Their sales tactics are aggressive, and their company is so disconnected that customer support can't give you factual information about why the sales team is still reaching out despite numerous requests not to be contacted.
Pros: I have never used the platform. I set up a demo to try it out for a client two years ago and never completed the demo because we found another platform. I'm writing this review because they refuse to stop contacting me despite numerous requests and their "confirmation" that my email has been removed from their database.
Cons: Their sales tactics are aggressive, and they're unwilling to remove me from their sales database despite numerous requests. Their customer support reps say I was removed in January 2026, yet I continue to receive calls in April 2026. When I called this out, they stopped answering my inquiries.

It was positive. The features were a requirement by another vendor that I was working for. They wanted online scheduling.
Pros: I started using Housecall Pro because I wanted online scheduling. This was a very important feature that worked effectively.
Cons: It has many features that are useful. It’s a full contact management software program with invoicing, scheduling and tracking clients.

This has been the most streamlined version of software I’ve tried and is truly so simple. I think any age could learn to use it so fast!
Pros: Decently priced and you get a lot of options for what you pay! Customer service is spot on! Never had to wait more than a few mins. Very few system issues or failure due to bugs and coding issues! Easy to schedule clients and get invoice and payments done! The time it takes to process payments is so important for me as a small brand they offer same day payment transfers. Offers multiple different security features for log in and more!
Cons: How much you pay additionally for extra functionality for like price books, crm software, camera usage for photos of job sites.

Really easy to get going, everything is in one place, and you can integrate almost any other software you're using with it. I use CompanyCam as well and having everything sync and create jobs automatically is clutch.
Pros: Customer support is really good. We had good training and I could always get a response if I had any questions. Being able to schedule and take payments all in one place is a huge asset for me as I don't have time to juggle multiple softwares in the field.
Cons: Housecall Pro is a little more expensive then some of the other softwares to get into. I used them with a different company, but have used another software for my own business. I like Housecall Pro more, it's just not quote in the budget right now.

Housecall pro is a really good,simple software to use. If you want to really focus on data and bring your company to the next level you would do better on a more advanced system.
Pros: Housecall pro is very simple to use. Not much training is needed when you want to teach someone how to use the system. Easy scheduling, quick to access customer data base and reports are easy to pull.
Cons: The reporting features are not the greatest.It is very easy to pull reports however getting the data you actually want can be a task. You have to export excel files and do a lot of sorting and filtering to really get the data you want.

Was happy for the first few years, then as they grew, they cared less about their tenured customers.
Pros: The interface was very user-friendly. It had a lot of the features we originally wanted and was easy to use.
Cons: Not customizable enough for our business. Customer service got worse and worse. They began to take away or charge more for the features we were used to having.

Definitely not trustworthy and I have worked with HouseCall Pro two times. If they promise you anything, you should wait until they fulfill their promise.
Pros: Housecall Pro is consistent when it comes to reaching out to you for purchasing the latest product, however they are non reachable when you have an issue
Cons: I was promised a $100 Gift card for attending a Zoom call and not only held up my end but purchased a plan for the second time. I have yet to receive a gift card and I have been told by every department someone will reach out to me this week - That was 2 months ago!

It has turned our business around as far as billing and scheduling service. It has saved us money in the time we would put into reporting and tracking before it does most everything for us.
Pros: We love using HCP in our office it has streamlined so many processes for us. We use it for billing, scheduling and vehicle tracking as well as customer tracking. Their customer service is great and timely as well as being a good value for the cost.
Cons: Sometimes they implement new features without notice so there is a learning curve sometimes in finding where they moved buttons

No fun at all. A bit complicated during the set up. The options and descriptions were not helpful.
Pros: Hard to say, it was not very friendly to me... I had a hard time adapting to the system. I just did not like it

Pros: ’ve been a user for well over five years, and when I first started out with a smaller team and mostly residential clients, Housecall Pro worked very well. It’s easy to learn, the interface is user-friendly, and the CRM and invoicing tools are intuitive. I also appreciate the seamless integration between mobile and desktop versions, which helped streamline operations early on.
Cons: The rollout of new features often seems rushed and poorly tested. Critical, established features break with no warning, and the support team (which is only available via web chat) often isn’t aware of the changes, let alone trained to help resolve them. Support frequently changes hands mid-conversation, making it difficult to resolve more complicated issues. There’s no real phone-based support—only an answering service that redirects you back to chat. The most frustrating trend has been the introduction of new “features” that essentially repackage previously included functionality, which now require additional fees. These business practices have made it difficult to trust the platform as a long-term partner.

Overall, it had great features for what it's intended to do for service based businesses for company such as mine which has a combination of service contract and longer project management requirements.It doesn't suit mines but it's a great product for people who are service based only.
