Visual Planning has been an absolute game-changer for managing our complex machine and labor scheduling. After trying several other solutions that ultimately fell short, Visual Planning stands head and shoulders above the rest in both functionality and ease of use. What really sets it apart is its ability to bring clarity and control to even the most complicated scheduling scenarios. Every time I walk someone through how we use it, they’re genuinely impressed by its capabilities and flexibility. It’s not just a tool—it’s become an essential part of how we operate efficiently and effectively.
Pros: Ease of creating a schedule makes planning faster, clearer, and more efficient every single day now.
Cons: Time in-between edits or updates was slower than anticipated, but I suspect that is due to the popularity of the product and our wait in line.

Visual Planning has been a huge time saver for our company catching schedule conflicts, employee overlaps, etc.
Pros: The customization of the software and support has been excellent. Our needs were very unique and our expectations were exceeded.
Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve but that was expected when learning new software. Support has been second to none.

My overall expert with visual planning has been extremely great and it has been really easy to use….
Pros: What I like the most about visual planning is the scheduling and payroll features that it currently has.
Cons: What I like the least about visual planning is the current pricing that it has for its products right now.

Pros: Very visual and flexible approach to scheduling - you can easily manage resources, projects, and workloads with drag-and-drop, and everything is clear at a glance. It really helps teams stay aligned and improves efficiency once you get used to it.
Cons: The learning curve is quite steep, and some tasks can be time-consuming, especially at the beginning. Also, performance can sometimes be slow and integrations with other tools are a bit limited

Positive experiences with the implementation specialists and support teams, who assist in the extensive setup process.
Pros: Features like drag-and-drop, automated scheduling, and data consolidation significantly reduce manual administrative effort, saving time and increasing overall efficiency.
Cons: Aspects of the user interface are often described as not intuitive or dated, which can make certain features difficult to understand and navigate without support.

It is good, since all the projects are in single place. Hence, every one at any point of time can access.
Pros: The sequence of options to ensure project is following all/ proper steps to complete. Data storage at one place.
Cons: It is always operating very slow. Project Leaders are taking that as a opportunity for not to update their project status.

We use it mainly during the conceptualization part of a project. It makes it easy to ballpark whether or not we have the project is feasible given the resources available.
Pros: It offers numerous ways to visualize plans. Graphics make obvious aspects of a plan which could otherwise be lost if only numbers are presented. It's dashboard is easily customized to suit our plans.
Cons: Can't add videos. Some aspects of the user interface aren't very intuitive. There can be a steep learning curve for getting started on a plan.

It put us in the know regarding capacity by department. We minimized lead time by getting the creative and finance teams on the same page in terms of deadlines and what was expected.
Pros: We were able to set up custom workflows following our internal review loops. Our leadership uses the visual dashboards and Gantt charts to identify bottlenecks before they become a problem.
Cons: The learning curve is deeper than anticipated and needed the IT department to install the software initially. Less than ideal for teams looking for an out-of-the-box answer.

Overall, my experience with Visual Planning was fairly positive. It offers powerful scheduling and project management tools that are useful for organizing tasks and team collaboration. Once I became familiar with the system, it helped improve efficiency and coordination. However, the learning curve was a bit steep at first, and some parts of the interface could be more intuitive.
Pros: If you need a full translation with answers or other sections, feel free to share them! My name Tvwshintor
Cons: The least liked aspect of Visual Planning was its confusing interface—some features were difficult to understand and not intuitive without training. The system was also sometimes slow, which made collaboration with team members more difficult. A more user-friendly and streamlined experience would be better.

Pros: It consists of several benefits such as interaction, group associations, and clarification of features.
