they always help quickly when needed!
Cons: Cost per phone number when I’m not using the marketing to that phone number is not super fun to pay for.

We love how fast and easy it is to use smrtphone. Super user friendly anyone can get around and navigate the system. The support chat is very helpful and efficient to respond back.
Pros: We love the fact that we can use the App when we are on the go. Not only that but we get to do live transfers between teams.

I can't imagine working without it now. It had changed the way I do things and made me more efficient.
Pros: If you are not in the office the app works so the caller doesn’t know it. Text Messaging always gets a reply. I like how it automatically syncs contacts and I have a record of everything I do - and it’s recorded in case I missed a detail. I wish I had it sooner!!!
Cons: I do have problems with calls dropping sometimes but it's always when someone calls me from their car. It's understandable.

The follow up by the Smrt phone team has been excellent. They made sure I understood what to do and spend the time necessary to followup on the many small details in the transition.
Pros: My CRM is Forefront and I had used their phone numbers exclusively, so a new system was completely new to me. I found it challenging at first, but the online followup with their customer service personnel and the good working relationship and knowledge of the Smrt phone people and those at Forefront, made the transition easier.
Cons: I have never used another system, so this was all new to me. I love the Forefront CRM and their numbers were already integrated. Adding a new system was a challenge for me.

So far it’s great. No complaints really.
Pros: It’s functionality and flexibility is the best feature.
Cons: Sometimes the texting doesn’t go directly to the line for tracking. It happens when we start a new text. It works properly if we go to an existing text message. It happens with new ones.
