It's great. However some improvements are really necessary. E.g. More easy data tools. To check how many shifts/event we had in general for month/year/day etc
Pros: The support team is amazing. They quickly address all the issues with the product team to launch its implementation.
Cons: Technical issues. Bugs. It's important to have the app working seamlessly, but it happens on a regular basis that we have to reload it and reenter the info. E.g. Issue with tags - they are not being saved. Payroll section is not loading when you need to see the info for 1 year in the whole region (even for 1 position only) and section with addresses is taking forver to load all the location in 1 region

I really didn't have anything to compare it to at the time so I guess it was functional. As an employee, it had reminders to check in and check out and also contained contact info if I needed to connect with someone immediately. Good supervisory tool.
Pros: Ubeya was used to schedule me for particular jobs outside of my regular workplace and it was easy to exchange information with my direct supervisor.
Cons: Sometimes I feel like it was more user error than the app itself when some critical info wasn't passed on to me like parking locations, etc.

Overall positive experience with some minor drawbacks with event check in and hours tracking, but love the ease of use and organization of events and availability.
Pros: I've used Ubeya as a dance competition judge - applying to events, submitting availability, checking into events, logging hours and more. I love how user friendly it is and how easy the app is to navigate.
Cons: Ran into some issues with the app not properly recording time on site and proper check in and check out times.

Overall experience is excellent for users, either for maintaining records or scheduling events. Providing overall clarity for staff, consultant and clients.
Pros: Ubeya is great as it offers easy ways to navigate around the system. Additional information about staff is always available, all set in one place, their details, notes, work history.
Cons: Some finer features ie being able to filter staff for particular day on multiple days event for targeted comms could be a good addition

Ubeya has made a fantastic impact to the way we work and engage with staff, it is a breath of fresh air to use.
Pros: Enables me to positively engage with staff, easy to use for staff and managers. In comparison to previous systems everything is more streamlined and a lot more efficient.
Cons: Sometimes the system is slow when alternating between clients when using the filters on scheduling page.

Excellent system for client, candidate and employer. Love too track the weekly, Dailey margin reports.
Pros: Easy system too navigate, booking and candidates user friendly, the system supports us well for client audits.
Cons: Getting Reports for a year, too costly to use, for the payroll system, sometimes the system crashes at the most difficult time in the day.

good, i always receive quick responses, if help is needed on the chat function- i have used this on a busy live day due to geo fence issues.
Pros: As the site ubeya champion, it saves me more time each week populating the shifts and pulling the forecasting reports- this leads me to be able to go back to HODs quicker with their forecasted vs budget, and game days moving staff around.
Cons: Some of the process can be long when editing multiple shifts. My only issue for me is the check in and check out process out of LARGE game days especially with our chefs. It would be good to be able to amend per shift for the option of clock in and clock out only.

Exceptional product and experience. Value for money.
Pros: The user interface was very easy to understand. Creating schedule and communication was very easy and it went smoothly.
Cons: Sometimes the messages sent are not shown correctly to the person on the receiver end.

Great system and easy to use for client and candidates to monitor shifts availability, Geo fencing a great tool to ensure people on site when they should be.
Pros: Very user friendly with a great user interface
Cons: Payroll reports are great in giving totals but can display more information like amount of hours, especially over split shifts

Overall ubeya is excellent tool for seamless communication with clients, candidates and colleagues- It is invaluable when working as a small team to help with data storage management and compliance. Having experienced the app as an administrator and user I would definitely recommend.
Pros: It super user friendly, even without an instruction guide you can navigate the site with ease.
Cons: Small errors with the software when trying to save documents/ add expiry dates/generate reports, when managing a large number of candidates its difficult to consistently double check everything in case the errors have occurred.

The staff are all really quick at responding to any queries, all of our clients and staff are finding the platform easy to use
Pros: I find the platdform extremely easy to use and dinding staff in specific areas works really well for our business. The clock in and out system is working well and ince the staff remembered to do this daily its become a great time saver against using ild timesheets
Cons: On the App staff on occasions struggle to put in their travel expenses/mileage

The system is intuitive and simple to use. The app enables our workforce to stay informed while reducing reliance on emails. I especially appreciate the workflow feature and the ability to create forms with signature fields, drop-downs, etc. It’s a great tool for improving efficiency and communication within our team.
Pros: User friendly and intuitive design makes it easy to navigate even if you're new to the system.
Cons: Would like better reporting features, e.g. ability to use operators and conditions to customise reports, ability to report on data from a wider range of items/fields, ability to pivot data from within the system (rather than downloading and manipulating data in excel).

I have been immensely impressed with Ubeya and their support team, they go above and beyond to support my business.
Pros: The setup was made simple by the excellent support team. It allows you to send messages to Clients and Candidates, and you can also use its timesheet function.
Cons: As a recruitment company owner, I have suggested that Ubeya implement an option for contractors to be able to raise an invoice for the work they have completed. I am able to invoice my clients, but this valuable solution would enhance Ubeya as a CRM solution even more.

Whilst there the adjustment from our previous WFM system has been a little difficult. I have found learning how to use Ubeya very easy and the team have been so kind and patient with us. There have been some struggles with the flexibility of it as a WFM system with things such as payrates but Ubeya is definitely a step in the right direction
Pros: I like how easy it is to navigate, it is very user friendly and was easy to pick up
Cons: I wish there was more flexibility to customise (payrates, job title etc)

Overall a great tool to manage the great people that work within our business.
Pros: Works great being able to update the planner quickly and push this out to team members. If the of the shift changes we can have it updated within seconds.
Cons: I would like to see the running cost of shifts change as and when I am making tweaks to my planner.

Pros: Ubeya makes many staffing and HR processes so smooth! From booking staff for shifts, seeing staffing shortages on an event day, to processing payroll. It is a speedy servuce and has improved how we run our operations.
Cons: There are a few bugs here and there, however these are easily worked on by the Ubeya team.
