The support is really good and responsive. The dash board is easy to navigate. Edits and changes are quick and easy.
Pros: Company is reactive and helpful. I like the ease of use for our menu set up. They are a good value for this brand of online service.
Cons: None so far. I have not had any substantive issues with this service so far. [sensitive content hidden] and his team make it easy.

The setup process was smooth from start to finish, thanks to excellent support from the HC team. The program is intuitive for both our clients and our staff, and it’s been easy to integrate into our workflow. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with HoneyCart and the value they provide.
Pros: What has impressed us most is the responsiveness of the team. Any time we’ve had a question, they’ve followed up quickly and thoughtfully. That level of attention makes the service feel personal, and it’s a major reason we’d recommend them to others.
Cons: There are only a few small areas where additional customization would be nice—such as the ability to change the main photo on the landing page or allow multiple users on a corporate account without needing payment terms. These are minor wishes rather than real drawbacks, and none of them have been deal‑breakers for us.

The system is working great and we are very happy with how things are working. The built in Google Analytics and Amazon Rewards features have been great additions for us. Highly recommended!
Pros: Honeycart has been a game changer for us. I love that they specialize in catering orders and help provide a ton of flexibility with our ordering process. Their support has been amazing and they have been very flexible with improving or adding features that help our business.
Cons: The settings can be a bit confusing and it would be nice if there were some built in guides for setup. However, their team has been super responsive in helping us get set up properly.

Honeycart has allowed our company to reach another market that otherwise would be excluded from ordering from us. Additionally, it seems that they're always improving the product - which shows they truly listen to their customers.
Pros: HoneyCart's customer service is unmatched, specifically [sensitive content hidden] He was seemingly always available - despite the time difference.
Cons: The setup process was time consuming and the fact that Honeycart isn't compatible with TPP added an extra step for us - but [sensitive content hidden] was instrumental in helping me get our online account(s) setup.

Overall, the experience has been excellent. We started the conversation in December and got our first order by January. We’re really happy with it—our customers love it, it’s easy and intuitive to use, and the fixed fee is a big plus.
Pros: I’ve searched everywhere for a catering platform that provides a detailed kitchen report with itemized portions—and HoneyCart is the only one that does it right. As a restaurant owner, this feature is a game changer. We build our catering orders by headcount, and HoneyCart allows us to set precise portion sizes (by ounce) for each menu item. Before this, we relied on spreadsheets to prep kitchen worksheets. Now, we've streamlined the process, cut down on food waste, and maintained consistent portions for every order. It's also allowed us to scale—taking same-day orders with ease—while letting our kitchen team focus on execution instead of calculations.
Cons: The only thing I wish HoneyCart had is native integration with our POS system. They mentioned this limitation during our initial call, and while we still chose to move forward, I do hope future updates include integration with more POS platforms. It would make an already great system even better.

Cons: A little bit of a learning curve to understand how to pull reports however they are very helpful in showing the way. Once you know, it is easy to remember and makes sense.

I've loved this platform since I first started using it about 2 years ago. I've yet to find such a system that keeps evolving to make every experience better. [sensitive content hidden] always hear our concerns and find a way to solve any inconvenience!
Pros: Honey Cart is very user friendly and love how fast and smooth it is to process orders from start to finish so the business can focus on the food and beverage aspect of the business. Not to mention that Omar & Andrew are amazing, super responsive and helpful and always opened to adding new features!
Cons: Very minor details, mostly things that can cater to us such as adding an (other) option for payment methods or like adding a "billing address" section when needed. One thing that I personally think would be great is the option to be able to send our customers a payment link (that's shareable) in case payment will come from another source or simply make payment process smoother in the busy lives of our guests.

Cons: I don't necessarily dislike anything, I'd just enjoy seeing more features such as sorting the menu from all categories and creating a repeated order.

It has been a total asset to our growing catering department, and has reduced the admin time it takes to complete an order significantly, which is what we were looking for!
Pros: Usability for the customer and the systems admin!
Cons: The delivery options are hard for us as they don't work with our third party courier well.

HoneyCart has been a great addition for our company. It has made receiving catering orders incredibly user friendly for both the business and the customers. If any issue ever arises (which is rarely), the customer service response is almost immediate and always able to help resolve the issue.
Pros: The whole site is incredibly user friendly! Tutorials were barely needed to start using the site for catering orders.
Cons: I can't think of a con with HoneyCart. Everything works very well.

The founders of Honey Cart couldn't be nicer! They understand the pressures we are under in the food service industry, and they have carefully thought through each of their updates. They are constantly making improvements to make our lives easier.
Pros: This system has organized everything for me so well, It saves me countless hours each week. The proposals that I do not need to follow up on or create new PDFs everytime someone wants to change the menu for their event are fantastic, there are too many other reasons that this is a time saver to say the least about how great this system is
Cons: I would love a comaptiable labeling system for both the catering an our meal prep service.

Cons: The only feature I have ever wanted that HoneyCart wasn't able to provide was a way to close future months/large blocks of time on the calendar, but this is a highly specific need for our business! They are always as accommodating as they can be.

This has been wonderful for our catering orders. The online menu is slick and backend (mostly) easy to program. When sales are low, the $269 per month is painful but I also understand that everything comes at a cost. Honeycart professionalized our catering system and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to grow that department.
Pros: Allowed me to bring our catering ordering into the 21st century. Ease of use for customers and admins. Perfect Kitchen printouts for our cooks. And allowed customer info and orders to be saved for future orders.
Cons: Price is a little high for the overall volume of sales we do. I cannot link it to DoorDash/Uber drivers for cheaper and automated delivery booking.
