I have had a great experience with them and it was an easy decision to continue using them after my first year.
Pros: I love how easy to use and organized Curate is. I was able to learn the platform quickly and if there are questions or issues I have their team is quick to respond and give clear direction.
Cons: I wish they were a bit more customizable on the design side with proposals. There is also some minor glitches with the tab selections but overall nothing too inconvenient.

Pros: $77
Cons: I liked the old version of the software rather than the new version they rolled out last year. Many things are less intuitive or clear now, and some functions I really relied on went away. I wish they would've asked their users more about which features we valued before these changes, and I also wish they were quicker to re-implement some of these that have gone away or make less sense now. When I've given feedback or chatted with customer service, they simply say that feature isn't available or that I can submit a suggestion.

Overall I love Curate! The software is easy to use, the people behind the software care about their product, and the proposals/contracts I put out look great. It is a good investment for my business.
Pros: Curate is a great software for wedding professionals to streamline their businesses. I love being able to have a proposal with individual line items and an inspiration board, coupled with a second tab for the contract, all in one place. Every time I update anything and publish it, the new version is available to my clients through the same link, so I don't need to send them extra emails and clog up their inbox. I also love how responsive the team at Curate is anytime there is an issue or a question. Building out recipes and having the system calculate how much product I need to order is also extremely helpful!
Cons: The main thing I can think that I don't love about Curate is the cost. As a wedding professional who doesn't do a lot of events (usually 20 or less per year) the software can be a little pricey. It is still worth it though. I use the florist version of Curate and also have a tough time with the flower component part. It is not up to date and a lot of the items in the pre-loaded catalog do not have pictures associated, so it can be difficult to know sometimes if I'm adding the right colour flower to a recipe.

We here at Heartfelt Flowers and Gifts have been using Curate for 3+ years. In the beginning we actually wanted a refund, but working with [sensitive content hidden] only one time, she got us up and running. Once we got used to using the system, it works really well and our proposals look very professional. Using this format ensures we have consistent pricing, it helps with making sure all the little details are covered, gives you a complete shopping list for orders and many more items as we have gone along. The initial set up of the catalog took some time, but was so worth it over the years. We are a small shop, so the investment is a little overwhelming, but we do find it worth it in the end.
Pros: Professional appearance of proposal - Pricing and markup is consistent - Every detail of quoting is covered
Cons: Getting the photos of flowers and entering the library. Once it was done, it is so nice to use. It is a very large investment for a small shop.

Overall, we have been a customer of Curate for 5 years. It is getting better with age. The functionality has improved over the years and they have always been very communicative about the learning curve and their willingness to teach the newest updates.
Pros: Curate helps us streamline our workflow here at the Floral Studio. It has ease of use making it so we can all use it. The templates are useful and we are able to upload our own photos so our turnaround time for getting out an event proposal is fast fast fast.
Cons: We would love for Curate to be integrated with some of our wholesalers to give real time pricing. We could pull all of our information from there and just upload it to Curate. That would be amazing.
Arianna P. · Owner · Retail · March 10, 2026
Great support, the team is super helpful. There is a learning curve, as it is a very comprehensive software, but there are some great tutorials and support from the Curate team.
Pros: It simplifies our process by combining multiple software components into one space. From onboarding to signing clients, to proposals and contracts the software does it all. We especially appreciate that we can keep track of inventory and floral pricing when building recipes and design proposals.
Cons: Pricing his high as a Canadian, with the conversion. We do appreciate all of the features and have been able to simply our process into this one system.

Curate continues to grow & evolve with their clients. They are so responsive to feedback, and I've watched so many of my suggestions get rolled out as updates. I am so grateful we found this software!
Pros: Curate has drastically increased my productivity. The ability to create proposals from anywhere has made me a more responsive vendor & has led to a significant increase in bookings. I love adding the "Possibilities" to our proposals now! It allows our proposals to feel more customizable.
Cons: Sometimes, the UI is a bit clunky. It can be frustrating to sort & label photos in the gallery, which leads to me uploading duplicates (and triplicates) of the same photos sometimes. While I found the software fairly easy to navigate, it's been a bit of a learning curve for my boss.
Abby S. · Event Coordinator · Events Services · February 10, 2026
I've been using Curate since it was called Stemcounter, so close to 12 years, and I can not imagine doing my job without them.
Pros: I can customize all my labor and markup costs for different situations. I have all my flower prices in one place, and I can change them at any time if needed. The value Curate gives me in style alone is priceless; my clients love the look of my proposal and the ease with which they flow. The look of a floral proposal is so important - if the proposal doesn't look good, what is the bouquet going to look like??
Cons: They had a rough go of it when they switched over to their newest version. It was a rough 10 months, but I'm glad I stuck it out with them. They are back on track now.
Shaya S. · Lead Designer · Events Services · February 9, 2026
Curate has been a wonderful addition to our floral design business. We could not do event florals without it. Curate is always asking customers how to improve and what they would like to see and doing updates.
Pros: The ease of floral ordering after setting up the floral design plan for a client. Not only does it provide a beautiful visual product for the client, but a swift, precise way of ordering for each event.
Cons: I do wish there were some things that were more customizable. You are confined to templates that do have room to bring in a few other way to customize, but are limited.
Jennifer B. · Owner · Events Services · February 7, 2026
I love the company and their product. They have been extremely helpful and always trying to improve their software. They are available for online support and thei software is extremely helpful and an asset to my business!
Pros: Curate is an all in one software that allows me to quickly create quotes. What used to take DAYS for me now can be completed in hours, a quick turn around time for customers. The calculations, flower library, and contract are all in one place.
Cons: The latest software version can be a bit hard to navigate. I did like the easy accessibility of the classic version.

I am a caterer and Curate has really helped streamline my business over the last 4 years. It is a fantastic all-in-one platform that handles everything from creating proposals and managing recipes to processing payments. Having all these features in one place has made a significant difference in my daily operations. I’ve been using it for a long time now and it continues to be a reliable, essential tool for my catering business. I definitely recommend Curate for any event vendor business looking to organize their workflow and professionalize their client experience. It has been a fantastic investment for my business growth and efficiency.
Pros: Very complete with lots of features. From proposals, client profiles, recipes and database to payments it saves me hours a day
Cons: A few glitches here and there but nothing major, pretty good overall, customer service has worked well overall fixing any issues
Jimmy M. · President · Food Production · February 7, 2026
I have been with curate for years. There is nothing else out there like it. Creating proposals, sending them, and editing them is a breeze. My clients can for the most part figure out how to move through the proposal and easily sign and pay.
Pros: It allows me to list all my rentals and alerts me if I overbook them. Its easy to add to the proposal and make changes.
Cons: When you print the PDF it doesn't place the clients name on the top of each page so its hard to keep things straight when you are managing several contracts in the week. Adding photos from Pinterest (which is huge for my business) is not as easy as it used to be.

This used to be amazing this sucks right now!!!! I can't get anywhere with this . I need to not use anymore i am to busy with weddings to figure this out. If I could give no stars I would
Pros: I used to love curate!!!! The new migration is awful I am about to have a aneurysm trying to figure this out with no one to talk to!!!!!
Cons: nothing now! now looking at other easy to use software as i am writing this!!!!! why do this now in the height of wedding season!!!!
debbie p. · owner · Events Services · September 24, 2025
I used to like the original software which was simple and easy to use, but now they have alienated their floral clientele. They are using AI and a chatbot system which is leaving the client in a position where. they are stuck and unable to remedy issues with their flawed launch of the new program. You are basically stuck with all of your events in a system which is not working properly. They are not providing the service we paid for and you can't get any help online. They are leaning on AI to manage their issues. We keep hitting walls and the system is lagging and not producing what they programmed. Nightmare
Pros: $78
Cons: This new migration is flawed, not working and full of bugs. Causes more stress and time and takes away man hours just to attempt to fix the problems they never addressed before launching. terrible and non existent customer service
Michelle R. · owner designer · Design · September 12, 2025
After being a loyal customer for years, Curate has recently forced all clients (including us) into a new platform that was not ready for mass-migration as it does not function properly. They chose to do this during the height of the wedding season. Customer service has been terrible — very slow to respond if they respond at all. Our team has invested countless hours trying to repair issues in our client proposals which did not migrate correctly from the old system. This is a massive amount of extra work that we have absolutely no time for. Our entire team is now working double-overtime just to keep our heads above water and ensure that we can produce our clients’ events. A total nightmare.
Pros: We’ve been a customer of Curate for years. We loved their Classic software system. We’ve essentially built our business around it and now realize just how vulnerable that decision has made our company.
Cons: Forced migration into a new system that was not ready. The new system lacks many of the features of the original platform and no longer functions for our needs.

Curate makes our Wedding Flower Business much easier to manage. Our clients are impressed by how professional their Proposals look, and its super easy for us to put together our recipes, shopping lists etc. Saves us so much time, and its easy to train our new staff on how to use the software
Pros: Professional templates Customer service, quick help when needed Product Library
Cons: Forms could be easier to use, might also be that we're not using them correctly
Alyssa G. · Owner · Events Services · April 11, 2025
I am very satisfied to have everything in the same place and easy to share with customers..
Pros: It's incredibly easy to create and send a beautiful proposal in under an hour. Plus, the customer service is highly efficient and responsive.
Cons: Flower choice catalogs can sometimes be difficult to understand, especially when they show several options in the same style.
Erica G. · Owner and designer · Events Services · January 24, 2025
Great people easy usability and fast customer services which means we get our work flow moving quicker and we book more wedding!
Pros: That is has stream lined our work flow keeping all the important things in one place
Cons: Not really any cons we use all the features available and new ones are constantly coming out.
Helen S. · Floral Designer · Events Services · January 22, 2025
Bad customer service, you cannot speak to a person unless you want to purchanse the softare.
Pros: The software is fairly easy to navigate but not progressing to improve usability.
Cons: Go on their website and try to contact them. You can only schedule or sign up to spend money but if there is a problem there is no way to contact. I tried to cancel use of the product, I have no contract and they just continue to charge my card month after month. Finally a call and they said it automatically renews for a year without any communication or contract - what??? Only desperate and unethical people run a company like this - BEWARE
lisa t. · owner · Events Services · November 30, 2024
Pros: "Curate has been more than just a software provider for me; they have become a source of constant support and reassurance. The customer experience team, from the initial onboarding process to the ongoing refresher training sessions, has consistently exceeded my expectations. Their approachability and willingness to address any queries or feedback have made me feel truly valued as a client. Unlike some companies, Curate does not remain static in its policies and procedures; they actively seek to adapt and improve to better serve their clients' evolving needs. It's reassuring to know that they prioritize customer satisfaction and are dedicated to growing alongside their clients."
Cons: Generating a mood board before presenting pricing to clients would be incredibly valuable! While there is a limited mood board and color scheme included in the proposals, having the ability to create standalone mood boards before receiving final quantities from clients would greatly facilitate the initial client discussions. The challenges of incorporating recipes and verifying product availability from wholesalers can be cumbersome tasks that delay the proposal creation process, potentially resulting in clients choosing other florists who offer quicker responses.

Customer service. I contracted a company to do a new website for me. I sent an email and asked questions so that Curate and the new company's software could work together. I took 12 days, and they did not respond. I had to follow up, and they only sent a meeting invite. Some of the questions were simple enough for me to respond. Then, I had some questions that I could not find on their website's FAQs and "helpful" tabs. Again, they did not respond, so I had to follow up after six days. I asked them to respond as soon as possible, but I didn't get an answer. They are so nice and responsible to get you in. Then, they don't respond.
Pros: Being able to calculate costs per recipie
Cons: Customer service, the system does not tell you if a client has signed the contract. not being able to add useful links of my company into the contract, etc.
Jeannette V. · Founder · Food & Beverages · April 29, 2024
Pros: Love how they are constantly updating and making their program even easier to use! Their customer support is outstanding!
Cons: There is nothing I do not love about Curate.
HOPE W. · Owner, Designer, Wedding Florist · Retail · April 4, 2024
Pros: Curate does all the things I need it to do to be able to do my job in the most organized way. It allows me to provide a detailed, easy-to-read proposal to my clients, while maintaining our pricing structure and profit margins. The ability to have multiple recipes within one line item so I can divide out the florals from the candles and click the photos easily into the line item is amazing. The drag and drop feature for the media gallery and mood board area also cannot be overstated how easy that is!
Cons: Probably the price, but I do understand pricing to have a great product, which you have.
Emily D. · Owner, Creative Director, Floral and Event Designer · Events Services · March 12, 2024
Amazing, everyone is helpful. [sensitive content hidden] wins customer service award!!
Pros: So easy to use. Helps save us time and money. [sensitive content hidden] was amazing on our call today! So helpful!
Cons: A little expensive. Wish it could be a little less expensive.
Michael A. · Owner · Fine Art · March 1, 2024
Pros: The staff has been the main reason I love this software. They have been so willing to help with onboard.
Cons: There are a few things I think could improve the product and the staff has been kind enough to listen to my feedback and have already implemented some of the changes.
